Abstract: A furniture system includes an elongated chase having a body extending from a first end to a second end. The body has an upper surface and a lower surface. A first leg is coupled to the lower surface of the body and a second leg is coupled to the lower surface of the body and spaced apart from the first leg. Power cables are positioned within a cavity of the body, the power cables configured to connect to a building's power supply. A modular power unit is coupled to the lower surface of the body. The modular power unit includes a power outlet electrically coupled to the power cables.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for a freestanding and portable climbing apparatus for pet training and exercise. A climbing apparatus includes a platform having a top surface that defines a walking surface for a pet. The climbing apparatus includes a first post, a second post, a third post, and a fourth post having top ends coupled to a respective corner of the platform that raise the platform from a ground surface such that a top surface of the platform is an elevated surface. A first ramp is coupled to the first end of the platform supporting the platform at the first end, and a second ramp is coupled to the second end of the platform opposite that of the first end supporting the platform at the second end. One of a first platform foot, a second platform foot, a first ramp foot, and a second ramp foot are formed of polyethylene.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for a freestanding and portable climbing apparatus for pet training and exercise. A climbing apparatus includes a rectangular-shaped platform having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of corners. Posts having top ends are coupled to a respective one of the corners of the rectangular-shaped platform that raise the rectangular-shaped platform from a ground surface. A first ramp and a second ramp are coupled to ends of the rectangular-shaped platform. A first platform foot is coupled to bottom ends of the first post and the second post, and a second platform foot is coupled to bottom ends of the third post and the fourth post. Ramp sides are positioned along and protrude above a first side of the first ramp, a second side of the first ramp, a first side of the second ramp, and a second side of the second ramp.

Abstract: Fence panel display systems can include a unitary foundation including a plurality of steps, at least one rail extending along the width of one of the steps, and at least two clamp assemblies adjustably coupled to the rail. A fence panel can be clamped to the foundation using the clamp assemblies by adjusting the clamp assemblies along the width of the step and by adjusting protrusions extending from main bodies of the clamp assemblies in a direction perpendicular to the width of the step.

Abstract: A system for displaying aquatic animals in a retail environment includes a base having a plurality of shelves, and a plurality of removable containment elements disposed on the shelves, each of the containment elements including a bottom, a top, and side walls extending between the top and the bottom to enclose a volume of water. At least one of the side walls defines a flat side viewing panel for viewing an aquatic animal inside of the containment element. Each of the containment elements is a rectangular-shaped that is sized to contain a salable number of aquatic animals.

The system includes a second base member having a second length, a second base member channel extending the second length of the second base member, a pair of opposing secondary members each having a third length and a secondary member channel extending the third length of the secondary members and a first cap member disposable in the base member channel. The system includes a first and second locking member disposable in each of the secondary member channels, the locking member extending from the first base member to the second base member when the cabinet is fully assembled. The locking members are engagable with the first and second base member channel for securing the secondary members to first and second base members.

According to aspects of the disclosure, a tray table includes a support assembly and a tray assembly. The support assembly is configured to connect to a structure. The tray assembly is coupled to the support assembly and is configurable between coplanar and multi-planar tray configurations. The tray assembly includes a number of tray table segments pivotally coupled to one another.

Abstract: A modular medical instrument table and method of using the same is provided. The modular medical instrument table includes a base and at least one support structure rising from the base, the support structure having a substantially vertical axis. At least one arm is removably affixed to the support structure, the arm having a first end proximate to the support structure and a second end distal from the support structure, wherein the second end of the arm is rotatable about the support structure. A shelf is attachable to the second end of the arm.

Abstract: A tiered tray is provided that includes a first tier with a first support member coupled thereto; a second tier with a second support member coupled thereto; and a table insert having a cavity therein that accepts at least one of the first and the second support members. The support assembly has a bottom panel and a vertical panel coupled to and extending upwardly from a top surface of the bottom panel.

Abstract: The folding step ladder has lower and upper treads and lower and upper risers which are pivotal relative to the treads. The ladder also has front and back side panels on each side of the treads. The side panels on each side are pivotal relative to each other. The lower riser is pivotal relative to the lower tread and to both of the front side panels. A rear panel is pivotal relative to both of the back side panels and the upper tread. When the step ladder is closed or folded and one of its components is lifted, gravity causes the step ladder to open or to unfold. When another of its components is lifted while the step ladder is open or unfolded, gravity causes the step ladder to close or to fold. Handles are provided on the two components to facilitate lifting of them.

