Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for manufacturing a transparent conductive layer. The apparatus includes a transparent substrate, a longitudinal direction of which is arranged in an X axis direction. Jetting means jets a conductive polymer solution, containing ions, onto a first surface of the transparent substrate in a Y axis direction. A wire is spaced apart from a second surface of the transparent substrate by a predetermined distance and arranged in a Z axis direction. Voltage application means generates electric attractive force between the wire and the conductive polymer solution by applying a potential having polarity opposite to that of the ions to the wire. The apparatus adds ions to the conductive polymer solution, and employs a wire to which a potential having polarity opposite to that of the ions is applied, thus obtaining the advantage that the target substrate can be uniformly coated with the conductive polymer solution.

The manufacturing process S1 of manufacturing the battery electrode 1 includes the process of coating the compound 3 containing the electrode active material 4 and the binder 5 on the sheet collector 2 and the process of drying the compound 3 to bond the collector 2 and the compound 3, wherein in the coating process, a laser light is emitted to the interface between the compound 3 and the collector 2. Due to the above structure, regardless of the drying speed, the binder 5 contained in the compound 3 is crystallized at the interface with respect to the collector 2. As a result, the high speed drying is provided and the peel strength between the collector 2 and the compound 3 is improved.

Abstract: In a method for transcripting fine patterns and an apparatus for transcripting fine patterns, the ingress of bubbles is prevented and patterns are transcripted with a high throughput by a relatively compact apparatus. For this purpose, a back surface of a stamper is vacuum sucked and the stamper is brought into close contact with a target of transcription with its surfaces coated with resist and pressure is applied thereto. At this time, the stamper is deformed into a spherical shape or bent to expand the close contact face from a central area to a peripheral area to prevent the ingress of air bubbles into between the target of transcription and the stamper.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for locally applying material to the surface of an anode of an X-ray source as well as a corresponding anode is presented. Anode material such as a repair material for filling a recess (121) in an X-ray emitting surface (115) is applied to the X-ray emitting surface of an anode (101). The location where such material is to be applied may be detected using a laser beam (133). The applied repair material including particles (41) of anode material such as tungsten, rhenium or molybdenum, is subsequently locally sintered using a high-energy laser beam (151). The sintered material may then be melted using a high-energy electron beam (163). Using such method, a damaged surface of an anode may be locally repaired. Alternatively, structures of different anode materials or of protrusions having different levels can be provided on the X-ray emitting surface (115) in order to selectively manipulate the X-ray emitting characteristics of the anode (101).
