The garment is form fitting for comfort and performance.

The training region at least partially defines a tensioning system of a biofeedback device. The biofeedback device is configured to provide sensory cues (e.g., feedback forces) to the person performing a physical activity when the person's biomechanic position is sub-optimal, the sensory cues indicating to the person that their biomechanic position is sub-optimal and indicating to the person how to adjust their one or more body portions towards a more optimal biomechanic position. The garment may provide for training and help the person achieve optimal biomechanic motion.

Abstract: The present invention is a solution for continence problems. A supporting structure can be in the form of a modified jock strap or biker's shorts. It includes a male version (bag) and a unisex version (wicking pad). The male model can do alright with gravity alone. The unisex model uses wicking through micro channels to a trigger device in a small bag. This is made of highly porous hydrophilic material that allows flow to drain downward for disposal but not wet backwards It would be advantageous to provide a solution whereas the users would have a comfortable and efficient way to dispose of their urine without getting their garments wet without having to throw something away like absorption pad. It would also be convenient and cost effective to provide a way of using the same device without changing anything all day long.

Because of the vein protection channel (24), a constriction of the vein extending in that region is avoided. Thereby, a circulation of blood to the male genitals will even be ensured if one sits on a cycle saddle for a long time.

Abstract: A wader that is shaped to allow for ease of movement in the hip and knee areas and that has seams running vertically on the anterior and posterior sides of the leg portions. The wader is designed to alleviate discomfort caused by stiff seams and to address the problem of seam abrasion. The wader is made of breathable fabric, and the seams are sewn and sealed. The wader can include, optionally, a foot-covering device and a cinching device. In the preferred embodiment, the seams are sealed with a thermoplastic adhesive tape. The multi-layer protective fabric inner layer includes a cushioning, abrasion-resistant material, such as doeskin. Articles of apparel, for example cycling shorts, can include such a multi-layer protective fabric either alone or in combination with other moisture-managing, cushioning fabrics. Such protective fabric and apparel systems provide improved removal of moisture from skin, reduction of contact stress, and decrease in abrasion.

A thick, high hardness, synthetic foam layer is associated with the thin foam layer and occupies the pad area association with the buttocks. A synthetic leather layer has a shape that complements the shape of the polyester layer and a bottom surface thereof engages the top surface of the thin foam layer and the top surface of the thick foam layer.

Abstract: Athletic Shorts are a tight fitted running shorts that improve the performance of running or walking by utilizing gravity as a source of energy. The shorts have elastic straps attached from the waist and extend across the front side of the leg to the bottom near the leg opening of the shorts. When standing straight up the elastic is elongated by the weight of the leg. The elongated elastic provides a pulling energy for the leg by contracting when moving up in a step of a walk or stride of a run. When the step or stride is lowered back to the ground the elastic is again elongated by the weight of the leg. The repeated action of the contraction and elongation of the elastic straps provide increased performance when walking or running. Leg Adjustment Straps around the bottom of the shorts are used to draw the shorts tight to the leg. Athletic Shorts increase performance when gauging time over a fixed distance utilizing gravity of the leg as a source of energy in the physical walking or running action.

The pockets are reinforced and a separate arrangement of pockets may be releasably attached to the exterior surface of the garment.
