The first block has a base and a plurality of elastic members evenly disposed around the base and having respective gaps therebetween. The first block is further provided with a tubal opening formed by the elastic members, and the base is provided with a through hole at its center. The through hole and the tubal opening are axially aligned, and the base is further provided with a circular slot at an end opposite the elastic members. The elastic member further has a tapered thickness close to the base to provide an adjustment gap. The elastic members each further has a cut angle on an outer edge of the end opposite the base, and the elastic members further have a plurality of slots on a side facing the tubal opening.

Each of the panels includes at least two pairs of parallel side edges. When the panels are installed in rows, the adjacent edges of two adjacent panels in one row are locked to one another and the adjacent panels of the adjacent rows are locked to one another. Locking provides connecting while preventing movement spacing the locked panels apart in a direction perpendicular to the coupled side edges by a translation in the plane of the bottom surface of the panels, and preventing movement spacing the locked panels apart in a direction perpendicular to the coupled side edges by a translation in a plane perpendicular to the bottom surface of the panels.

Abstract: A flooring tape, for securing a first flooring unit adjacent to a second flooring unit is described. The flooring tape has two sides, a first adhesive side and a second non-adhesive side. The first adhesive side is made up of three portions, a first portion, a second portion and a third portion, the third portion positioned between the first and second portions. The first portion and the second portion have a flooring adhesive layer applied thereto for forming a bond with the first and second flooring units. The third portion has a water resistant adhesive layer applied thereto.

The tile includes a plurality of sides with an exposed portion(s) formed along at least one of the sides, but in some embodiments also across a middle section of the tile. An outer retractable unit is connected between each adjacent supporting leg. An inner retractable unit having an inner end is connected between each supporting leg and the central lock. The inner end of the inner retractable unit is connected through the central lock.

The guide track assembly has a first guide track member and a second guide track member. An enclosed guide track is within the guide track assembly. The guide track assembly is slideably received within the first tilt member. A driver that has an upper portion disposed in the second tilt member and a lower portion. The lower portion is disposed in the enclosed guide track. The enclosed guide track is configured to guide movement of the lower portion of the driver within the first tilt member. Movement of the driver causes the second tilt member to tilt relative to the first tilt member. The guide track assembly includes an open channel forming a part of a cord channel through the tilt device.

A decorative sleeve or post cover may be used to at least partially enclose the railing support post. The railing support post may be manufactured, for example, by providing an elongated member of a prescribed length, drilling a plurality of holes spaced along the length of the elongated member, and tapping the plurality of holes to form a plurality of threaded receivers. The threaded receivers are configured to receive rail fittings or other fittings.

The driving plate includes a first notch and a second notch which respectively coincide with a first blocking notch and a second blocking notch of the tube. The latch assembly has an open position in which the pin is extended distally along the pin axis and received in the aperture, and a latched position in which the pin is retracted proximally along the pin axis while the retainer is engaged with the pin. One latch system includes a plurality of latch assemblies configured to move to the latched position after all latch assemblies are in the open position.
