Abstract: A compression garment may generally include an upwardly disposed waist, a seat spaced apart from and connected to a pant front, the seat and the pant front connected to the waist, a single leg portion connected to the seat and the pant front and configured to receive a first leg of a wearer, and an opposing side portion connected to the seat and the pant front and including an aperture opposed to the waist and defined by distal edges of the seat and the pant front, and a compression portion circumferentially around at least a portion of the first leg of the wearer to exert therapeutic pressure on the first leg of the wearer when the compression garment is in use.

Abstract: A garment for postnatal women for absorbing postpartum bleeding and providing soothing effects during post-partum recovery. The maternal under garment includes an exterior layer having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. An interior layer overlaps the exterior layer along a front panel and a rear panel of the garment. An upper perimeter of the front panel includes a V-shape, wherein a nadir of the V-shape is centrally positioned on the front panel to comfortably rest below a stomach area of a woman. The maternal under garment includes an adjustable waist band to retract as the stomach area becomes smaller postpartum. Multiple layers are disposed between the interior and exterior layer, such as an absorbent layer for absorbing postpartum bleeding, a cooling layer for soothing genitals during postpartum recovery, and an antibacterial layer for assisting with pain relief and the healing process after birth.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are protective garments comprising an inner surface or portion of an inner surface with both absorbent and stain resistant properties while maintaining the soft feel, breathability and aesthetic properties associated with traditional “non protective” intimate apparel. Abstract: A body worn hosiery/shaper uplifts the rear buttocks in an expandable thin material region, by virtue of respective left and right flank members, which cause the uplifting of the rear buttocks region. The flank members are supported from above by an annular upper waist knitted in welt, that extends circumferentially around the upper rib area. Upper thigh ring cuff portions also help with the uplifting of rear buttocks region from below while the high waisted control top control stomach and back side bulge. The body worn hosiery/shaper also optionally provides sheer leg portions that end just before the toes leaving the toe portion open. An extra wide open crotch double gusset is also provided allowing the user to utilize the restroom when nature calls.

Abstract: Maternity garments are presented herein. The maternity garments are intended for use by pregnant women throughout the entirety of their pregnancy. In one exemplary arrangement, the maternity garments include a built-in support belt and a belly bump portion. The maternity garment may further include leggings. In some arrangements, the maternity garment is formed of light compression weaves in areas such as the baby bump area and the leggings area of the garment, while the areas around the periphery of the baby bump, as well as the back area of the garment are formed of slightly stronger compression weave so as to provide needed support and lift in these areas. Finally, the area associated with the middle of the back of the pregnant woman may be formed of an even stronger compression weave so as to provide even greater support in this area to deal with the troublesome soreness and pain often had by pregnant woman as the pregnancy progresses.

Abstract: The present invention features a stabilizing garment system featuring a shirt component and a pant component and strips of spandex integrated into the shirt component and the pant component. The strips of spandex follow the path of a ligament or a muscle of the wearer. The strips of spandex can help provide compression or added support to the wearer's ligaments and/or muscles.

Abstract: Provided is a garment including hosiery which avoids the needs for a conventional waistband by providing a graduated compression panty where the compression is gradually increased from the bottom of the panty where leg portions are attached to the top of the panty which corresponds approximately with the waist of the wearer.

The means for preventing creasing provides additional comfortable support to the wearer while providing support to footwear in the toe portion of footwear, thus preventing creasing. The means for preventing creasing can be located in an upper portion; a lower portion, an upper and lower portion; or in a single portion within the sock.

Abstract: Hosiery that includes a legwear portion and a waistband secured to the legwear portion. The waistband is made of an elastic material having an unfinished upper edge. The waistband also has an unfinished lower edge that is secured to the legwear portion at a seam that allows the hosiery to lay substantially flat against a wearer's body. The unfinished upper edge of the waistband can provide the wearer with greater comfort relative to conventional hosiery having finished upper edges, which often results in visible and uncomfortable restriction. This hybrid construction also allows the waistband to have varying width around its circumference to compensate for shortcomings of a legwear portion made using conventional tube-construction techniques and/or, when the waistband has a lower stretchability than the legwear portion, to compensate for this lower stretchability.

The improved bed sock extends across the toes and down the front part of the Metatarsus, but of which does not extend to the Instep. The improved bed sock includes a specific region of elastic concentration just behind the ball of the foot (the widest part) that aids in maintaining the improved bed sock upon the front foot despite movement of foot while under covers. The improved bed sock is removed while in bed by use of a toe from an opposing foot without requiring the end user to sit up or get out of bed. The improved bed sock keeps the toes warm, but the rear portion of the foot cool.

Abstract: Processes for printing designs onto sheer fabric using a heat press are disclosed herein. The processes print realistic tattoo designs that create the illusion that a wearer has a permanent tattoo on his or her skin. The processes may include printing a design on sublimation paper using dye sublimation ink, positioning the sublimation paper on a sheer fabric, and applying a high temperature, high pressure heat press to create a permanently dyed garment. The process may also include other inks such as, but not limited to, optic color ink and ultra-violet florescent ink. Additional embodiments include processes for printing images other than tattoos onto sheer fabrics, e.g., muscle definition, body paint, and branding. The products disclosed herein include hosiery and lingerie having realistic tattoo designs printed thereon.

The embellishment (or a portion thereof) is provided on the front thigh area of one of the legs, preferably at the center of the thigh area or above. Locating the embellishment (or a portion thereof) at the middle of the thigh area (or above) advantageously allows the wearer to readily see the embellishment, with or without the aid of a mirror, without the need for the wearer to bend at the waist and without the need for the wearer to raise their foot. The golf tee holder is positioned on the body portion of the sock a sufficient distance above the foot portion of the sock so as not to interfere with the wearing of shoes during normal golf play.

A panty outer band having first and second sides has its second side secured to the panty garment outer side and carries a scalloped decorative edge along its perimeter.
