Abstract: Disclosed are a self-exposure method for a surface of conductive particles anchored in a polymer layer, a method of fabricating an anisotropic conductive film using the self-exposure method, and the anisotropic conductive film. A self-exposure method for a surface of conductive particles within a polymer layer may include controlling surface energy of multiple conductive particles so that a difference between surface energy of polymer to be used to fabricate the polymer layer and surface energy of the multiple conductive particles to be included in the polymer layer is a preset difference or more, forming a polymer solution by dissolving the polymer into a solvent in which the conductive particles having controlled surface energy have been mixed, and generating the polymer layer from which at least part of a surface of the multiple conductive particles has been externally exposed due to a difference in the surface energy by drying the polymer solution.
Abstract: A hydrophobic anti-settling far-infrared absorber material and manufacturing method thereof, and kitchen appliance product and manufacturing method thereof. The hydrophobic anti-settling far-infrared absorber material comprises, in parts by weight, the following components: 52-80 parts of a binder, 0.5-2 parts of an absorber, 10-20 parts of a far-infrared powder agent, 5-10 parts of a solvent, 1-15 parts of an anti-settling agent, and 0.8-1.5 parts of an adjuvant. The manufacturing method of the absorber material comprises mixing portions according to the proportions. The kitchen appliance product is obtained by spray coating the absorber material on a surface of a substrate of the kitchen appliance product, and curing the same to form a coating layer.
Abstract: A coating composition containing (A) 100 parts by mass of a room-temperature-curable resin and (B) 0.1-50 parts by mass of core-shell microparticles that include tetragonal titanium oxide solid solution microparticles in which tin and manganese have been dissolved as the core and a shell of silicon oxide on the outer side of the core exhibits room-temperature curability during coating film curing and exhibits UV shielding properties while maintaining transparency to visible light, whereby it is possible to provide a cured film capable of suppressing discoloration and deterioration of a substrate without compromising the appearance of the substrate.

The respective amounts of each solvent are further described herein, and the total amounts of methyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate, acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide, methyl glyoxal, propylene carbonate, thiophene, 1,3-dioxolane, and thioacetic acid sum to at least 90 volume percent of the total volume of the composition. The composition can be particularly useful for removal of a coating from a surface. Accordingly, a method of removing a coating from a surface is also disclosed.
Abstract: Provided is a bioink set for printing a construct that is able to carry cells, including a bioink which contains a biodegradable polyurethane and a biopolymer, and a divalent metal ion solution. The biopolymer is gelatin, agar, alginate salts, hyaluronic acid and salts thereof, chitosan, and any combination thereof. Also provided are a method of preparing a construct for carrying cells by three-dimensional printing with the bioink set, and a method of three-dimensional printing of cells by using an ink composition.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mixed ink mixed with a far-infrared-emitting material, a method for preparing the mixed ink, and a printed matter on which the mixed ink is printed, wherein the mixed ink is a printing ink used in a printing process for a printed matter and the mixed ink is prepared by mixing a pigment mixture with a powder type far-infrared-emitting material. Abstract: A surface staining composition; the surface staining composition includes a mixture with a suitably blended ratio of 10 parts acrylic lacquer to 1 part stain base. The stain base further includes at least one pigment additive for color matching a surface-color. The present invention is suitably desired for finishing new and different wood species to match existing and/or difficult wood staining projects. A method for shading a finish coat to a semi-transparent color is also disclosed herein.

Abstract: Provided compositions, films, and methods impart a low-surface energy surface to a polyurethane layer whereby contaminants to bead up on the surface to dramatically facilitate removal. At the same time, the provided articles retain excellent clarity and processibility for use in surface protection applications. Abstract: The present invention relates to polyol blends containing a polyol and a polyphenol alkoxylate, i.e. an alkoxylated polyphenol, and coatings prepared from these blends. The polyol blends have the advantage of a low residual polyphenol content and have desirable viscosity characteristics without the need for diluents or solvents which could result in unwanted VOC emissions. In another aspect of the invention, polyester polyols are prepared using polyphenol alkoxyiates. Coatings prepared using these polyol compositions have improved salt spray corrosion resistance, along with a variety of other excellent coating performance properties. Also, the polyols used herein can contain a significant recycle and biorenewable content, making these blends and coatings sustainable alternatives to petroleum based polyol products.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a single-sided adhesive film (1). Said method consists of providing a support layer (2) and coating a first side of the support layer (2) with an adhesive film (3), a lubricant coating (4) is applied to a second side of the support layer (2), the support layer (2) being in the form of a polyester film. Said method is characterised in that the polyester film, prior to bonding to the adhesive layer (3), and the lubricant coating (4) is treated with trichloroacetic acid, sodium persulphate, iron chloride or copper chloride in order to increase the surface energy of the polyester film. The invention also relates to a one-sided adhesive film (1) produced according to the above-mentioned method.
Abstract: Provided is a masking tape to be used at the time of formation of an electromagnetic wave shield, which is excellent in followability to irregularities, and which is capable of being peeled off from an irregular surface without any adhesive residue. The masking tape for forming an electromagnetic wave shield includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is increased in modulus of elasticity through active energy ray irradiation to 20 times or more as high as that before the active energy ray irradiation, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a modulus of elasticity after the active energy ray irradiation of 500 MPa or less.

Abstract: A method for making a water-based adhesive composition is disclosed. The method comprises dispersing at least one unsaturated monomer and at least one surfactant in an aqueous medium to form an emulsified mixture. The method further comprises introducing at least one initiator to the emulsified mixture, thereby polymerizing the at least one unsaturated monomer and forming an emulsion polymer. The method still further comprises introducing at least one polyol ester of a conjugated acid to the emulsion polymer upon completion of polymerization of the at least one unsaturated monomer. The conjugated acid may be derived from a naturally-occurring dry oil, such as tung oil. There is still further provided a pressure sensitive adhesive comprising the composition prepared according to the disclosed method.
