Resin transfer will result in a visible change in the gown, a color change and/or bare spot in the resin loss region of the gown.

Abstract: A color-changing auxiliary system comprising; a color-modifiable material, a pigment pump, and a control mechanism, are in communication allowing for color customization of household, wearable, or any other material in which color is seen. A pigment pump containing a plurality of pigment reserves with selectable colors works to mix and pump pigments into a channel of the color-customizable material. A channel is defined as a base layer with a translucent top layer, with sealable inlets and outlets to retain pigment. The pigment pump is reversible in order to pump pigments from the color-customizable material as well as flush remaining pigments in the channel. A touchscreen control is in communication with the device and allows for a user to control the color, amount, and final design of pigments within the material.

The retrofit sensor module further comprises an attachment mechanism secured to the housing. The attachment mechanism mates with a first hinge component of a hinge assembly in the protective head top to removably install the sensor module into the protective head top, wherein the hinge assembly allows the visor to move relative to the helmet.

The shoe according to the present invention can facilitate discharge of sweat generated during exercise through the upper made of natural wool fiber and thus offer fresh wear sensation and can be worn without socks. In addition, elasticity of wool fabric can reduce resistance of shoes depending on shape change of feet during exercise or in a daily life, thus impairing foot comfort. As a result, people whose feet swell readily, such as pregnant women, can wear the shoes without irritation.

In some embodiments, a method comprises knitting one or more fibers to form a toe portion; knitting one or more fibers to form a first wing portion; and knitting one or more fibers to form a second wing portion. The method further comprises reducing the lateral separation between the first and second wing portions from an initial separation distance to a knitting separation distance such that the wing portions can be knitted together to form a seamless heel portion of the shoe component, including using a series of stitch transfer, racking, and knitting steps.

Abstract: A system for securing shoes to the feet using a one pull shoe closure arrangement. Each embodiment of the system uses a squared-cord arrangement that extends between the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. The various embodiments arrange a single draw strap connected to one or more squared-cord portions to draw in and tighten the sides of the squared-cord arrangement. A single pull strap in a first embodiment is redirected from a lateral orientation to a longitudinal orientation where it is drawn back and secured on the heel portion of the shoe. Alternate embodiments pull a shorter draw strap laterally to a point of securement on the side of the shoe. Further alternate embodiments pull a draw strap longitudinally along a midline at the top of the shoe to a point of securement back onto the squared-cord arrangement.