Abstract: A dispensing system for traditional Chinese medicine comprising an independent medicine dispensing unit including a framework and an operating table. The framework includes: a back plate having semi-cylindrical inner and outer surfaces; and a plurality of horizontal arc shelves connected to the semi-cylindrical inner surface of the back plate. The operating table has a generally semi-circular horizontal plate member for the pharmacist to perform corresponding operations thereon. The shelves are designed such that, for the shelves with vertical distances from the plate member of the operating table being equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the inner edges of these shelves become gradually closer to the central axis of the back plate, as the respective heights of the shelves increase.

Abstract: A stand for supporting an article a spaced distance above a support surface and for damping vibration therebetween. The stand includes a support frame having resilient bushings engaged therewith. Each bushing defines a bore into which a first end of one of a plurality of rods is received. The rods extend downwardly from the bushings and abut the support surface. The bores are configured to permit the rods to move more in one horizontal direction than in another.

Abstract: A support tube (1) for use as an internal support for multi-tiered cakes (9). The support tube has a raised internal profile (7) comprised of raised ridges (8) located on an inner surface (5) of a perimeter wall (4). The raised internal profile strengthens the perimeter wall of the support tube, thereby allowing the support tube to support large weights of multi-tiered cakes when placed in a vertical position inside a multi-tiered cake.

Abstract: A stackable, nestable, and gangable table for use in varied environments such as classrooms, conferences, testing, etc includes a wire frame scaled according to the anticipated use, a table top and a modesty panel angled obtusely from the table top to accommodate stacking and/or nesting of the tables. The table further includes glide members on the wire frame base that accommodates the ganging of tables next to one another. The glide members are mounted on the base in such a manner that they engage the opposing glides on the aligned consecutive table. The table also includes a mounting mechanism for mounting accessories such as a side storage pouch to provide additional storage and help delineate the personal work space of each table.

Abstract: A portable workstation configured for use with a primary worksurface includes a monitor support adapted to be moveably supported by the primary worksurface and an auxiliary worksurface pivotally connected to the monitor support about a horizontal axis. The auxiliary worksurface is automatically moveable with the monitor support and pivots downwardly from a first worksurface position to a second worksurface position. In one embodiment, a pivotable link member connects a base and a front portion of a worksurface. A method of configuring the workstation is also provided.

Abstract: A stand for a stereo speaker. The stand comprises a support and a plurality of isolating and polarizing assemblies that engage the support and allow movement of the speaker relative to the support in one direction more than in another direction and to isolate that movement relative to the floor surface upon which the support rests. Preferably, the stand also includes a shelf and a plurality of rods that engage the assemblies and connect the shelf to the support. A first assembly engages a first end of each rod with the shelf and a second assembly engages the second end of each rod with the support. The assemblies are configured to permit more movement of the rods in a first horizontal direction than in a second horizontal direction. Thus, the assemblies allow the shelf to move back and forth in the first horizontal direction in response to vibrations in the speaker and air movement adjacent the same.

There are at least two seating areas on the first table side, wherein an edge of the lower level at each seating area is substantially recessed from the first table side vertical plane, and at least two non-seating areas on the second table side, wherein the edge of the lower level at each non-seating area extends substantially to the second table side vertical plane. The lower level is movable to add a seating area to one of the first and second table sides and add a non-seating area to the other of the first and second table sides.

Abstract: A composite form for stabilizing an earthen embankment includes a floor section and a face section and is couplable to other like forms. The floor section includes integrally formed anchoring members for securing a geogrid with at least one anchoring rod. Advantageously, the face section of the form may included integrally formed hydroseeding screens. Also disclosed is a structure for stabilizing an earthen embankment, the structure comprising such a support form together with a geogrid anchored to the floor section of the form advantageously by a pair anchoring rods, an end portion of the geogrid being wrapped back and forth around the anchoring rods.

Abstract: The invention is incorporated in an exercise device comprising a plurality of step units and at least one connector. The step units can be stacked on each other to create multi-tier step units of different heights. The connectors pin the step units to each other to create a variety of configurations for stepping. In addition, structural elements can be connected to the step units to enable a variety of non-stepping exercise like dipping, push-ups, and chin ups.

Abstract: A working table is provided. The working table comprises a main frame and a plurality of working plates which are vertically spaced apart from each other. The main frame has an upper frame disposed on the top portion thereof. The working plate has a parts container disposed thereon, and a foldable wing-working plate disposed adjacent to the working plate. Thus, the working table not only provides sufficient space for receiving parts, tools and components, but also facilitates assembly during the manufacturing process.

Abstract: A multi-piece display device for the point-of-sale display of produce and other damageable items, manufactured out of a closed cell foam material and of solid construction, with each piece being a monolithic, flexible support block, whereby each of said support blocks has a top surface and is of a different size than each other support block, and with each said support block other than the smallest support block suitably adapted to support upon its top surface a smaller said support block, thereby allowing the device to be arranged into any number of configurations for the display of produce or other items. The foam construction of the device protects the items from damage while being light weight and easy to clean.

