  • Patent number: 7618015
Abstract: The principle use of this invention is to allow the user to safely put up and take down a pole without climbing a ladder, removing any bolts or fasteners. Conventional types of removable pole support systems can be heavy, costly and time consuming to put up and take down. The “Easy Set-Up Pole & Support System” allows the user to mount a pole, in mainly the vertical direction without clamps or a ladder. The best example of use for this mechanical invention in the use of putting up a removable flag pole on a Recreational Vehicle (RV). The RV pole application is just one of a variety of applications where a removable pole invention can be used.

The auxiliary racks have at least two spaced apart support bars, which may be at different heights. The auxiliary rack can be located to one side of the mattress rack. The auxiliary rack can hold one or two chairs or other types of floats. In addition, standoffs are provided at the top of the racks, so that a cover may be positioned over the rack.

  • Patent number: 7018587
Abstract: A mixing and pouring apparatus for computer controlled processing of mixing and pouring operations includes a rotatable arm capable of holding vessels therein, the arm rotatable at programmable speeds and time lengths to perform automated moving and pouring processes. The present invention further provides a cap and vessel positioning system that securely locks a vessel in place and realigns the cap in essentially the identical position in relation to the vessel every time the vessel is capped. In one embodiment, both the cap and vessel have flanges that are aligned when the cap is properly secured to the vessel.

  • Patent number: 7014052
Abstract: A small flat wall mountable panel having a flat visual display surface has two spaced apart upwardly arched hooks mounted on backstop spacers and aligned horizontally to receive a skateboard wheel mount or a scooter handle bar therein. An outwardly arched spacer arm below the hooks contacts the board or scooter to maintain the skateboard or scooter away from the wall. A rail with a sliding track can receive and mount a number of the hanger/spacer devices horizontally aligned on a wall. End caps and interconnectors between rails have flat surfaces for visual displays.

  • Patent number: 7011220
Abstract: A rack for holding fireworks in position for ignition. The rack is a lightweight frame having end supports that are connected together by a brace. The brace includes at least one aperture into which a firework-holding tube is received. A resilient bushing extends into the aperture and the frame includes an ignitor cord retaining system. The frame rests upon a flat surface and the end supports and tube both contact that flat surface. The recoil from the launched fireworks is transmitted into the flat surface and into the bushing that surrounds the tube. The frame includes holes that allow air to escape if a device explodes and also includes ways for the frame to disintegrate to reduce the production of shrapnel if a firework device explodes within the tube. A number of frames may be connected together to form a bank of firework holding devices.

  • Patent number: 6953896
Abstract: A cable support device for use in combination with equipment to which multiple electrical and/or fiber-optic cables are connected, such as computer or telecommunications equipment, comprises a frame and one or more cable-support bars. The cable support bars are typically aligned in generally parallel relation proximal to a connector panel of the equipment for supporting the cables. A first end of each bar is slidably supported by the frame for movement from a closed position spanning across the connector panel, toward an open position affording access to the equipment. When in the closed position, a second end of each bar is preferably engaged in a bracket of the frame, which provides added support for the bar and prevents inadvertent opening thereof.
