  • Patent number: 12075864
Abstract: A sleep mask assembly includes a sleep mask that is wearable on a user's face such that the sleep mask covers the user's eyes. The sleep mask has a face portion and a flap portion. The face portion rests against the user's face when the sleep mask is worn. The flap portion is positionable in a deployed position has the flap portion resting against the user's forehead to facilitate the user to comfortably rest their forehead against a support object when the user is sleeping in a sitting position. The flap portion is positionable in a stored position having the flap portion resting against the face portion. A pair of elastomeric straps is each coupled to the sleep mask thereby facilitating the pair of elastomeric straps to be worn around the user's head for retaining the sleep mask on the user's face.

  • Patent number: 12016800
Abstract: An eye mask for sleeping has a headband and two eyecups. The headband comprises an inner surface and an outer surface. The two eyecups are configured to cover two eyes respectively. Each eyecup has an adhering surface, a contact surface, and multiple first passages. The adhering surface is securely mounted on the inner surface of the headband. The contact surface is configured to cover one of the eyes of the user. The first passages are formed through each eyecup and extend from the adhering surface to the contact surface. With the eyecups mounted on the headband and configured to cover the eyes of the user, because the first passages are formed through the eyecups, heat and moisture can be dissipated and drained via the first passages.

Abstract: A method, equation, system, and device for electrically heating Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) and other transparent conductive materials having a uniform sheet resistivity for defogging and de-icing in a cold environment. The use of nonparallel busbars for connecting the conductive materials reduces excessive and dangerous hot zones. The mathematical analysis and equations provide a means of precisely providing an intermittent electrical connection so that the Watt density and heating is uniform, allowing much higher temperature for de-icing and defogging and more efficient use of energy. This same concept can be used for three dimensional formed heaters to compensate for non uniform sheet resistivity. Also shown are a means of improved busbar designs and an equation and a means of altering sheet resistivity to produce electric heaters with non parallel busbars of various shapes for uniform heating and Watt density.
