Abstract: A process of making a family cell of homogenous inner bladders with varying elasticity includes a forming a plurality of inner bladders from a first material with a first elasticity. The inner bladders have interior surfaces during inner chambers and exterior surfaces exposed to an outside environment. The inner chambers are configured to store a fluid. A family cell is formed by fluidly connecting the inner bladders. One or more hybrid bladders are selected from the inner bladders and a second material having a second elasticity is applied to the hybrid bladders. The second elasticity is less than the first elasticity, such that the second material reduces the elastic qualities of the hybrid bladder.

Abstract: An upper for a shoe adapted to cover a foot of a shoe wearer includes a base fabric layer. The base fabric layer of the upper has a first upper material formed of natural leather and constituting a first upper area, and a second upper material formed of a material other than natural leather and constituting a second upper area. A surface material formed of resin film is fixedly attached on the base fabric layer. The surface material covers both the first and second upper materials so that an outer surface of the base fabric layer can be coated by one surface layer formed of the surface material.

Abstract: Safety footwear configured to provide protection to the instep region and/or metatarsals of a wearer. The footwear includes a metatarsal guard having a rigid central spine, multiple ridge elements that extend transversely to the spine across an instep of the footwear, and a cushion element joined with the central spine that extends outward under the multiple ridge elements. The ridge elements are raised to deflect impact forces imparted on the metatarsal guard and the cushion element provides enhanced cushioning to a foot of a wearer of the footwear. With these constructions, the footwear remains flexible enough to provide enhanced mobility to a wearer.

The tightening system contains a tightener inset in the body of a shoe, a hinge coupled to a tightener, an appendage coupled to the tightener via the hinge, in which the appendage can go in and out of the body of the shoe via the hinge so that it can be inset in the rear body of the shoe and not protruding when the user is not loosening or tightening the shoelaces, and the appendage can protrude from the shoe when not secured into place so that a user can use the appendage to engage with each of the pair of shoelaces; and responsive to an action of a user, cause each of the pair of shoelaces to be loosened and tightened.

The clamping block extends into the pin shaft mounting hole firstly, and after the connecting convex block is clamped into the connecting groove, the clamping block can be clamped into the clamping groove. When the handgrip tube is horizontal, the positioning protrusion passes over the stopping edge and be inserts into the positioning portion for positioning to lock the handgrip tube and prevent the elastic member from rebounding. Meanwhile, the user holds a top grip on the top of the walking assistance device with one hand, and holds the handgrip tube with the other hand, and then applies force to support the body to get up and stand.

Abstract: A wearable canopy shade is provided. The wearable canopy shade includes a canopy secured a frame, wherein the frame includes a bulbous first end and a narrower second end. The frame is movable between an open position and a closed position, wherein the open position, the second end is perpendicular to the first end, such that the second end is configured to rest parallel to a back of a user wearing the shade and the first end rests above a head of the user, providing shade to a user positioned thereunder. The shade includes a strap that can secure the frame to the user. A cord is securable between the first end of the frame and the strap in order to prevent the rotation of the first end of the frame relative to the second end when the shade is in use.

The chair permits rocking backwards, diagonally forward, and rocking about the forward chair leg. This “active seating” provides for easy transitions between sitting and standing, shifting of weight, and conveys an open positive body language. Multiple embodiments and architectures are disclosed multiple configurations including; rigid, folding, and for quick disassembly. The chairs may be constructed of various rigid and flexible materials, with optional features including; armrests, footrests, caster wheels, cushioning, and a standing desk type work surface. The chair eliminates the need for connection to a base platform beneath the user's feet.
