Preferably, the digital memory includes code segments executable on the digital processor for transmitting a beacon signal via a transmitter portion of the RF transceiver, monitoring via the sensor for a visitor event monitoring via a receiver portion of the RF transceiver for a beacon response event, and selectively transmitting metadata via the transmitter portion of the RF transceiver that is related at least one of the visitor event and the beacon response event. In this example embodiment, an enclosure is provided for the digital processor, the RF transceiver and the digital memory such that the visitor detection unit can be mounted on a surface proximate to a physical area to be monitored.

Abstract: A method includes providing a Fibonacci confidence interval level on user program viewership data to distinguish user interest level in different linear entertainment programs. The method also includes creating a behavior shift feature space for acquiring information about user behavior over time based on a behavior sequence, a first derivative on the behavior sequence, and a second derivative on the behavior sequence. The method further includes utilizing, based on a trained machine learning model, a transformer structure and attention to map user data from the behavior shift feature space into a prediction of the Fibonacci confidence interval level.

The method includes sending a unique identifier request message to an identity broker when a user is on an advertiser webpage. The method includes receiving a unique identifier of the user from the identifier entity broker; and sending a rule file to a publisher server, wherein the rule file comprises the unique identifier of the user for which at least one DSP is interested in displaying an advertisement. Further, when the user visits the publisher website, the publisher server uses the unique identifier, revived from the identity broker, to identify the user and the list of DSPs that are interested in displaying advisement to the user.

A respective bid value of a bid may be adjusted using the pacing value and the adjusted bid value may be used in an auction to fill the impression. This permits automatic detection and correction of an inadvertent skew introduced when serving ads and other content.

Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates to a system and method for personalizing customer experience at a retailer's physical location in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The personalization is based upon classification of customer's online interaction with the retailer. Upon detecting the customer's presence at the retailer's physical location, data of the customer's online interactions is retrieved and classified based on the type of online interactions and temporal characteristics. Abstract: Methods and systems for communication between members of the general public and practicing legal services professionals by way of an initially-anonymous, secure, online platform. The members of the general public upload certain personal information concerning a legal matter to the platform through an electronic device, which is validated and anonymously posted for viewing by practicing legal services professionals. The practicing legal services professionals review the posted information and may express interest, in an anonymous way through the platform, in offering legal services to the members of the general public who posted information concerning a legal matter. Identifying information is only shared once a member of the general public accepts an offer of legal services.

Abstract: A social media computing system is described. The social media computing system provides a social media platform to a plurality of users. Additionally, the social media computing system provides merchants the ability to provide targeted offers to users of the social media platform. As used herein, the word “merchants” also includes service providers. The offers relate to goods or services provided by the merchants. In some situations, the offers are transmitted by the social media computing system to user devices based on requests by the users. In other situations, the offers can be transmitted directly from the merchants to the user devices based on determined locations of the user devices.

The processor may then retrieve financial data regarding a user from a financial database, such that the financial database includes a second set of data regarding financial information concerning the user. The processor may then determine one or more financial products associated with a purchase of the vehicle, generate one or more visualizations representative of the one or more financial products, and modify the image data depicted on a display to include the one or more visualizations.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented systems and processes that provision targeted alternative product information based on structured messaging data. For example, an apparatus may receive a message that characterizes a real-time payment requested by a first counterparty from a second counterparty, and is associated with a first product provisioned to the second counterparty by the first counterparty. The apparatus may determine that a second product is available to the second counterparty based on the message. Further, the apparatus may transmit notification data to a device operable by the second counterparty. The systems interact to make item recommendations using latent relations and latent representations, which can improve the quality of data used in processing interactions between or among processors in such systems. The disclosed systems and methods use neural network modeling in automatic selection of a number of items for recommendation to a user and using feedback in connection with the recommendation for further training of the model(s).

A location fencing server determines a location of a first inmate based on a first beacon device, and determines a location of a second inmate based on a second beacon device. Further, the location fencing server determines a proximity status based on the location of the first inmate and the location of the second inmate. Additionally, the location fencing server determines that the first inmate and the second inmate are in violation of a proximity policy based on the proximity status. In some embodiments, the location fencing server sends a notification to an employee device based on the violation of a proximity policy.

In an example, a computing device can receive identifying information of a user and can select, from a plurality of IDV paths and based at least in part on the identifying information of the user, an IDV path for verifying an identity of the user using one or more factors. Based at least in part on the one or more factors, the computing device can determine a score indicative of whether the identifying information provided by the user accurately identifies the user.
