  • Publication number: 20170241557
Abstract: Provided is a valve, relating to the mechanical equipment technical field, comprising a valve body provided with a passage configured for allowing a fluid to pass through and a valve core disk provided within the passage and rotatable relative to the valve body. The valve core disk is provided with through holes and has one side face provided with a one-way diaphragm which is used for sealing the through holes in one direction to enable the valve core disk to seal the passage in one direction. Since the valve core disk can rotate relative to the valve body, one-way-inflation and -deflation can be realized, and during deflation, the passage can be opened for deflation just by rotating the valve core disk. Users can adjust a deflating speed by rotating the valve core disk. The valve not only has a simple structure, but also is convenient for the user to deflate.

  • Publication number: 20170241561
Abstract: A method for controlling the through-flow cross-section of a gas valve is described. The gas valve comprises a valve body in which a flow channel is provided, a valve element which can be displaced therein between a closed position and an opened position, an armature, a coil, a spring and a control circuit. For opening the flow channel, the control circuit excites the coil with a pulse width-modulated current, the pulse duty factor of which, starting from a starting value, is increased until the armature starts moving out of the closed position against the effect of the spring. Then, the control circuit reduces the pulse duty factor before the valve element has reached the opened position. The control circuit then sets the pulse duty factor at a predefined holding value with which the valve element is held in the opened position.

Abstract: A pressure vessel refuelling system enables fast fill refuelling of CNG fuel tanks by inducing a stratification of gas temperatures inside a tank during refuelling, then re-cycling a portion of the relatively warmer gas out of the tank during refuelling and back to a gas chiller. The system includes a pressure vessel having a lower end, a first gas port and a second gas port, wherein the second gas port is positioned above the lower end of the pressure vessel; and a cooling circuit connecting the first gas port with the second gas port; whereby gas flowing from an interior cavity of the pressure vessel through the second gas port is cooled in the cooling circuit before returning to the pressure vessel through the first gas port; and whereby a temperature of gas inside the pressure vessel varies from a first temperature at a level of the lower end of the pressure vessel to a second temperature, which is higher than the first temperature, at a level of the second gas port.

Abstract: A pressure relief valve including a housing having an inlet and a relief outlet connected by a fluid flow passageway, the inlet fluidly connectible to a work string. The pressure relief valve includes a head sealingly disposed within the passageway between the inlet and relief outlet closing the fluid flow passageway between the inlet and relief outlet. An elongate buckling rod supports the head and is bucklable at a predetermined load thereby permitting sliding of the head from between the inlet and a relief outlet and opening the fluid flow passageway. A projection within the housing is extendible to an extended configuration, wherein in the extended configuration the projection applies a lateral force perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the buckling rod bending the rod from its axial center thereby decreasing the load at which the buckling rod collapses.
