Abstract: Disclosed are chain-type crampons for preventing mountain-climbing boots from being slipped on a snowy road or icy road when climbing a mountain. The crampons having an elastic band and chains mounted on the band are provided with a plurality of spikes and link rings including an advanced spike on the front of the boot when so mounted, so that a brake power on the snowy road or icy road is increased and snow is not adhered to the crampons. The crampons have a restraining member at the front.

Abstract: A removable shoe adaptor for use with any user shoe such as running shoes or hiking shoes. The removable shoe adaptor permits a user to use a pedal cleat with any shoe thereby transforming any shoes into bicycle cleat shoes. The removable shoe adaptor includes a base and a cleat member connected thereto. The removable shoe adaptor includes a plurality of wings extending from the base providing support for removal of the removable shoe adaptor from the clipless pedal. The wings prevent fore & aft movement as well as lateral movement of the shoe within the removable shoe adaptor. A strap connects to the free or distal ends of the wings and extends over the top of the user shoe so as to secure the removable shoe adaptor to the shoe. The wings provide a leverage point allowing the cyclist to twist the removable shoe adaptor in a matter required to remove the removable shoe adaptor from the clipless pedal of the bicycle.

Abstract: A button back which makes it possible to form the front surface of a button to be a circular shape; a shell cap hard to be rotated; and an umbrella part hard to be deformed. The button back is made of metal, including a cylindrical part and an umbrella part extending radially outward from one axial end of the cylindrical part. The umbrella part includes a first bending part which extends radially outward from the one axial end of the cylindrical part and then bends on the opposite side of the cylindrical part. An outer periphery, including a radially outer end, of the first bending part has a polygonal shape including at least three corners and sides which extend between two circumferentially adjacent corners. The umbrella part includes flat plates extending radially outward from the radially outer end, corresponding to the sides, of the first bending part.

Abstract: A button carrier/adaptor assembly includes an anchor section, to which is attached a head section, and to which is attached a decorative cap. The decorative cap can be a separate removable and replaceable component or incorporated into the head section. The anchor section includes a planar base and a shaped protrusion, which will form the core of the total assembly. From an elevation view, the protrusion has a profile including a teardrop shaped distal section mounted to the base by a proximal shaft. The head section includes an upper mount portion and a hollow central shank that is partially hollow and includes an internal cavity from an open bottom end thereof. The internal cavity has an elevation profile which matches the profile of the shaped protrusion of the anchor section.

Abstract: A cord and webbing fastener is provided. The fastener includes a body, an elongated, oval-shaped passageway extending there through from lateral sides thereof and between a mid-bar and a bottom bar, and a jawed passageway extending there through from lateral sides thereof and between the mid-bar and the first jaw and the second jaw. The fastener is used assembled with cord and webbing to adjustably secure a hammock or other load to a support or anchor point.

Abstract: A clasp includes a hook component and a catch component, which may be used to releasably attach two ends of an article. Among other elements, the hook component may include a stem (for manually operating the clasp) and a cantilevered lip suspended above the stem to form a slot for receiving a part of the catch component. In addition, the catch component may include a slot-engaging portion that is coupled between the stem and the cantilevered lip.

Abstract: A waterproof zipper is provided with two halves, each including a half tape member and a row of protruding teeth along an inner edge of the half tape member; and a waterproof layer is secured to an inner surface of the halves. The waterproof layer coated on the inner surfaces of the halves may prevent the liquid from penetrating into the interior of the waterproof zipper, and simplify the structure of the waterproof zipper. A process of manufacturing the waterproof zipper is also provided.

Abstract: A tool is provided that includes a plurality of links including at least three links movably interconnected to one another to form at least a portion of a wearable accessory, such as a bracelet. The plurality of links are articulatable so as to alternately assume a first configuration in which the plurality of links extend linearly, a second configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about an axis in a first direction and a third configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about the axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The plurality of links are configured to permit limited motion in a direction parallel to the axis prior to becoming structurally rigid. At least one link includes at least one tool function. A clasp and a receiver are also provided to facilitate the functionality and versatility of the resulting wearable accessory.

