Abstract: A modular bag includes first and second bags, pairs of first and second straps, first to four fasteners, wherein the first straps are provided on the first bag, and each includes a shoulder band, an adjustment ring, and an adjustment band, the shoulder band is connected to an upper portion of the first bag, the adjustment ring is connected to the shoulder band. The adjustment band is connected to a bottom of the first bag, and passes through the adjustment ring, which forms a free section, the first fasteners are provided on the shoulder bands, the second fasteners are provided on the free sections, the second straps are connected to an upper portion of the second bag, the third fasteners are respectively provided on the second straps, and detachably fastened to the first fasteners, and the fourth fasteners are respectively provided on the second bag and detachably fastened to the second fasteners.

Abstract: A backpack includes a main bag and a long gun scabbard. The long gun scabbard includes an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve, the upper sleeve having a top opening accessible by a user, the lower sleeve being defined at least in part by a folding flap associated with the main bag. The lower sleeve has a front wall which is coextensive with a front wall of the upper sleeve, and a rear wall which is coextensive with a rear wall of the upper sleeve. Abstract: Technology is provided for restraint systems for use with head mounted displays and head mounted displays incorporating the same. The head mounted display includes a display unit including a display housing and one or more display devices. A retention assembly attaches to the display unit to support the unit on a user's head. The retention assembly includes at least one tensioner mechanism including a housing having an anchor portion coupled to the display housing and a slider positioned in the housing. A strap is coupled to the slider and configured to support the head mounted display on the user's head. A tension element having a first end portion coupled to the housing and a second end portion coupled to the slider provides a constant force on the strap to comfortably pull the strap against the user's head in order to retain the head mounted display on the user's head.

Abstract: Ear-mounted apparatus are provided for secure and comfortable load bearing in support of optical, biosensor, and mobile communication functionalities. In particular, a load-bearing ear unit is provided which includes an anchor for stable attachment in an ear and a member extending from the anchor. The member has therein a rotational stabiliser adapted to provide stability in relevant planes for secure ear mounting. Also provided is an ear-mounted optical device, comprising the load-bearing ear unit and one of a camera, a light source, a virtual reality device, a IrDA-device, and a photo diode. Further provided is an ear-mounted wearable device, comprising the load-bearing ear unit and one or more biosensors. A particular such wearable device is an ear-mounted EAG device.

Abstract: A strip brush assembly with a plurality of elongated polymer bristles forming a section and a plurality of elongated metal bristles forming another section adjacent the polymer bristles section, such that the metal bristles section is supported by the polymer bristles section. The polymer and metal bristles are bonded and encapsulated in a base formed by direct extrusion onto and around the polymer and metal bristles to secure them to the formed base. The strip brush assembly may be used on a tubular mandrel of a street sweeper.

Abstract: An adjustable applicator for applying cosmetic, makeup, or personal care composition, the adjustable applicator includes an applicator head. The applicator head comprises at least two applicator members each comprising a plurality of application elements and wherein when there is a relative axial displacement of one of the at least two applicator members, the other of the at least two applicator members is deformed radially. The applicator head may be used for applying cosmetic, makeup, or personal care composition to keratin materials chosen from the skin, the lips and the eyelashes, or hair of the human. The cosmetic or care product includes liquid or viscous cosmetics such as for mascara, lip stick, hair color, skin care and like products.

Abstract: A mechanically tapered bristle filament for an oral care implement. The filament is characterized by a long thin tapered end portion. The tapered end portion has a taper length and tip diameter comparable to chemically tapered filaments. The areal surface roughness of the tapered end portion however is greater than chemically tapered filaments thereby producing increased scrubbing action against the surfaces of the teeth. The foregoing taper and roughness characteristics of the present filament enhance inter-dental cleaning effectiveness.

Abstract: An oral care implement that includes a handle and a head. Cleaning elements are coupled to the head and extend from the front surface of the head. At least one of the cleaning elements is a first type of cleaning element that extends from a first end to a second end along a longitudinal axis and has a polygonal transverse cross-sectional shape. The first type of cleaning element is formed from a first component and a second component, the first and second components being different in at least one characteristic. Abstract: An oral care implement that includes a handle and a head. A tuft of cleaning elements extends from the front surface of the head along an axis and includes a plurality of cleaning elements. In one embodiment, the cleaning elements may be formed of an elastomeric material. Furthermore, a sleeve may be coupled to the head and extend from the front surface of the head. The sleeve circumferentially surrounds a first portion of the tuft of cleaning elements and a second portion of the tuft of cleaning elements protrudes beyond a distal end of the sleeve. The sleeve may apply a radial compression force onto the first portions of the cleaning elements that are surrounded by the sleeves. The second portions of the cleaning elements may diverge as they extend from the distal end of the sleeve. The oral care implement may include sleeves of varying heights.

