The cable routing box includes a guide for the cable in the cable routing box. The cable exits the cable routing box in a second plane, which differs from the first plane.

Abstract: A cable inlet device consists substantially of an open frame part and at least one sealing insert arranged therein. This cable inlet device is attached to a switchgear cabinet so that the sealing insert and the frame part of the cable inlet device terminate flush with the opening. When the switchgear cabinet is closed, for example by a switchgear cabinet door or switchgear cabinet wall or the like, this door or wall is sealingly pressed with a counterpart seal against the cable inlet device. For replacement of cables it is merely necessary for the switchgear cabinet door/switchgear cabinet wall to be opened and for the cable to be changed to be removed together with the corresponding sealing element, and for the new cable to be provided with a matching sealing element and to be inserted.

When the temperature of the circuit board at a check time before the vehicle startup scheduled time is outside of a predetermined normal temperature range, the controller executes circuit board pre-temperature-regulation control to operate the temperature regulator to regulate the temperature of the circuit board before the vehicle startup scheduled time.

The apparatus may comprise at least one mounting clamp that may have a fin and a drum that receives a mounting screw. The fin of the mounting clamp may be configured to be located within a pocket formed in the body. When a mounting screw is driven, the mounting clamp may rotate from the pocket into a position in which the drum of the mounting clamp may be received in a channel formed in the body. The drum may be configured to move through the channel as the mounting screw is further driven. The gap may be sized to retain the mounting clamp within the channel as the drum moves therethrough.

A panel fastener is attached to and extends forward from the mounting foot, through the back wall, and into the interior of the enclosure body. The panel fastener is used to secure an internal panel to the enclosure body within the interior of the enclosure body.

Abstract: An adjustable mounting apparatus is disclosed for securing devices to a wall, such as speakers and the like, and includes a cable pass through for routing associated device cables through the wall. The adjustable mounting apparatus includes a rigid frame with a lip having an opening therein, a rearward extending sidewall surrounding the opening, and rearwardly extending guide members extending rearward from said sidewalls and terminating at their ends into a cross-member. To secure the rigid frame to a wall the guide members including attached clamp arms are passed through a hole in the wall and the clamp arms are rotated to draw the clamp arms toward the rear surface of the wall while thereby forcing the front lip of the mounting apparatus against the front surface of the wall to secure it thereon. A rigid mounting plate is snap fit into the opening and includes a load arm adjustable within the mounting plate for angular adjustability of an attached device.

Installation time and effort are minimized as site preparation requires only a single hole that may be made with a standard size hole-saw.

Each of the first pair of flaps is arranged to extend outwardly from the defined first slot at an angle that is away from the interior space to provide a structure that will inhibit a pushing of the electrical cable further into the interior space. Each of the second pair of flaps is arranged to extend inwardly from the defined second slot at an angle towards the interior space to provide a structure that will inhibit a pulling of the electrical cable from the interior space.

A protective housing for an electrical device includes a baseplate with an internal opening and first arcuate cutout along the internal opening. The protective housing also includes a first insert with a second arcuate cutout and at least one aperture. The first insert fits within the opening. The first and second arcuate cutouts form a through hole when the first insert is fitted within the opening.

Abstract: Configurations for push wire connectors and for electrical wiring devices that mate with or connect to the push wire connectors are disclosed. The push wire connectors have a housing and one or more contact assembly positioned within the housing. Each contact assembly has one or more contact openings to allow wires to pass through, and the housing has one or more wire entry openings that are angled so that wires that pass through the wire openings and the contact openings before engaging the contact assembly are angled.

Abstract: A GFCI includes a latch assembly provided with a rigid electrically conducting bar connected thereto such that when a user presses a reset button the latch assembly is moved toward a pair of contacts provided as part of a reset circuit to initiate a reset operation. When the electrically conducting bar on the latch assembly connects the pair of contacts, the reset circuit is closed and an actuator is activated to place the GFCI device in the latched, reset, condition. If the GFCI device is correctly wired, the latch assembly enters the latched state. If the device is not properly wired no power is provided to the actuator and the device remains in the tripped, or open, state.

Abstract: An assembly for mounting a wireless access point includes a base panel configured to be mounted to a post and to support the access point. The assembly includes a shroud configured to at least partially surround the base panel, the access point, and the post. A clearance between the second guide and the second engagement portion is smaller than a clearance between the first guide and the first engagement portion.

Abstract: An electrical box support is provided for coupling to the side wall of an electrical box to support the electrical box in an opening formed in a hollow core building block. The support has a flange at the front edge and tab at a front edge that clips onto the side wall of the electrical box. A spring member extends from a rear side edge and curls toward the front edge. The spring member has an end that is directed toward the front edge and spaced from the flange a distance to contact the inner surface of the block while the flange contacts the outer surface of the block. The tab at the front edge of the support has a hook for engaging an inner edge of the electrical box to couple the support to the electrical box and to prevent sliding of the support on the electrical box.

The wiring is coupled to the buss bar and the electrical device is coupled to the electrical circuit.

Abstract: A weatherproof back box for receiving a fire alarm notification or other fire alarm device includes a back wall and sidewalls that project from the back wall and define a mouth. The sidewalls further include recessed portions that extend from the back wall toward the mouth, and end prior to the mouth. The back box further includes mounting posts, which are preferably less than 50% of the depth of the back box, that project from the recessed portions into the mouth. Additionally, these mounting posts receive fasteners for securing the fire alarm notification device in the mouth of the back box.

The power supply system has a housing with at least one outlet for receiving an electrical plug, a weight disposed inside the housing, and a gripping component disposed on an outer surface of a base of the housing. The weight provides stability to the housing and the gripping component secures the housing to an external surface when the power supply system is placed upon the external surface. The housing may further have at least one universal serial bus (USB) port and an On/Off switch for controlling input of electrical power.

Abstract: A brace assembly is provided having a brace for mounting to a support and a hanger member. The hanger member is coupled to the brace by a bar positioned in a longitudinal slot in the bottom side of the brace. The bar enables the hanger member to slide along the length of the brace. The hanger member has a bottom wall and side walls with a top end for coupling to a support. A mounting bracket is removably coupled to the hanger member for supporting the brace.

Abstract: A line-in power is connectable to the disclosed outlet housing similar to any known power outlet. This provided power is used to drive an AC/DC converter to create a DC bus internal to the outlet housing. This DC bus powers the electronics, including, for example, a wireless transceiver incorporated within the outlet housing.
