Abstract: A case structure and a method for pre-forming the same are described. The pre-forming method includes the following steps. A first case body and a second case body are supplied. Two side plates of the second case body are bent, such that the two side plates respectively form an initial angle with the bottom plate. The second case body is disposed in the first case body. The two side plates are pulled to respectively come close to two side walls of the first case body, such that the bottom plate forms a curved surface in the first case body. When having an object disposed therein, the case structure overcomes a downward pressure generated by the object through the curved surface, thereby preventing the first case body and the second case body from sagging out of the case structure.

Abstract: An organizer is provided. In one form, the organizer includes a storage container and at least one divider. The storage container has at least one outer wall and an opening defining an interior space. The at least one divider is sized to fit within the interior space. The at least one divider has a peripheral wall defining a storage space. An upper portion of the peripheral wall defines a divider opening. The at least one divider further includes at least one handle located adjacent the divider opening and extending inwardly towards the storage space.

Abstract: An adjacent article package for holding a consumer product and a promotional product includes a combining sleeve formed from a blank. The first container can be a pack of cigarettes and the second container can be a small package containing promotional products such as smokeless tobacco products. The adjacent article package can be sized to be compatible with cigarette cartons, cigarette display racks, tax-stamping equipment and the like.

Abstract: An apparatus for transporting core samples includes an outer tube having an open end and a cover removably mounted to the open end; a core tube slidable into and out of the outer tube when the cover is removed from the outer tube; and a supporting structure between the core tube and the outer tube. The component includes a tubular sidewall extending longitudinally from a base, and at least one spacer portion extending from an underside of the base and configured for engagement with an interior surface of a corresponding storage container. Abstract: A rescue device for treating leakage of dangerous chemical includes a first container having a closed negative pressure chamber and an intake which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container and a second container installed and fixed in the first container. The second container contains a substantially harmless liquefied gas and has an opening which controllably communicates with the external environment. When the dangerous chemicals are leaking, the rescue device can be used to reduce the loss of dangerous chemical, alleviate the harm to the environment and human, and avoid the possible disastrous consequences.

The sample holder includes a central cavity for receiving the sample and immersing the sample in the stabilizing agent in the container. In another embodiment, the sample holder has a closure member for closing the open top end of the cavity. The container includes a liquid reagent in an amount sufficient to treat the biological sample. The biological sample is retained in a predetermined containment area of the container to maintain the biological sample immersed in the reagent without regard to the orientation of the container.

In systems where the first container holds a liquid, the intermediate member includes a puncturable area for a straw or other conduit, and may include indicators for different drinks.

Abstract: Disclosed is a biodegradable sheet prepared from biodegradable material, a process for preparing the biodegradable sheet and uses thereof. One of the disclosed uses of the biodegradable sheet is in the preparation of a flexible liquid receptacle. Disclosed also is a flexible liquid receptacle arranged as an array of several receptacle units that are attached to one another and that may be detached from one another by tearing along a perforated line created between each two receptacle units. The disclosed array may also include a hanger, thus allowing the array to be hung from any appropriate means.

A bladder type storage tank is fabricated by forming first and second shells, which when joined together at a center region of each shell, form a tank enclosure, the first shell having first and second openings therein away from the center region of the respective shell, coupling a bladder to the first opening in the first shell so that the bladder will be within the tank enclosure when the first and second shells are joined together at a center region of each shell, temporarily holding the bladder in a collapsed state away from the center region of the first shell with one or more strings and passing the strings through the second opening, welding the first and second shells together at the center region of each shell to form the tank enclosure, and withdrawing the strings to release the bladder.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a distribution assembly is used to distribute a load of liquid containers. The distribution assembly may include a slip sheet, a pallet divider, and a rotating pallet. The slip sheet may be designed to laterally group two or more liquid containers. The pallet divider may divide the load into sections, each section containing a stack of liquid containers. The pallet divider may restrict access to one of the sections to distribute the liquid containers of the other section. The rotating pallet may rotate the load to allow the other section to be accessed.

Abstract: A protection and containment system for co-packaged containers is provided which includes a hollow primary container, a top protector complementally configure to fit atop the primary container, and at least one retainer coupled to the top protector for holding a secondary container. The primary container has a circumscribing upright sidewall and an opening configured for receiving material to be stored in the container. The top protector includes a side wall and at least a pair of spaced-apart opposed risers, most preferably provided as one of four corner modules, the risers extending upwardly from the primary container above the opening and presenting a gap between the risers which is sized and configured for receiving the secondary container. Several retainers can be provided, either to hold the secondary containers in different gaps, or provided in tandem to hold two secondary containers adjacent to one another in or proximate a single gap.