Abstract: Apparatuses and systems for ornamental piercing of body parts are disclosed comprising a main housing having a thumb grip section along a rear surface, a post holder including separate portions held together slidably engaged within a post holder track within the main housing such that the separate portions support a post while held together within the post holder track and fall away to release the post after exiting the post holder track, and a jaw slidably engaged with the main housing with a jaw track. The jaw track is parallel to the post holder track and the jaw supports a backing platform for piercing with the post as the jaw and main housing are moved together along the jaw track. The jaw includes a finger grip section disposed below and opposite the backing platform and opposite the thumb grip section of the main housing.

The ring shield enables a user to wrap around the ring shield on a body part of the user, such as user's finger to protect a ring comprising a ring stone worn upon the finger of the user. Abstract: A walking stick that takes inspiration from nature to absorb energy in the downward first motion of a walking stride and then return the stored energy to aid in propelling the walker forward in the final forward motion of the walking stride all the while keeping the walker in an ergonomically correct position which minimizes discomfort and reduces wasted energy. The walking stick that is the subject of this patent application utilizes a dual flexure spring configured in an S-shape (hereafter referred to as an S-flexure spring) as an extension of the straight shaft of the stick. The shape and location of the S-flexure spring are such that the spring force helps propel the walker forward.

Abstract: A handbag with interchangeable covers that alter the overall look of the handbag. This allows users to customize the aesthetics of the bag and have multiple looks without having to purchase an entirely new handbag. The insert has a zipper enclosure and inner pocket. The outer covers can be made from a variety of materials and securely attach to the insert, fully enveloping it. The two pieces are easily attached by fastening the pegs located on the top of the cover with corresponding holes located on the top of the insert.

The protective case at least partially encases an electronic device and has an outer shell that includes a first mounting feature. The stand has a second mounting feature and a third mounting feature. The first mounting feature of the protective case is complementary to and removably attachable to the second mounting feature of the stand for holding the protective case and the electronic device in a non-horizontal viewing position. The third mounting feature of the stand is configured to removably attach to a mounting feature of an accessory device. Abstract: A garment hanger. The garment hanger includes a body having a triangular perimeter. A first end of a strap is connected to an apex portion of the body. A slide adjuster is disposed on the strap and configured to adjust the length thereof. A fastener is disposed on a second end of the strap, and a strap connector is disposed on the strap between the first end and the second end. The strap is configured to maintain an open loop configuration when the fastener is connected to the strap connector, such that a garment may be hung on a horizontal rod. In one embodiment, the garment hanger includes a bag having a bag connector thereon, wherein the fastener is removably securable to the bag connector, so that a garment may be hung from the bag.

For example, a cover assembly for a mobile computing device includes a protective cover configured to connect to a mobile computing device, and an adhesive film stack coupled to a backside of the first protective cover. The adhesive film stack includes a stack of individual dry adhesive strips, wherein each individual dry adhesive strip is configured to adhere to a surface of a target object to mount the protective cover to the surface of the object with the mobile computing device attached to the protective cover.

Abstract: A bag body is disclosed, which is adapted to receive objects, including an inner layer, an interlayer, and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer is closer to the objects received therein than the outer layer is. A material of the inner layer could be engaged with a hook fastener. The interlayer is located between the inner layer and the outer layer, and is made of a waterproof and moisture-wicking material. Whereby, the bag body could effectively resist external water from getting in, and the water vapor inside the bag body could be effectively exhausted outward. The inner layer could be engaged with objects with a hook fastener, whereby such objects could be properly placed in the bag body, and therefore could be easily found and retrieved.

The flexible anti-theft system comprises: a multi-sensor module configured to correspondingly attach multiple motion sensors to multiple positions of the flexible material; a microprocessor module configured to receive output information from the multiple motion sensors and deduce, according to the output information, whether the flexible material undergoes abnormal movement; an alarm module configured to send out an alarm according to a judgment result of the microprocessor module; and a user identity authentication and working mode switching module connected with the microprocessor module.