The conduit transports a fluid into the toothbrush thereby facilitating the toothbrush to clean teeth. A dispensing unit is provided and the dispensing unit contains toothpaste. The dispensing unit may be manipulated thereby facilitating the dispensing unit to urge the toothpaste outwardly from the toothbrush.

Abstract: A toothbrush device having a body defining a cavity and an input port disposed on the body in fluid communication with the cavity. The input port permits brushing by-products to pass through the input port and into the cavity while restricting passage of the brushing by-products outward from the cavity. In one form, the toothbrush device includes an elongated handle with a reservoir having at least a portion disposed within the handle. The reservoir is sized to hold a predetermined amount of oral care product, and a mouthpiece is in fluid communication with the reservoir to discharge the oral care product from the reservoir.

Abstract: Tooth cleaning devices that are designed for portable, discrete use improve dental hygiene as well as cosmetic appearance of teeth. For example, teeth can be discreetly cleaned after drinking dark-colored beverages in social settings wherein conventional teeth cleaning devices are unavailable or inconvenient. The portable and discrete tooth cleaning devices can be used with described processes and stored and dispensed with described devices.

Abstract: A dental cleaning appliance includes a handle, and a cleaning tool detachably connected to the handle. The cleaning tool includes a nozzle for delivering a burst of working fluid to the teeth of a user, a stem extending between the handle and the nozzle, and a fluid reservoir for storing working fluid. The primary support assembly may have a work deck, an equipment rack, or a conference table. Each secondary support assembly has an equipment rack. The zones are separated by gap regions permitting recessed positioning of equipment and heat dissipation from a base of the workstation in which computer equipment may be stored. The configurable workstation allows operators to see and be seen, and facilitates ergonomically beneficial positioning of equipment.

Abstract: A work table for securely holding accessories that has a groove spanning a portion of the tabletop, wherein any number of tech products and other accessories can be supported. The groove runs between the side ends of the tabletop and provides a variation of mounting locations preferably on opposite sides of the lateral axis, thus having no presupposed configuration for where tech products or accessories should be supported within the groove. There is a series of apertures within the groove that allow for easy cable pass through at any point therein. Additionally, the table has a cable grid below the tabletop that allow a user to removably attach tech product chargers, power strips, or other accessories directly below the work top for easy accessibility through the series of apertures.

Abstract: Provided are toroidal support structures and assemblies comprising these structures. A toroidal support structure comprises one or more side panels forming a tubular ring and one or more floor panels forming a planar ring. These rings define the toroidal shape of the structure. The structure also comprises multiple isolating linear support components connected to a top edge of the tubular ring. During installation of the structure, the isolating linear support components are attached to a mounting base for supporting the structure relative to the base, while providing thermal isolation to the rings and preventing their mechanical distortion. As such, a toroidal support structure can be attached to various types of mounting bases, such as a cryogenic tank of a spacecraft. Both rings provide supporting and mounting surfaces for equipment, cables, and pipes, while the toroidal opening allows external components to protrude through the support structure.

Abstract: A gradual adjustment system and method of a lumbar support of a seat enables a protruding portion on a surface of a chair back to slide to improve comfort of the seat. The system comprises an air bag grouping the chair back corresponding to a waist position of a human body. The air bag group consists of at least three partially overlapping air bags arranged from top to bottom. The air level of each air bag is adjusted by a control module operating an air distributing valve. The control module comprises a plurality of adjusting buttons capable of controlling other adjacent air bags to correspondingly exhaust air when one air bag is inflated, and is connected to, via a signal, a timing unit capable of recording an air filling time or an air emptying time of each air bag in the air bag group controlled by any one of said adjusting button, thus enabling the protruding portion of the lumbar support to slide linearly, and differing from a conventional method of controlling air filling and emptying a single air bag.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for retaining a sheet on a mattress. A membrane comprising a plurality of extensions disposed along the perimeter of the membrane is displaced underneath a mattress. The extensions of the membrane are composed of an elastic material and the membrane is composed of a material that generates sufficient friction when in contact with the mattress to be displaced. The extensions are configured to retract to an original length, wherein the original length of each extension corresponds to a size of the mattress. Additionally, the extensions are disposed at a distance apart from each other so as to substantially retain a sheet applied on the mattress.

A central axis of the lower hinge mount is positioned relative to a central axis of the upper hinge mount to enable a door secured to the upper hinge mount and the lower hinge mount to open and close relative to an opening of the enclosure. The refrigerated enclosure system also includes a first insulating layer positioned on a back side of the top rail and within the interior region and a second insulating layer positioned on a back side of the bottom rail and within the interior region. The first and second insulating layers inhibit a transfer of heat into the enclosure.
