  • Patent number: 10648526
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transmission (TM) mount that is capable of reducing costs and a weight by removing a separate stopper (component). The transmission (TM) mount improves handling performance taking advantage of elastic properties of a rubber component in a left/right direction (lateral direction). The stopper for a transmission (TM) mount includes a housing bracket into which an insulator is press-fitted, a lower plate which is positioned at a lower end of the insulator and connected, together with the housing bracket, to a vehicle body through a curling structure, an inner core which is disposed at a central portion of the insulator, and a bridge which is installed at a lower side of the inner core so as to control a lateral displacement. The bridge is tightly fixed to a fixing piece formed in the lower plate.

  • Patent number: 10648533
Abstract: A torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes a mass body, a centrifugal element and a cam mechanism. The mass body is disposed in alignment with a rotor in an axial direction, and is rotatable relatively to the rotor. The cam mechanism includes a cam and a cam follower. When relative displacement occurs between the rotor and the mass body due to a centrifugal force that acts on the centrifugal element, the cam mechanism converts the centrifugal force into a circumferential force directed to reduce the relative displacement. Guide parts are provided on both ends of the centrifugal element. Each guide part makes contact with a member adjacent thereto in an opposite position to a contact point between the cam and the cam follower through a center of gravity of the centrifugal element when the relative displacement occurs between the rotor and the mass body in the rotational direction.

  • Patent number: 10648541
Abstract: An actuator includes a manually operable portion that is operable to transmit rotation to an output shaft. The manually operable portion is provided such that the manually operable portion extends through a housing while at least a portion of the manually operable portion is exposed to an outside of the housing. In this way, even in a case where the actuator becomes inoperable, it is possible to change a shift range by rotating the output shaft through operation of the manually operable portion. It is only required to have a connection hole, which is conventionally provided at an outer wall of a transmission case, as a hole, which connects this rotary actuator to a shift range change mechanism. Therefore, it is sufficient to perform only a relatively small improvement, such as providing screw holes for fixing the actuator in a preexisting transmission.

Abstract: A hydrostatic propulsion drive for a vehicle is disclosed including an electronic control unit and a hydrostatic transmission having a hydraulic pump with an adjustable swept volume and a hydraulic motor with an adjustable swept volume, the hydraulic pump being arranged in a closed hydraulic circuit. The swept volumes of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are changeable in accordance with a correction factor which is stored in a characteristic diagram and is dependent on the rotational speed and the drive torque of the hydraulic motor, the operating pressure at the hydraulic motor being increased if the correction factor is used. Due to the increased operating pressure, flow-induced pressure drops are reduced by way of volumetric flows, and leakage flows via gaps between moving parts of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are kept large enough to avoid excessive friction and loss of efficiency.
