Abstract: A system and method is provided that allows consumers to locate a restaurant in a network of restaurants participating in the system, notify the restaurant of the consumers' impending visit, review the menu and order food at the restaurant, communicate with wait staff and other restaurant workers at the restaurant, and view and pay the check, all using the consumer's smartphone or other mobile communications device. The system also detects the consumer's presence at the participating restaurant, and it establishes an active transaction between the consumer and the restaurant from the time the consumer first enters the establishment until the consumer's payment is processed and the transaction is completed. The system and method may apply to restaurants or other business establishments.

A group identifier is generated for the group. Group invitations to join the group are transmitted and group invitation responses are received. A plurality of messages are initiated, the plurality of messages corresponding to the plurality of confirmations, where the plurality of messages result in an initiation of a single message to a third-party, the third-party computer being configured to conduct the group transaction according the single message.

Abstract: Various systems, mediums, and methods may involve a bridge configured to communicate with a number of sites, such as fuel sites and/or restaurant sites. For example, a system may determine a mobile device is associated with a given fuel site, possibly located at the given fuel site, among a number of other fuel sites. Further, the system may determine one or more connections of the bridge that may be configured to communicate with a site component of the fuel site. As such, the system may transmit fuel data to the mobile device based on the one or more connections with the site component. Thus, the mobile device may display an indication of fuel available at the fuel site.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a convenient system and method of displaying payment device specific functions. In other words, systems and methods are provided that allow different functions to be displayed and used for different payment devices provisioned on a communication device. These embodiments allow users to perform certain allowed functions on one payment device, and other, potentially different functions on another payment device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure enable one or more protection mechanisms to be managed using a digital wallet platform. Product data associated with a product is identified. The product data is analyzed to identify one or more potential protection mechanisms associated with the product. At least one protection mechanism is identified from the potential protection mechanisms, and the product is registered with a protection system such that the at least one protection mechanism provides protection for the product. A protection capsule corresponding to the at least one protection mechanism is generated. The protection capsule is accessible using a digital wallet. Aspects of the disclosure provide for utilizing the digital wallet for a plurality of functions including payment card management, financial account management, and protection mechanism management.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing tokens from different token providers and facilitating network transactions involving tokens from the different token providers. One exemplary method includes receiving a request to provision a token for a payment account to a party, where the payment account is associated with a payment network. The method also includes generating the requested token apart from the payment network, whereby the requested token is an external token, and transmitting the external token to the party. The method further includes transmitting, to the payment network, the external token and a PAN for the payment account associated with the external token, thereby permitting the payment network to map the token to the PAN and to provide PAN-dependent services for a transaction based on an authorization request message including the token but not the PAN.

Abstract: An apparatus in one embodiment comprises a processing platform having at least one processing device. The processing platform implements a trusted bridge configured for at least temporary coupling between one or more data sources and a smart contract program of a blockchain. The trusted bridge comprises a secure enclave component and a relay component. Data obtained from a given one of the data sources via the relay component of the trusted bridge is authenticated in the secure enclave component of the trusted bridge. Information based at least in part on the data authenticated in the secure enclave component of the trusted bridge is provided to the smart contract program of the blockchain via the relay component of the trusted bridge. The secure enclave component illustratively receives a request for authenticated data from the blockchain smart contract program via the relay component, and responds to the request via the relay component.

Upon arrival at a merchant's place of business, a unique random identifier code is generated through a mobile application. The unique random identifier code is associated with a user's payment information and the user's tab. After ordering menu items from a merchant, the user may pay its tab through the application and without disclosing identifying or financial information to the merchant.

Abstract: Machine-implemented methods and computer systems are disclosed for determining a collective outcome for a survey from a plurality of potential outcomes. Each outcome is a particular combination of options. Each survey participant ranks the options to develop an influent function. For each participant, the influent function is applied to each potential outcome to determine a satisfaction score for the outcome. Resistance to each outcome due to procedural/distributive unfairness is determined. The potential outcomes are ordered based on the satisfaction scores and the resistance to each of the potential outcomes. In particular embodiments, the methods and systems aim to determine a collective outcome that achieves greatest satisfaction and minimizes dissonance among the participants.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for providing a personalized offers integration platform are provided. Personalized offers may be based on transaction details, geographic locations, and/or consumer preferences. In one embodiment, a wallet system, user equipment, electronic devices, and a payment and offers integration platform (POIP) are provided. The wallet system can receive of transaction details, geographic locations, and/or consumer preferences associated with a point of sale transaction. The received information may be translated into metadata, and an offer request is generated that includes the metadata. The POIP is configured to receive the offer request, determine a set of criteria from the metadata, query a plurality of offer or reward engines using the set of criteria for retrieving offers that correlate to the offer request, receive a plurality of offers from the plurality of offer or reward engines, and integrate the plurality of offers for formulating an offer response.

The image is scanned with the image scanning function of a mobile communication device and the encoded logo brand owner identity data, the encoded visually identifying characteristics for the logo brand, and the encoded GPS location information are decoded with a decoding function. The GPS location information is captured for the mobile communication device with the GPS function of the mobile communication device, and compared to the decoded GPS location information. If the decoded information is a geo-proximal match, an authentication application is launched in the computer function of the mobile communication device.

A method that can be used with the systems include determining, by a computing device, that at least a first advertisement and a second advertisement are acceptable for a participant. The computing device sends an option to select one of the first advertisement and second advertisement to a participant computing device via a computer network, wherein the option including payment terms for each of the first advertisement and second advertisement. Options can include requests for sales associate help, product information or location, associated service plans or accessories, etc. Multiple remote resources can be coordinated to service a user's requests via a visual voicemail system while the user is shopping in the retail location.

Abstract: Various computational systems may benefit from improvement in determining optimal allocation. For example certain social network advertisement systems may benefit from the use of hyperbolic embedding. A method, according to certain embodiments, can include obtaining a group of users as potential advertising targets. The method can also include mapping the group of users to a hyperbolic space. The method can further include expressing sets of users from the group of users as continuous subsets of the hyperbolic space. The method can additionally include determining influence for the expressed sets of users as sets. The method can also include allocating one or more of the sets to an advertising campaign based on the determined influence.
