  • Patent number: 12067796
Abstract: Described are methods and systems for detecting fraud in documents. First images of a first set of genuine documents and second images of a second set of genuine documents are obtained. A printed feature, spacings between printed features in the first images, and positions of printed features in the second images are selected. Selected features, spacings and positions are annotated to obtain original landmark locations for each printed feature, spacing and position. Annotated features, spacings and positions are transformed to obtain transformed features, transformed spacings and transformed positions. The transformed features, spacings and positions are combined with a noise model to generate modified features, modified spacings and modified positions. Each modified feature, modified spacing and modified position comprises annotations indicating modified landmark locations. Input data for a machine learning model is generated using original landmark locations and modified landmark locations.

  • Patent number: 12067812
Abstract: A system and method for collecting and evaluating data associated with operation of a vehicle. Vehicle trajectory data associated with operation of a vehicle is received from a device configured to collect the vehicle trajectory data. The vehicle trajectory data comprises time-marked and location-marked speed data. The vehicle trajectory data is segmented into one or more segments, each representing a pattern of driver behavior. Event data is retrieved from one or more databases and corresponds to a time associated with the time marking of the vehicle trajectory data and a location associated with the location marking of the vehicle trajectory data. The segments are correlated with the event data using the time and the location. The correlations are analyzed. Based on the analysis, associations between the vehicle trajectory data and the event data are determined. The associations represent a causal relationship between the segments and the event data.

  • Patent number: 12067813
Abstract: A system and method for sensor quality detection continuously monitors a context (vehicle state, proximal environmental factors, surrounding environmental conditions) surrounding a vehicle as well as actual sensor output. The system compares actual sensor output with expected sensor output to determine if the sensor has become degraded or if the degradation is due to the surrounding context. Once the system determines the context-based or actual degradation, it determines if the sensor is able to complete an assigned tasking with the degradation within the specific mission-based requirements of the sensor. Should the degraded sensor be unable to complete the task, the system transfers the tasking to a second vehicle equipped with an operational sensor.

  • Patent number: 12067818
Abstract: To identify sources of data resulting from an execution flow in a robotic device such as an autonomous vehicle, an operating system receives sensor data from various sensors of the robotic device. For each sensor, the system generates a data log comprising an identifier of a first checkpoint associated with that sensor, as well as a first timestamp. The system performs an execution flow on the sensor data from that sensor. The system updates the data log to include an identifier and timestamp for one or more additional checkpoints during the execution flow. The system then fuses results, uses the fused data as an input for a decision process, and causes a component of the robotic device to take an action in response to an output of the decision process. The system may record the action, an action timestamp and the data logs for each sensor in a memory.

Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, an RFID-enabled table game system provides for determining whether there is a variance between an expected balance of inventory and an actual balance of inventory in a game element container. If a variance is detected, the RFID-enabled game system may identify at least one characteristic associated with an RFID-enabled game element that is determined to be a source of the variance (e.g., a player position at which the RFID-enabled game element had last been detected, a denomination or value of the game element, and/or an identifier associated with the game element). In some embodiments, an alert may be output to game provider personnel (e.g., a dealer of a card game) at the end of a game play when such a variance is detected, thus allowing the variance to be corrected in an efficient and timely manner.

Abstract: A blockchain system, and related devices, systems, and methods are provided. A blockchain node device node device receives a first message from a gaming device in communication with the blockchain node device, the first message including a request for first play data corresponding to historical wagering activity by a player and wagering limit data associated with a limitation on wagering activity by the player. The blockchain node transmits a first blockchain block of a plurality of blockchain blocks of a blockchain data structure to the gaming device, wherein the first blockchain block includes the first play data. The blockchain node receives a second message from the gaming device, the second message including a second blockchain block including hash data associated with the first blockchain block and second play data corresponding to further wagering activity by the player. The blockchain node adds the second blockchain block to the blockchain data structure.

Abstract: Before a game is provided, a state is established in which each of a server 2 and a user terminal 3 is capable of using common node definition data ND corresponding to the game. A plurality of nodes indicating a state of the game are defined in the node definition data ND. While the game is being played by a user, the user terminal 3 transitions the node on the basis of the node definition data of the user terminal 3, changes a value of terminal-side setting information, and records transition reproduction information capable of reproducing the transition of the node and the changed value of the terminal-side setting information as a log in log data. In addition, the user terminal 3 transmits transmission log data DL including the log to the server 2.

  • Patent number: 12067838
Abstract: A transaction involving the purchase of gaming credit at a gaming table or gaming machine is facilitated at a gaming establishment's touchpoint by transmitting from a wireless device (e.g., a patron's cell phone) to a transaction server operated by a transaction-funding business: patron-identifying information for the patron and a touchpoint ID associated with the touchpoint read using the wireless device. The transaction server authorizes the transaction, transmits that authorization to the cell phone and/or the gaming establishment, and the gaming establishment provides the gaming credit to the patron. In some implementations, the touchpoint has an associated voucher printer that prints a gaming voucher that is redeemed at the gaming table or gaming machine for the gaming credit. The transaction-funding business funds the purchase for the patron without any funds ever residing on or passing through the patron's cell phone.

The system is customizable and may be interfaced with the casino's existing player tracking system and comp system. The cashless gaming chips may be played under specific rules implemented by the casino. For example, the gaming chips may be played only once and do not have independent cash value. Promotions may also be implemented using an exchange of free play chips for cash.
