An adjustment transfer element is at least partially contained within the vertical adjustment opening and a vertical adjustment element is rotatably connected to the adjustment transfer element. Rotation of the vertical adjustment element adjusts a position of the panel leaf to any position between a first position and a second position. A horizontal adjustment element is rotatably connected to the horizontal adjustment opening. Rotation of the horizontal adjustment element adjusts a position of the panel leaf to any position between a third position and a fourth position. Vertical and horizontal adjustment of the hinge may be performed independently.

Abstract: A hinge for mounting a door-panel or window sash to a fixed jamb element has two leaves pivoted together about an axis. One of the leaves is adapted for attachment directly to an edge of one of the elements. A housing is recessed in the other of the elements and has a pair of generally parallel and vertical side walls with inner faces defining a horizontally open cavity. A bar is shiftable in the cavity horizontally perpendicular to the side walls and vertically. At least one fastener releasably securing the other of the leaves to the bar. A pair of spindles extending perpendicular to the side walls in the cavity are threaded into the bar and have opposite ends bearing on the inner faces of the side walls so that rotation of the spindles shifts the bar perpendicular to the side walls.

  • Patent number: 8407867
Abstract: A clamp for an elongated tube style white such as a versa tube. The clamp has one fixed side that holds the versa tube's mounting structure therein. The other side of the clamp is movable, and pivots between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, the lamp is held into place, and in the open position the lamp can be removed. A single screw that holds the clamp into the open or closed position is knurled and hence the device can be removed without any tools. The two sides of the clamp occupy different longitudinal positions so that they can be placed directly next to each other, and one opened without moving or disturbing the other since the two sides are in different longitudinal positions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a door supporting device for a refrigerator. The door supporting device of the present invention can adjust the height of the door. A hinge bracket of the door supporting device of the present invention includes a fixing portion fixed to a front face of the refrigerator, and a supporting portion extending forward from an upper end of the fixing portion and having a threaded hole with threads formed on an inner periphery thereof. A hinge shaft of the door supporting device has threads on an outer periphery thereof and is threadly engaged with the threaded hole so that the hinge shaft can be supported by the hinge bracket. An upper end of the hinge shaft rotatably supports the door. The height of the door can be adjusted by rotating the hinge shaft. A nut is threadly engaged with the hinge shaft below the hinge bracket. The nut prevents the hinge shaft from being rotated so that the door can be constantly maintained at a predetermined height.
