Abstract: Automated systems are disclosed that enable the rapid provision of fluids to downhole isolation tools. This is achieved by automatically optimizing the use of power available downhole by providing a high flowrate when pressure demand is low and a lower flowrate when pressure demand is high. Methods are disclosed which utilize the apparatus in a bottom hole assembly during downhole operations for isolating segments of a borehole.

Abstract: A delayed opening sliding sleeve system includes a first sleeve that prevents initiating the dissolution or erosion of a dissolvable or erodible retainer. The first sleeve is opened by a pressure cycle to expose or otherwise initiate the dissolution of a retainer. The retainer holds a second sleeve in place. The second sleeve is held closed against subsequent pressure cycles until such time as the retainer is dissolved or otherwise removed. With the retainer removed the second sleeve may be opened allowing fluid communication between the exterior and the interior of the sleeve system.

Abstract: A tool for cleaning debris from a wellbore comprises a rotational portion and a stationary portion. The rotational portion is configured to be coupled to a workstring disposed in the wellbore such that rotation of the workstring rotates the rotational portion. The stationary portion at least partially surrounds the rotational portion. The stationary portion is configured to remain stationary when the rotational portion and the workstring are rotated. The rotational portion and the stationary portion are shaped and configured such that, when the workstring is at least partially disposed in well fluid present in the wellbore, rotation of the rotational portion causes movement of well fluid such that well fluid flows into the workstring, thereby carrying debris from the wellbore into the workstring.

Abstract: Calibrated network models for oil production systems are executed using a set of production metrics for a given well. An execution run is initially performed for the given well using a inputs corresponding to a specified time period. Multiple execution runs are performed, iterating on productivity index data for the specified time period, until a simulated production rate converges to a historical production rate corresponding. The productivity index value for the given well at the specified time period is determined based on the converged simulated production rate. The productivity index value represents the rate test conditions at the specified time period. The executing and determining are repeated for additional points in time for the given well to determine productivity index values representing the rate test conditions at respective ones of the additional points in time. A productivity index profile providing productivity index values as a function of time is generated.
