The pair of front legs of the first angular framed member have a plurality of rungs fixedly attached and horizontally extending between the pair of front legs. Included is a second angular framed member that has a pair of front legs and rear leg. The rear leg is spaced an equal distance from the pair of front legs. The pair of front legs of the second angular framed member have a plurality of rungs fixedly attached thereto and horizontally extending between the pair of front legs. Finally, a pair of support poles are provided. Each support pole is positioned between the first angular frame and the second angular frame when the front legs of the first angular member face the front legs of the second angular member.

Abstract: An indoor and outdoor smokeless grill comprising a housing which contains at least two openings, one at the bottom and one at the top. The housing consists of a water tank, which is situated between the openings of the housing. The housing is situated on a heat source such as a stove, whereby the hot air that rises from the burner of the stove will bypass the tank and will cook the meat that is situated on a grill that is disposed on top of the housing. When fat from the meat melts, the fat will drip into the water tank, such that fat will not drip on the heat source, thus grilling the meat while avoiding the smoke that results from the burning of the fat.

Solid-fuel is added directly into the combustion-chamber during operation through alligned stoke holes in a chimney and a vented-fire-ring, and then dropped vertically downward through an exhaust vent. Air for primary combustion is drawn into the combustion-chamber through a ring of intake apertures adjacent to and above the stove's bottom plate. Stove's outer wall is spaced apart from the wall of the combustion-chamber and the two walls are joined together and sealed by a top plate, creating an adjacent confining airspace. Air enters into said airspace through a ring of secondary air intake apertures in stove's outer-wall, where it is heated by thermal communication, as heat emitted from combusting solid-fuel passes through the combustion-chamber wall.

Abstract: A cooking surface for use with cooking kettles, such as outdoor grills, is disclosed. The cooking surface is made from a single sheet of stainless steel of sufficient thickness to prevent warping under normal cooking temperatures. The cooking surface has a grill section with a plurality of parallel slots cut into the stainless steel to emulate a rack type cooking surface and a griddle section that is substantially solid. Two embodiments of the combination griddle and grill cooking surface are disclosed, one directed to a rectangular kettle and one directed to a circular kettle. An adaptable embodiment of the rectangular cooking surface having extendable slide bars to fit various size cooking kettles is also disclosed.

Abstract: A grill has detachable legs and removable fireboxes to conserve space during storage or transport. The fireboxes are spaced from the bottom of the housing to retard corrosion of the housing. The fireboxes may be mounted directly on the housing sidewalls or may be mounted on a liner that is mounted in the housing. A connecting nut is fastened to the bottom of the housing and supports a removable cooking rack assembly. The cooking rack folds down for transport or storage and folds up for use. The rack holds food vertically so that the food cooks from both sides simultaneously.

Abstract: The fireplace grill features dual purpose legs which are inverted to snap over a lid holding the entire unit together for compact storage and transport. Abstract: A baking and/or cooling rack having at least two shelves formed of wire. The shelves are connected by wire support legs such as at the outside corners of the shelves. The connection between each shelf and its attached support legs is provided by a spring pin. The spring pins form hinges which provide a friction force preventing free movement of the connected support legs with respect to the shelves, but which allows forced movement of the connected support legs with respect to the shelves, thereby allowing the rack to fold between an upright position and a knocked down position. A grate is mounted between the side walls and is in spaced relation to the rear wall so as to define a generally vertically arranged fire chamber for holding a source of heat generating fuel. A secondary food supporting grill is mounted between the side walls, forwardly of the grate and above and generally parallel to the main grill.

Abstract: A fire retardant, portable chafer structure is disclosed. The chafer structure includes four sides and a bottom defining a generally rectangular-shaped structure having an interior chamber therewithin. The bottom is connected along a lower edge of each of the four sides to define a bottom tray adapted for holding and containing spilled material. A chafer rack is provided for placement in nested engagement within the chafer structure. One of the four sides has an aperture for providing access to the interior chamber by a user. Handles are provided on upper portions of the chafer structure.

Abstract: The devices and methods described relate to the prevention of the spreading of campfires which might create forest fires through the unintentional emission of embers and sparks. The invention encloses the campfire in a three dimensional space. It is self-supporting, is easily portable and transportable by selection of an appropriate shape and weight, and is compactable through folding or rolling by the use of rings or hinges. The principal geometric shape is pyramidal with the use of multiple panels. Further, these panels have two end panels which can be folded out to allow temporary access to the campfire.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device including a bottom part connected to a gas source in which the connection includes a device for distributing gas emanating from the gas source to openings, the openings being distanced from each other. A middle part is mounted on the bottom part and provided with gas jets through which the gas emanating from the openings may flow and be ignited, the jets being located within a plate mounted upon the openings. An upper part is mounted on the middle part and includes slatted grills distanced from each other at a distance corresponding to the distance between the gas jets. All parts are located one upon another in one frame or in separate frames.

Air flows through the apertures of the main housing down through the air passage and into the apertures at the base of the burner housing. A cooking grate is disposed on top of the burner housing. The cooking grate and the burner housing include mounting features that provide two additional distinct cooking heights. The cooking grate includes a cooking surface offset from its mounting ring which permits the grate to be turned upside down and achieve two distinct cooking heights.

Abstract: A tubular extension member converts a covered barbecue having a base and a removable cover to a smoker type barbecue. The extension member provides a larger cooking chamber and supports a water supply pan for the addition of water vapour to the cooking atmosphere. Abstract: The smoker grill has five major parts: 1) a cover, 2) a wire rack, 3) a base unit with four side walls and a divider, 4) a fire pot, and 5) a stand. Air inlet holes are located along the base of the sidewalls. A stainless steel divider is located above the air holes in the base unit. The divider separates the enclosure into an upper chamber where the food is smoked or grilled, and a lower chamber. The divider is sloped downward to a hole in the center that allows grease from the food to drip into the fire pot in the lower the chamber. The fuel in the fire pot is denatured alcohol. When smoking a food product, a wood product is placed on the divider and food is placed on the wire rack above the wood product. When using the device as a grill, a wood product wood product is not used. A cover is provided over the unit to enclose the upper chamber. The fire from the fire pot in the lower chamber heats the stainless steel divider which smokes the wood product or grill the food product in the upper chamber.

On the segments of the sidewall extending transverse to the deep guide segment of the basin are formed joint slots. An elongate tongue is formed on the sidewall segment extending along the shallow guide segment of the basin. Abstract: A grill aerator and waste receptacle in the form of a pan having frustoconical air towers projecting from its bottom. The pan fits in the bowl of a barbecue grill under the grate supporting the charcoal bed. When placed in the grill bowl, the pan collects ash and drippings from food, while the air towers direct air through the charcoal bed.
