The apparatus includes: (a) a generally horizontal first member; (b) at least one generally vertical second member depending from the first member; the at least one second member maintaining the first member in spaced relation from a base upon which the seating unit rests in the installed orientation; and (c) a third engaging structure configured for cooperating with one of the complementary first and second engaging structures to affix the seat with the apparatus in the installed orientation.

A process for the manufacture of this multi-ply fibrous product includes (a) providing at least two fibrous webs, (c) applying an aqueous adhesive composition including an adhesive component and a water-soluble, dermatologically acceptable acid, and optionally the corresponding salt thereof, to at least one side of at least one fibrous web, d) superimposing at least two webs such that the aqueous adhesive composition is located between at least two superimposed webs, and e) bonding at least two webs together.

Abstract: The present invention is a device for simultaneously holding a roll of paper towels adjacent to a cloth towel hanger. Structurally, a support is provided for holding the roll of paper towels in an upright orientation, and a cloth towel hanger is provided which interacts directly with the support. For this combination, an extension unit includes an upper rod with the cloth towel hanger. This upper rod is pivotally engaged with a lower rod for rotation about a pivot point. In one configuration, both rods of the extension unit are aligned for insertion into the lumen of the support. In an angled configuration, the extension unit is partially withdrawn from the support, and the upper rod is rotated about the pivot point to project the hanger radially from the support for a joint use of the hanger with the paper towel holder.

Abstract: A method of reducing sheet product waste generated during use of a sheet product dispenser in a particular location and over a broad range of usage rates includes designing a dispenser. The design includes determining a desired housing size to obtain a top to bottom height for sheet product roll storage within the housing, dividing the height by two to obtain a maximum roll diameter, locating two roll holders in the housing so that each holder may accept a roll having the maximum roll diameter, positioning a first roll of the maximum roll diameter in a first one of the two roll holders, and positioning a second roll of the maximum roll diameter in a second one of the two roll holders so that two rolls of equivalent length are configured to be dispensed sequentially from the dispenser. The installation and use of two rolls of maximum roll diameter reduces waste. Dispensers formed according to this method are also described.