Abstract: The invention discloses a hair iron with a variable diameter structure, comprising a handle and rolling components which comprise a hair roller, two fixed bases and two rotating blades, wherein the handle and rolling components are connected via the securing joint connection between a slot and a fixed base; the hair roller further comprises a fixed rolling element, a movable rolling element, an axis and two auxiliary rolling elements; a knob is provided at the outer end of the handle corresponding to the slot, and is in a tenon joint with the rotating blades of this end; by twisting the knob, the rotating blades drive the movable rolling element and two auxiliary rolling elements to move, so as to adjust the diameter of the hair roller. The hair iron of the invention, which is compact in structure and easy to use, can roll out various curls with sizes of 32 mm-38 mm.

Two openings are defined in each of the finger cover configured to receive a cotton member and a solvent is sprayed on the cotton member of the finger cover to remove the nail polish from the user's finger. The openings of the finger cover in the fluid impermeable wearable glove are secured via an adhesive member.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing liquid, powder, gel, goop or other viscous preparations requiring applicators, such as, without limitation, mascara, lip coverings, eyeliners, eye shadows, eyebrow products, glues, medications and the like is disclosed. The apparatus is comprised of a cap comprising a receptacle for receiving a wand, having means for temporarily coupling the wand at one end with the receptacle and an applicator head on the opposite end. Depending on use, the application head may be a brush, pad, molded bristle brush, flat brush or the like. The apparatus may be used to apply lipstick, glue, medication, gels, goops, viscous preparations, powders and the like. After use, the applicator wand can be removed and another wand can be interchanged into the same cap for another use or application. In an alternate embodiment, to manage the varying applicator heads, a custom wiper may be fitted into the neck of the base containing the liquid/powder/gel.

Abstract: Various forms of a device for shaping eyebrows are provided that includes a compact multi-purpose brush for eyebrow sculpting. The unique brush provides two main brushes for enhancing definition at each distal end of a wand and a detachable spoolie brush mounted on complementary cover member that fits over each of the main brushes. The spoolie brush has a tapered head and soft bristles to groom the hairs as well as even out the eyebrow. The compact size of the detail brush and angled brow brush provide a more exact and precise way to apply a cosmetic product to the brow. In some examples, the brush wand may include brush heads having defined areas of bristles having different flexural moduli, i.e., that is more flexible than a first defined area extending along a longitudinal axis and bristles held by the wand. The spoolie brush cover member provides a snug fit when applied surmounting a collar of either main brush on the wand.

Abstract: A hair dispensing device is described for managing the dispensation of hair for use in creating a weave hairstyle. The device can include a storage compartment and a wall having a slot through which hair is fed for use in creating the weave hairstyle. The slot can be formed in a dispensing panel that is installed on a wall of the device. The dispensing panel can be installed so as to be rotatable to facilitate the feeding of hair therethrough. A bottom of the device can include feet that reduce or eliminate sliding of the device when it is placed onto a surface during use. The bottom can also include one or more suction cups to anchor the device to the surface by suction. The hair can be stored in the storage compartment inside the device until used. The hair can be synthetic hair or real human hair.

Abstract: A device for correcting deformations of an ear or auricle, in particular extreme protrusion or closeness of the auricle to the head, is presented. The device provides an aesthetic means for eliminating defects of the external part of an ear, i.e. the auricle. The device includes elements for attaching to a user's auricle and elements for attaching to a user's head. Elements can be arranged on various sections of the auricle, allowing correction of different defects and providing an increased number of support points. Several variants of the device are proposed. Attachable elements have adhesive surfaces, and provides for the possibility of forming various gaps between all of the elements. The elements are formed from a plastic material, preferably silicone, and the surfaces of the elements for attaching to the head and auricle of the user have a biologically compatible adhesive coating, to which protective elements are applied.
