The container (10) further comprises a plurality of consumer goods (18) received within the box portion (12) and an inner frame (16) slidably received within the outer housing. The inner frame (16) comprises an inner frame front wall (22) underlying a box portion front wall (17) and a tab portion (28) positioned between a box portion bottom wall and an end of each of a selection of the consumer goods, the tab portion (28) depending along a first weakening zone (30) from the inner frame front wall (22). The tab portion (28) is arranged so that sliding the inner frame (16) away from a box portion bottom wall engages the tab portion (28) with the selection of consumer goods and lifts them away from the box portion bottom wall.

Abstract: A carton for holding at least one article includes a dispenser that includes a dispenser feature and at least two first panels extending at least partially around an interior of the dispenser. The carton also includes a sleeve including at least two second panels extending at least partially around an interior of the sleeve. The interior of the sleeve at least partially receives the dispenser, and the dispenser is in slidable engagement with the sleeve and is moveable between a first position in which the dispenser feature is inaccessible and a second position in which the dispenser feature is accessible.

Abstract: A matchbox-type container wherein the sleeve has a proximal end wall with an aperture defined therein, and the bottom has a slot or channel defined lengthwise therein in direct and longitudinally continuous communication with the proximal end wall aperture. The longitudinally continuous aperture and channel permit a user to pass a finger into the aperture and unimpededly lengthwise through the channel to cause the tray to be pushed and extended distally, thereby permitting the tray contents to be exposed through the open distal end of the sleeve.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a packaging assembly. More particularly the present invention relates to a packet for holding similar and/or dissimilar objects wherein said packet facilitates dispensing of objects when desired and reclosing to secure the said objects. It can be used in applications like a cigarette packet and like containers. This invention provides an advantageous feature of doubly securing the objects in the container.

Abstract: A package assembly (20) comprises products enclosed in a tubular packet (24) formed from a flexible wrapper (26). A line of weakness (40) encloses an opening region (42) in a side wall (28) of the packet. The, opening region (42) is at least partially removed to create a dispensing opening by tearing the wrapper along the line of weakness (40). In one embodiment, the packet is opened by pressing one of the products through the opening region. In another embodiment, a sticker (150, FIG. 3) is adhered to the opening portion to provide a tab (152, FIG. 3) which can be pulled to open the packet. In a further embodiment, the packet is enclosed in a stiff outer cover (260, FIG. 5). The cover has a reclosable flap (262) bonded to the opening region so that on first opening of the flap, the packet is torn along the line of weakness.

A snap-fit (33) is provided on the bottom plate (30), and a groove (34), through which the snap-fit (33) passed, is provided on the cigarette-pushing plate (32). The bottom plate (30) and the cigarette-pushing plate (32) form an integrated structure through the engagement of the snap-fit (33) and the groove (34). The cigarette outlet (10) is provided with an elastic plastic sheet for dustproof and moisture proof.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to electronic cigarettes, and more particularly, to a container for storing the electronic cigarette. In one embodiment, the container includes a cover coupled to a base through a hinge. The hinge can provide three settings: opened, closed and middle. Within the base of the container, a number of sections can be provided. One section can enclose the hinge. At a distal end from the hinge, another section can include a portion where an electronic cigarette can be held. The section can incorporate a spring loaded mount whereby the electronic cigarette can be held firmly into place or loosely removed.

The case with electrical lighter has a cigarette passageway which holds a plurality of cigarettes and directs and biases the cigarettes toward the electric lighter whereupon they are ignited. After the cigarette has been ignited, a coiled lighter spring is allowed to expand, and thereby raises the unlit end of the cigarette so that it partially protrudes from an opening on top of the case housing, where it may be easily grasped by a user.

An electronic timing circuit is connected with the dispensing solenoid to energize the solenoid upon the expiration of predetermined time intervals. A cover is latched closed over the storage compartment to prevent access to the storage compartment except when the storage compartment is empty. When the storage compartment is empty, a latch solenoid is automatically energized to disengage the latch and permit the cover to be opened.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a tubular humidor with a mechanism for retrieving cigars stored therein. The tubular humidor includes a tubular member having an open end and a closed end and a mechanism for covering the open end of the tubular member, thereby isolating the interior of the tubular humidor from the ambient environmental conditions. The retrieval mechanism is inserted into the tubular humidor concurrently with the cigars to be stored therein. When the covering mechanism is disengaged and pulled away from the open end of the tubular humidor, the retrieval mechanism biases the cigars through the open end for retrieval by the cigar smoker. The tubular humidor further comprises a replaceable humidifier which may be an integral component of the retrieval mechanism.

An inner wall of the box provides a curved surface for aligning an individual article or cigarette so that it may be dispensed through the aperture. A window in the sleeve permits the contents of the container to be viewed through an opening in the box.

Abstract: The invention relates to a blank arranged to be folded into an inner wrapper for wrapping a bundle of articles such as cigarettes within a pack. The blank comprises a fixed portion which is anchored relative to the pack and a displaceable portion which is arranged to lift at least one of the cigarettes clear of the bundle of cigarettes while facilitating subsequent removal thereof from the pack. The displaceable portion comprises a cover flap for covering the accessible ends of the article which are exposed on opening of the pack, and a lifting strip joined to the cover flap. The cover flap is arranged to tear away from the lifting strip only once at least one of the cigarettes has been lifted clear of the bundle of cigarettes under influence of the lifting strip.

The frame body includes a front portion, a rear portion and a hollow central portion. The frame body has an elongated slot at a side wall and has a spring-loaded transporting means set in its lower end. A drier storage box with a number of through holes on a front surface thereof is received in the rear portion for absorbing moisture inside the frame body. The front cover includes a side hole on its lower portion for ejecting cigarettes. A switch button of an actuating and lighting means is slidable to uncover the side hole and simultaneously light up a bulb for indicating that the side hole is uncovered.

Abstract: A snuff holding and dispensing apparatus including a body member having a hollow interior divided into a holding area for holding a quantity of snuff and a dispensing area for receiving a plug of snuff from the quantity of snuff in the holding area, and a plunger movable between a load position for allowing the plug of snuff to pass from the holding area to the dispensing area and a discharge position for dispensing the plug of snuff through a discharge opening in the body member. The plunger coacts with passage structure between the holding and dispensing areas of the interior of the body member to form a sharp slicing mechanism to slice the plug of snuff from the quantity of snuff as the plunger moves from the load position to the discharge position.

Abstract: A disposable container for cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos and similar articles. The container includes a generally cylindrical tubular body having an inwardly rolled lower rim at the lower end thereof engaging a generally circular bottom closure disc sealed within the body in abutment with the lower rim. The bottom closure disc is formed of relatively thin resilient sheet material such as thermoplastic synthetic resin material. One embodiment of the bottom closure is configured in the shape of at least two concentric, interconnected, frustroconical portions so that the bottom closure is bistable in a first position extending generally across the tubular body and alternately, in a second position extending upwardly into the tubular body thus displacing at least a portion of the contents upwardly out of the over upper end of the container.
