Abstract: A hammock stand includes two structural support arms extending from a central base and configured to support a hammock above the base. Each support arm has a curved shape bowing inward at upper ends, such that an overall shape of the hammock stand is tapered. The hammock stand is configured to support a hammock occupant generally oriented transverse to an axis defined along the structural support arms. The structural support arms are coupled to the central base by a coupling assembly. In some examples, the coupling assembly includes a yoke configured to couple the structural support arms to a rotary bearing. The rotary bearing allows the structural support arms, and therefore the hammock, to swivel relative to the base.

Abstract: A moving pad that converts into a bag called a Bindle Blanket, as a moving pad it functions like a traditional moving pad or blanket used to wrap and protect furniture and vulnerable objects and used for padding to prevent furniture from shifting while being transported during a move. When converted from moving pad to a bindle, it functions as a flexible bag or sack at which time small miscellaneous or odds and ends can be loaded or packed within. Once loaded the Bindle Blanket can be carried by hand using the attached medial right and medial left side handles or the Bindle Blanket can be attached to the frame of a hand dolly and rolled to and from the transporting vehicle.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a cleaning brush configured to clean a working channel of the endoscope. The cleaning brush comprises a first joint, a second joint and a plurality of cleaning units, the plurality of cleaning units are sequentially connected, each cleaning unit comprises a cleaning portion configured to be in contact with the working channel of the endoscope, and the hardness of the cleaning portions of at least two cleaning units in the plurality of cleaning units is different. The first joint and the second joint are respectively connected with two outermost cleaning units in the plurality of cleaning units, and the first joint and the second joint are configured to be connected to make a ring-shaped cleaning brush. The cleaning brush is efficient in removing bioburden from the working channel of an endoscope.

Abstract: An apparatus for the interdiction of periodontal disease comprising a device the size of a US quarter coin capable of being chewed by a user, and which is configured with finger protrusions having fabricated blade ends capable of removing plaque from the teeth surface and disrupting plaque accumulated in the gingivae pockets of the teeth. The device of the apparatus is additionally configured with re-fillable inserts holding hygienic formulations to limit bacterial growth and flush plaque debris out of the gingivae pockets of the teeth. Some embodiments of the device of the apparatus are wholly digestible. The device of the apparatus is portable and comes in a plurality of embodiments in different shapes, all having the basic functionality of, self-treating periodontal disease.

Abstract: A mechanism for assisting painters and other persons who hold manual tools for long periods of time is disclosed. In the painter embodiment, the mechanism assist painters in gripping a paintbrush, including retaining control of the brush even during non-gripping intervals. The mechanism reduces pain and cramping partly be allowing for frequent release of the grip, thereby lessening pain and cramping. The mechanism also prevents or delays onset of carpal-tunnel by not forcing them to grip their paint laden paintbrush 100% of the time. This reduces a problem arising from a constant application of thumb, forefinger, and auxiliary fingers in a permanent clamping motion.

Abstract: In various embodiments, the device may be used to clean any brush. The brush bristles carry bacteria, food particles, dust, germs, and other similar residue in tightly packed spaces near where the bristles connect with the head of the brush. Abstract: A tool storage system has a universal mounting bracket coupled to a support surface formed with a plurality of apertures that align with differently sized support arms that support a tool therefrom. The apertures are aligned along a common horizontal plane and the support arms have different heights that allow tools to be hung therefrom in a nesting relationship so that more tools can occupy less space or area relative to the support surface. The nesting relationship of the tools provides for a first tool supported by the first arm to fit within a space defined by the second tool supported by the second arm. In some instance, the first and second arms may be part of a pair of support arms, respectively.

Abstract: An apparatus that may anchor and/or protect furniture includes a compressible element and an adhesive material on opposite sides of the compressible element. The compressible element, which may comprise an expandable polyurethane foam, and the adhesive material may enable the apparatus to be secured to a piece of furniture and a wall and, when secured in position, to withstand pulling forces of at least about 50 pounds. Thus, the apparatus may prevent furniture from tilting and falling away from the wall. The adhesive material may also be removable from the surface of a wall while leaving substantially no residue or no residue on the surface of the wall. Methods for securing furniture to walls are also disclosed, as are apparatuses and methods for preventing furniture from damaging walls.
