Abstract: A kitchen faucet mounting structure includes a faucet body, a pipe connector, and a fixing assembly. The faucet body is connected to an upper portion of the pipe connector. The fixing assembly includes an upper casing, a press block, a return C-shaped ring, and a lower casing. Through the cooperation of the upper casing, the press block and the lower casing, the fixing assembly and the pipe connector can be assembled and fixed quickly. Through the cooperation of the return C-shaped ring and the press block, the fixing assembly and the pipe connector can be disassembled quickly.

Abstract: A tub spout assembly is configured to be supported within the overflow opening in the sidewall of a bathtub. The tub spout assembly illustratively includes an overflow body defining an overflow passageway, and an inlet tube supported by the overflow body and defining an inlet passageway. A spout is fluidly coupled to the inlet tube and defines a spout outlet to dispense water from the inlet tube into the bathtub. A spout cover illustratively receives the spout and includes an inner wall defining at least one opening. The at least one opening is illustratively in fluid communication with the overflow passageway and the inlet passageway. Illustratively, a diverter assembly is supported by the spout and is configured to selectively open and close fluid communication between the inlet passageway to the spout outlet.
Abstract: The invention is directed to a divider block assembly made from one piece of material. Traditional divider blocks require modular sections so that piston alignment can be calibrated precisely. The current invention uses replaceable pistons and sleeves that are suitable for use at high fluid pressures. The use of these pistons also allows for a single, bodied, one-piece, metal divider body, rather than the conventional multiple block divider blocks, which allows for a more efficient manufacturing method and stronger, more reliable, and more efficient lubricant dispensing system. The use of any of these aspects separately can improve performance, and not all are required in every embodiment.
Abstract: A composite structural component is disclosed. The composite structural component can include a lattice structure, a casing disposed about at least a portion of the lattice structure, and a skin adhered to a surface of the casing. The lattice structure and the casing can be formed of a polymeric material and the skin can be formed of a metallic material. A method of manufacturing a composite structural component is disclosed. The method can include creating a casing of a polymeric material and creating a lattice structure of a polymeric material disposed about at least a portion of the casing. The method can include sealing the porosity of the casing and lattice structure. The method can include adhering a skin of a metallic material to at least a portion of the casing. At least one of creating a lattice structure and creating a casing comprises utilizing an additive manufacturing process.

Abstract: A water output switching structure for a bath tub includes a shell; and a water inlet chamber. The shell is of a cylindrical shape, and the water inlet chamber is sleeved around by the rear end of an inner chamber of the shell placed laterally, while a lower side at a front end of the water inlet chamber is provided with a water output hole. A lower end of the guide rod is connected to and acting in cooperation with the extension portion, so that when the guide rod is pulled up, the switching valve core is swung downward to seal off the water output hole, and when the guide rod is pressed downward, the switching valve core is swung upward to open up the water output hole. The water output switching structure for a bath tub occupies less space and provides tight seal.
Abstract: An operating method of a washing machine capable of efficiently washing and sterilizing laundry with a relatively large amount of contaminants is disclosed. The operating method of a washing machine which includes a tub for storing washing water, a drum for accommodating laundry, and a steam generator that is supplied with water for generating steam separately from the washing water to supply steam to the laundry, the operating method including performing a primary rinsing operation for rinsing the laundry to discharge contaminants having a relatively large size to prevent a secondary contamination due to the contaminants having a relatively large size, performing a steam washing operation for supplying steam to steep the contaminants in water and sterilize the laundry while operating the drum, and performing a main washing operation for removing the contaminants and dissolving protein through high-temperature washing water containing a detergent while operating the drum.

Abstract: A collection valve for use in a water reclamation system is provided. The collection valve comprises (i) a drain pipe connectable to a drain line in which gray water flows, the drain pipe comprising an inlet pipe, a medial pipe, and an outlet pipe; the medial pipe having a first opening rotatable from a first position to a second position; (ii) a valve plug pipe, surrounding the medial pipe, having an second opening; and (iii) an actuator assembly for rotating the medial pipe between the first and second positions. Rotating the medial pipe to the first position causes the first opening to be in alignment with the second opening causing gray water to drain into a tank. Rotating the medial pipe to the second position misaligns the first and second opening causing fluid passing through the medial pipe or drain to a sewer or septic tank.

