Forming the frame assembly includes coupling a plurality of arms, a first seat portion, a second seat portion, a first back portion, and a second back portion together. A plurality of pillows and at least one back cushion are positioned within the frame assembly. The frame assembly is positioned into the box after assembly and a divider is placed on top of the frame assembly. A first mattress roll is formed and then a second mattress roll is formed. The first mattress roll and the second mattress roll are placed on the divider in the box and the box is closed and sealed.

Abstract: An improved chair seat design is disclosed comprising a foam cushioning unit having top, middle, and bottom layers of foam secured together into a single unit. The bottom layer of foam includes a recess or slot sized to accommodate a void cell cushioning layer. The void cell cushioning layer is inserted into the recess: slot of the foam cushioning unit. Preferably, the void cell cushioning layer comprises an upper layer having an array of smaller cells with peaks pointing downwardly and pockets facing upwardly into the foam cushioning unit, and a lower layer having larger cells with peaks pointing upwardly and pockets facing downwardly relative to the foam cushioning unit. The foam cushioning unit with void cell cushioning layer inserted is then preferably attached to a contoured seat pan to form an improved office chair seat.

Abstract: A developmental drinking cup and training straw and method for developmental drinking stages is presented. A first stage presents an open-topped tiny cup, having a small volume, whereby a toddler's eye-hand and hand-to-mouth coordination is promoted while encouraging head-forward drinking which lessens choking and reinforces a strong swallow reflex. Once mastery of the initial stage is attained, an open-topped mini cup is presented, having twice the capacity of the tiny cup, to reinforce the developmental drinking promoted in the initial stage. A third and fourth stage present the mini cup in use with a training straw which inverts to present a second end after use with the first end has been mastered. Eye-hand and hand-to-mouth coordination and head-forward drinking is developed while generating confidence with independent drinking without sippy cups or spouted vessels which are known to impact speech development.

The representative method further includes, during a second phase, extracting the coffee from the brew chamber through the filter element and into the coffee chamber via a pressure differential of at least 150 torr between the brew chamber and the coffee chamber.

Abstract: A beverage brewing device including a scanner to scan codes attached to a container of a beverage solid, and then provides brewing parameters such as temperature and time to a brewing system. The code used may be a UPC code or a custom code. A user of the brewing device can scan the identifiable code, and either obtain brewing parameters from the code or use the code to access brewing parameters from a database. The brewing parameters are then used by the brewing device to brew the beverage. The brewing parameters may be stored locally for the next use. The method scans the code, obtains the brewing parameters and instructs the brewing of a beverage.

Abstract: A packable cooking system is provided. To pack the system, the fuel canister is connected to the lid. The legs of the fuel stabilizer are folded and it is placed in the bottom of the pot. The pot support legs of the burner are rotated to their storage position forming an L-shape with the burner mixer tube and the folded burner assembly is placed in the bottom of the pot with the pot support legs along the bottom and side walls of the pot and the burner mix tube extending upward from the bottom of the pot along the side wall. Abstract: The present technology provides a device, such as a waffle form, that uses an alternative heat source to cook a waffle instead of an internal heating element or a direct flame. The waffle form includes upper and lower elements to allow the waffle maker to be closed to create a sealed interior cooking environment and then placed in a chamber to allow circulated heated air to heat the surface of the waffle maker. The upper element may have configurable shapes, such as concave or convex, to create waffles of different shapes or to allow stuffing ingredients to be baked into the waffle. The waffle maker may use connections and a fastening mechanism to allow the waffle maker to be suspended from rotisserie connections in a multi-purpose cooker, such as an air fryer, rotated around an axis, and removed after the waffle is fully cooked.

Abstract: A cleaner system includes a cleaner and a cleaner station that performs a method for removing residual dust. The cleaner station is configured to suction dust stored in the cleaner. Residual dust in the cleaner station after suctioning dust in a dust bin of the cleaner is suctioned through a bypass hole that penetrates an outside and an inside of a suction tube.

Abstract: A vacuum cleaner includes a housing, a debris chamber defined within the housing, a filter disposed within the debris chamber, a motor assembly including a motor and an impeller connected to the housing and operable to generate airflow through the debris chamber and filter, a voltage sensor positioned to detect an input voltage applied to the motor, a temperature sensor positioned to detect a temperature associated with the motor and a controller communicatively coupled to the voltage sensor, temperature sensor, and motor. The controller includes a processor and memory having instructions that program the processor to determine a threshold temperature based at least in part on the input voltage detected by the voltage sensor, compare the temperature associated with the motor to the threshold temperature, and output a warning that the filter is full of debris when the temperature associated with the motor exceeds the threshold temperature.

The system (100) further includes a controller (305). The controller (305) is connected to the motor 140 and the sensor (325). The controller (305) includes an electronic processor (330) and a memory (335). The controller (305) is configured to receive, from the sensor (325), a signal indicative of the characteristic of the motor (140), determine, based on the signal, an integral of the signal over time, and operate the motor (140) based on the integral of the signal over time.