The second stage prop has a second stepping surface and a plurality of second side surfaces extending from the second stepping surface. The second stepping surface and the plurality of second side surfaces define a second partial enclosure in which an object may be stored. At least one of the second stepping surface and the plurality of second side surfaces has a female connector portion.

Abstract: The invention is incorporated in an exercise device comprising three blocks: a “first block”, a “second block” and a “third block”. Each block has a horizontal platform (herein, “first horizontal plafform”, a “second horizontal platform” and a “third horizontal platform”) upon which the user can stand on and perform all types of exercise activity. It is preferred that three blocks are connected together by two hinges (herein, a “first hinge” and a “second hinge”). It is also preferred that the three block be of graduating heights. It is preferred that the first hinge be connected between the first block and a first vertical corner of the second block so that the first hinge rotates about an first axis that that is perpendicular to the plane formed by the first horizontal platform.

Abstract: The catering display provides an attractive serving setting for sushi and other foods, increasing the visual appeal of the foods. A stepped base provides multiple surface levels so that sushi and other foods can be well displayed, having pieces toward the center of the base elevated rather than hidden by pieces in front. A hollow interior of the stepped base receives an ice tray so that the entire display base can be kept chilled. The chilled base tends to keep the food items fresh for a longer period of time. Ornamental attachments may be secured to the stepped base, to create a more aesthetically pleasing display of sushi or other food items. For example, a miniature “torii gate”, reminiscent of the ancient temples of Japan, may be mounted atop the stepped base. The “torii gate” may be removed, and replaced with other ornamental attachments.

Abstract: A mouse rest for hand and wrist device for reducing repetitive stress injuries from extended use of a computer mouse device is disclosed which includes a hand and wrist support region consisting of a resting plate, generally square in shape, having three square corners and one outwardly rounded corner. The resting plate has a top and bottom surface and is elevated by at least three posts attached at the square corners and extending downward to a nonskid pad. A nonskid pad is affixed to a base. The computer mouse device is placed under the resting plate at the rounded corner and the user accesses the mouse with fingers only while the hand and wrist remain on a horizontal plane and totally relaxed on the resting plate. The disclosed device eliminates all upward or downward flexion of the users wrist which is a main cause of repetitive stress injuries.

Height adjustments of both the computer seat and the desk top are made possible.

Abstract: A computer desk for either right-hander or left-hander is disclosed. The desk comprises two first crosspieces interconnected legs at both side, second and third crosspieces interconnected both sides, two links moveably mounted on the first crosspieces, a connecting member moveable along the links, a latch at the connecting member, a printer support on top of the links, a keyboard tray, a hole in each leg, and a computer platform releasably secured to the holes from one of inner and outer locations at either side of the desk. For adjusting the print support and the tray, unfasten the second crosspiece by pivoting the latch upward, slide the links along the first crosspieces and the tray along the third crosspiece to left or right side of the desk, and fasten the second crosspiece by pivoting the latch downward.

Abstract: A portable, foldable display apparatus that can be folded into a structure that is approximately one foot wide so that it can be easily stored. The apparatus is fitted with wheels so that the apparatus can be easily moved once it has been set up. An optional telescoping advertisement sign is provided. Multiple levels of display surfaces are provided. The apparatus can be used to display floral arrangements or other articles. The apparatus can be easily manufactured with display surfaces having different shapes to accommodate different merchandize.

Height adjustments of both the computer seat and the desk top are made possible.

Abstract: A display unit is adapted to be mounted to a holiday tree. The display unit comprises a plurality of table tops, each of the table tops having an outer diameter which generally conforms to the cross sectional outer diameter of the holiday tree at differing heights. In addition, each of the table tops has a cutout where the trunk of a holiday tree extends through. Further, each of the table tops is divided into two portions along a join line extending through the cutout. The table tops are supported by legs extending between adjoining table tops and between the bottommost of the plurality of table tops and the ground.

Abstract: A teaching center comprising first and second upstanding frame sections which are connected by two or more lateral connectors to form a generally “H” shaped frame, said second upstanding frame section being vertically oriented and said first upstanding frame section being inclined from the vertical to permit the use of storybooks, chart paper or other items that lean back. The teaching center is provided with one or more shelves or storage devices between the first and second upstanding frame sections.

Abstract: The present invention is a new and improved Motorized Adjustable Workstation. The invention base has substantially parallel feet and legs that rise at an angle to support the main drive tube. Attached to the main drive tube is a linear actuator that raises the main work surface. The preferred embodiment of the invention incorporates an adjustable monitor lift that raises' a monitor with, and above the main work surface and is particularly suited for computer workstations.
