Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for converting and separating vanadium, titanium, and iron from the vanadium-titanium-iron concentrate in one step, which includes the steps as below. (1) The vanadium-titanium-iron concentrate is mixed and roasted together with addition agent and reducing, agent, and thereby vanadium-containing pig iron and vanadium enriched slag are obtained. (2) The vanadium titanium enriched slag is leached in water and filtered, and thereby vanadium-containing solution and titanium slag are obtained. The technical features of the present invention are as below. By the new process of sodium reduction coupling, a new system of low-temperature smelting multiphase reaction separation is constructed. The reduction of iron, sodiumizing of vanadium, and the melting separation process of the vanadium titanium enriched slag and the iron are achieved in one step. Three products, i.e., the vanadium-containing pig iron, the vanadium-containing solution, and the titanium slag are produced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a HEA foam prepared by selective dissolution of a second phase within a two-phase separating alloy comprising the HEA and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the HEA foam of the present invention has the effect of preparing a novel HEA foam, which was not available in the past, by leaving only a first phase after manufacturing a two-phase separating alloy comprising a first phase by HEA, wherein at least 3 metal elements act as a common solvent. Furthermore, the HEA foam of the present invention has a structure, wherein pores are distributed inside the HEA, in which at least 3 metal elements act as a common solvent. By adding a functional characteristic of low heat conductivity, etc., to the existing high strength characteristic of HEA, the HEA foam of the present invention can exhibit a complex effect by the combination of the two particular effects, thereby being capable of exhibiting excellent physical characteristics.

Abstract: A film deposition method for filling a recessed pattern with a SiN film is provided. NH2 groups are caused to adsorb on a surface of a substrate containing a recessed pattern formed in a top surface of the substrate by supplying a first process gas containing NH3 converted to first plasma to the surface of the substrate containing the recessed pattern. The NH2 groups is partially converted to N groups by supplying a second process gas containing N2 converted to second plasma to the surface of the substrate containing the recessed pattern on which the NH2 groups is adsorbed. A silicon-containing gas is caused to adsorb on the NH2 groups by supplying the silicon-containing gas to the surface of the substrate containing the recessed pattern on which the NH2 groups and the N groups are adsorbed. The above steps are cyclically repeated.

Abstract: A thick-film copper paste is made. A displacement reaction with low cost is used to precipitate nano-silver (Ag) to be grown on copper particles. Thus, the thick-film copper paste is made of the copper powder coated with nano-Ag. The paste can be sintered in the air and is increased in overall electrical conductivity. The copper inside is not oxidized. Its resistance on electromigration is good. Furthermore, the paste can be added with frit as a sintering aid to assist sintering the nano-Ag-coated copper paste. Furthermore, even in a high-temperature heat treatment, the powder of nano-Ag-coated copper is still antioxidant and can replace the silver paste used in the current market.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of Calcium Silicate Hydrate anion exchange membrane (cement paste) with an ionic conductivity of the order of 10?3 S/cm. The membrane can be formulated by mixing Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and water with the cement to water ratio of 1:0.45. After initial setting time, the membrane undergoes curing in 7% calcium chloride solution and the Cl? ions in the membrane is converted to OH? form by immersing into saturated Ca(OH)2 solution with pH 14 and it has been washed to remove the excess alkali. This membrane has high mechanical strength (Ultimate Tensile Strength: 6.3 MPa) and does not deteriorate even at high temperature (up to 450° C.) and alkaline atmosphere (pH 11.5-14). Also disclosed is a method of producing in-situ formation of membrane electrode assembly. This invention encompasses a process for producing and using the membrane in water electrolysis and fuel cell.
