Abstract: A lice removing apparatus and method of using it are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a flexible fabric sheet having a pair of pockets defined on a first side of the sheet adjacent opposite ends of the sheet. A second side of the sheet includes a plurality of projections, or other physically coarse material, that strip nits from a person's hair when passed there over. A user inserts his fingers and thumb into the pockets, folds the sheet around a lock of hair, and runs the sheet along the length of the hair while squeezing the folded sheet into constant contact with the hair. Thereafter, the sheet is discarded and a new one is used for cleaning a subsequent lock of hair. The sheets may be stored in a contained in a manner that provides easy access for grasping the sheet and removing it from the container with one hand.

First casing incorporates a receiving slot and a window through which its contents may be seen and physically manipulated. At the window, a retaining press is provided which keeps cards in place and from unintentionally exiting the receiving slot after being inserted. An ejection guide aperture is further provided to selectively guide contents out of the receiving slot. Second casing has an interior which defines a palette of color cosmetics and a mirror panel.

Abstract: A device control system including a wearable device and a server. The wearable device includes a device that ejects a fragrance material, a biological sensor, and a computer. The computer transmits biological data to the server, receives a first control signal, and causes the device to eject a fragrance material upon receipt of the first control signal. The server includes a computer. The computer receives the biological data, estimates users emotion from the received biological data, and in a case where it is determined that the user has positive emotion by using a result of the estimation, (i) transmits the first control signal to the wearable device and (ii) transmits, to an aroma device, a second control signal for causing the aroma device to eject a fragrance material at a predetermined timing.

The pedestal consists of a base and a top plate connected by minimum of three pairs of legs. The pedestal has minimum three, but can have four, six or even eight sides. The legs are, as depicted, round in cross section, but can be square, six or eight sided. Tabletops can have both sides finished to give additional variety to potential users. The strength and stability flows from arrangement of the crossed legs. The advantages over traditional arrangement lie in its simplicity, in its economy of construction, transportation and its ease of assembly by the user.

Consequently, an angle formed between the lower frame section and the upper frame section decreases during recline, thereby supporting the chair occupant's head or shoulders. Optionally, a tensioning member may connect the mesh insert to the push arm to offset any loss of tension caused by the deformation of the frame during reclined.

The clip is provided with prongs to be inserted into a groove provided on the framework of the article of furniture. When clamped onto a strap, the prongs of the clip protrude at a 45-degree or 90-degree angle. The angle may be modified to accommodate furniture which requires the prongs to protrude at angles other than 45 or 90 degrees.

Abstract: The invention is an improved utility bedding product for use on beds or reclining chairs, particularly airplane seats. The inventive product is a multi-layered, lie-flat mattress pad that increases the comfort of passengers by providing a soft resting surface made of materials that permit the flow of air through the mattress pad. In preferred embodiments the mattress pad includes a pocket so the pad may be folded or rolled up and secured in a compact configuration for use as a pillow and for ease of transport.
