Abstract: The invention relates to a clasp for a bracelet or wristband comprising first and second blades, the first blade being articulated to the second blade by a first end, between a closed position, in which the second blade is folded onto the first blade, and an open position, in which the second blade is released from the first blade, the first blade being articulated at a second end to a member for attaching a first wristband portion, According to the invention, the clasp comprises adjustment means arranged to adjust the position of the second blade with respect to the first blade in an open position, the adjustment means including a groove machined in the second blade, an arbor integral with the first blade and passing through the groove, the arbor receiving a pusher for releasing and/or locking it in order to move the second blade.

Abstract: An umbrella with environmental control systems uses an environmental control system, an electrical control system (ECS), and a fluid delivery system to modify the local environment beneath the umbrella's canopy. The environmental control system has multiple spray nozzles, multiple fans, and multiple heating elements. The spray nozzles mist water onto the user, the fans blow air onto the user, and the heating elements heat up the air beneath the umbrella's canopy. To accomplish this, all of the components of the environmental control system are arranged advantageously beneath the umbrella's canopy. The umbrella has a handle, a support rod, multiple rib members, and a canopy. The support rod acts as a rigid connection channel through which the hoses that connect the spray nozzles to the fluid delivery system run. The ECS is the system that enables the user to selectively activate the various electrical components of the environmental control system.

Abstract: A travel bag, or bag capable of being positioned in multiple configurations to allow a user to carry the bag in a plurality of ways. The bag may include straps secured to the bag in such a manner as to allow a user to easily manipulate the straps into a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration may be in backpack type configuration where a user may place the straps around his/her arms and shoulders to carry the bag on the back of the user. The second configuration may be in a duffle bag type configuration where a user may hold the straps in a single hand or arm. The straps may pass freely through a clip anchored to the bag allowing the bag to easily transition from the first configuration to the second configuration.

Abstract: A clip has an engagement portion including: a first arm with a first claw at the top end side; a second arm with a second claw at the top end side; and a bottom provided at the respective base end sides of the first arm and the second arm. Projections of the first claw and the second claw defines a left-right width of a mouth. A third claw projects into the retaining space at a position closer to the base end of the first arm, and a fourth claw is provided which projects into the retaining space at a position closer to the base end of the second arm. Abstract: A knee-rest economic chair is provided. The knee-rest economic chair is formed from a unitary construction, fastener-less assembly, wherein the chair provides an elevated posterior condition as an elevated knee rest for seated users. The chair may be assembled from a plurality of components all of which are formed from a planar blank of one material. The components have tabs and slots for joined adjacent components that results in a seat component spaced apart and elevated above a knee support component, positioned relative to each other in an elevated posterior position, wherein gravity secures the resulting tab-slot and slot-slot joints, making separate fasteners unnecessary.