Abstract: A valve for controlling the flow of a waste gas stream received from an industrial process is disclosed. The valve includes ducts to permit entry of the stream for removal of harmful VOCs and exit of the treated gas stream to the atmosphere. The valve includes several open frames extending radially from a central axis. A distribution blade mounted on the axis rotates between two positions to control the flow of the stream through the open frames during processing. A seal ring mounted to each open frame forms a seal with the distribution blade when in contact with the frame. Pressurized air delivered within the seal ring during contact with the blade acts to significantly reduce of the gas stream from within the valve to the atmosphere during operation.
Abstract: A water-saving device structure is provided. When the pressure of an entry water is high, a water-barrier sheet body is pressed to cause a downwardly-moved elastic stopping portion to block a water-inflow opening of a water-outflow seat body, so that the water flow is conducted to a water-outflow opening through a water-conducting opening of the water-barrier sheet body. When the pressure of the entry water is low, the entry water is conducted to the water-outflow opening via one path traveling from the water-conducting opening of the water-bather sheet body to the water-outflow opening of the water-outflow seat body and the other path traveling along the clearances of stopping wall portions of the water-outflow seat body, a water-storage circular slot portion, the water-inflow openings of the water-outflow seat body and the water-outflow opening of the water-outflow seat body. Therefore, the outflow water with steady flow rate can be obtained.
Abstract: This invention pertains to a sequencer for controlling the distribution of fluid input into a tank to at least two outlets using a plurality of cells connected to actuate a respective floating outlet. Each of the cells has a relatively uniform construction comprising an enclosure and a float. Each enclosure has an inlet arranged at one end to allow fluid therein and offset openings at an opposite end. The enclosure also is configured to accept the float in an inner cavity and arranged so as to allow the fluid therein to cause said float to move within said enclosure. Each cell is further arranged in pairs of a lift cell and a trigger cell adapted to actuate a floating outlet. Each float has an inclined upper surface configured to transfer a ball through the offset openings as the fluid causes the float to rise and fall from each cycle of actuate a respective floating outlet. The sequencer being particularly adapted to a system and method for dosing a septic system having two or more disposal fields.
Abstract: A series progressive divider valve comprises a valve body and pistons. The valve body comprises a fluid inlet, piston bores, outlet bores and porting. The fluid inlet extends into an exterior of the valve body. The piston bores extend through the valve body from a first end to a second end, wherein the piston bores are arranged along a first circular path intersecting each of the piston bores. Each piston bore includes a piston. The outlet bores extend into the valve body, and each outlet bore comprises a first set of outlet bores, and a second set of outlet bores. The porting forms a plurality passageways connecting the piston bores to each other and with the outlet bores such that when high pressure fluid is applied to the inlet each of the pistons reciprocates from the first end to the second end in sequence.

Abstract: A flow divider includes a spool for distributing fluid from a supply flow path to priority and surplus flow paths. First and second surplus restrictions vary flow rate in accordance with the movement of the spool and restrict the flow rate to the surplus flow path respectively from first and second supply passages. The second surplus restriction is formed to restrict the flow rate in at least two steps. The spool includes a cross-sectional area changing portion located at a position corresponding to the second surplus restriction. Therefore, the circuit structure is prevented from becoming complicated and the fluid force acting as a spool urging force is suppressed.
Abstract: A rainwater collection and diverging system includes a housing that has a bottom wall and a perimeter wall. A door is positioned in the bottom wall. A hinge hingedly couples the door to the bottom wall and a biasing member is attached to the door and biases the door in a closed position. Fluid in the housing may flow outwardly through the bottom wall when a biasing action of the biasing member is overcome and the door is moved to an open position. An outlet is fluidly coupled to the housing. A downspout has a bottom end extending into the housing. A conduit is fluidly coupled to and extends between a free end of the outlet and a fluid receptacle. Water flowing down the downspout is directed into the conduit until a force of the water flowing down the downspout overcomes the biasing action and opens the door.
Abstract: A pressurized gas system controls a gas flow from one or more gas pressure storage vessels by means of an electronically controlled electromechanical shut-off valve located in close proximity to each of the vessels. The shut-off valves are electrically wired to actuation switches on the control panel. Pressure transducers mounted on each vessel provide a signal output which is electrically connected to a digital numeric display located on the control panel so that the pressure of each vessel can be monitored. Gas flow from the vessels is controlled by means of the electric shut-off valves operated from the control panel. A pressure regulator at the air access station controls the final output pressure delivered to the tool or personnel air bottle.

Abstract: A method for providing a gray water reclamation system includes connecting one or more gray water sources and one or more black water sources to a main drain line. A collection valve is also connected to the main drain line, the collection valve having (i) an inlet connected to the main drain line down stream from at least one of the black water sources, and (ii) an outlet connectable to either a gray water drain line or a black water drain line. Abstract: A side control faucet is provided with a separate diverter valve which is connected to a single outlet from the valve body. The diverter valve is connected to a spout and to an auxiliary water dispenser, such as a side spray or water filtration dispenser. Abstract: An automatic water supply shutoff valve for use with a fire protection piping system has a body defining a cavity communicating among a supply inlet connected to a water supply, an ancillary outlet connected to ancillary piping, and a fire protection outlet connected to fire protection piping; and a piston within the cavity defining a piston passageway. The piston moves between a first position connecting the supply inlet and ancillary outlet and a second position connecting the supply inlet and fire protection outlet. The piston moves in response to biasing forces acting against the piston, including a first biasing force from the supply inlet, a second biasing force from the fire protection outlet, and a third biasing force. The first biasing force, urging the piston toward its second or fire protection position, is opposed by a combination of the second and third biasing forces, together urging the piston toward its first or ancillary position.