Abstract: The wastewater treatment system provides multiple techniques for decontaminating wastewater contained within a single system, thus optimizing the decontamination of the wastewater. In one embodiment, the wastewater treatment system includes a steel-reinforced plastic tank having first and second partition walls dividing the tank into first, second and third chambers. The first chamber includes at least one first effluent filter and further contains anaerobic bacteria for removal of organic waste material from the wastewater received therein. The first chamber is configured for at least partial removal of particulate and organic matter from the wastewater. The second chamber includes an air diffuser and further contains aerobic bacteria for further removal of organic waste material from the wastewater received therein. The third chamber includes a sludge pump assembly and at least one second effluent filter. Resultant purified water is selectively discharged from the third chamber through an outlet port.

More specifically, embodiments of the present invention relate to improved beverage containers having interlocking features with adjacent containers, allowing for ease of transportation and lower cost of packaging. In one embodiment, a nestable beverage container comprises a top portion comprising an opening into a voluminous body, a sealing means, and a connection means positioned beneath the sealing means, a bottom portion comprising a receiving means shaped to conform to the connection means of an adjacently nested container, and the voluminous body being defined by the top portion, the bottom portion and a side wall, wherein the opening into the voluminous body is the only means for accessing contents of the nestable beverage container.

Abstract: A versatile, small-mouthed container is readily dis-assemblable and re-assemblable to provide direct access to its internal cavity. Portions are mutually sealingly connectable by an annular coupling ring with two sets of threads, one each respectively to mate with threads on an upper and a lower cylindrical container portion. More than two cylindrical portions and more than one coupling ring can allow assemblage of larger containers and of containers of reconfigurable capacity. Some coupling rings provide for fluid communication between adjacent body portions and others provide a degree of blockage. Inserting or removing a partitioning disk into the ring can change a ring's degree of blockage. Various partitioning disks are provided with different degrees and types of blockage, when not deployed, the disks can be retained at the base of the container. Recessed latches prevent inadvertent opening at specific coupling interfaces.

Abstract: A container assembly for storing and transporting consumable products. The container assembly includes two or more containers, each having a container coupling portion configured to facilitate the coupling of one container to another container. The container assembly also includes one or more adaptor lids operative to seal a cavity of a container by threaded engagement therewith, and to selectively couple two containers together. In some embodiments, two containers may be coupled to each other by placing a first container on top of a second container and rotating the two containers relative to each other. The container assembly may be operative to permit multiple quantities and sizes of containers to be selectively coupled together to provide flexibility for a user to store and transport a variety of consumable products. The container assembly may also include a lid having a handle to allow a user to easily transport the container assembly.

The first container has a first container portion having a first opening into a first interior space in which articles to be transported can be stored and a first cover for closing the first opening. The latch arrangement, when in the latched position, is constructed and arranged to connect the first container portion to the second container portion. The latch arrangement is positioned and configured such that when it connects the first container portion to the second container portion, the first opening and the second opening face opposite directions.

When the handle portion is extended in a direction through the passage opening, the handle portion has a length with which the handle portion is allowed to protrude away from a surface of the object adjacent to the passage opening toward the passage opening and the connection portions are located at positions separated away from the surface toward the passage opening.

Abstract: A stackable fluid storage tank and a sealing system for attaching to a pair of fluid containers to provide a stackable fluid storage tank. The stackable fluid storage tank includes first and second fluid containers. When the containers are mated, a first aperture on the first fluid container is in fluid communication with a second aperture on the second fluid container for providing fluid communication between the first and second fluid containers. When the containers are mated, a rigid seal tongue extending from the first fluid container is received within a seal groove defined by the second fluid container for providing a fluid-tight seal between the first and second fluid containers around the first and second apertures.

Abstract: A packaging container includes an outer container, a packaging bag, and an inner packing member. The outer container has a box-like shape and has a containing space and a passage opening. The packaging bag is contained in the outer container in a state in which the packaging bag contains an object. The packaging bag includes a containing portion, an opening portion formed in the containing portion and allowing the object to pass therethrough, and a handle portion graspable by a user. The inner packing member is disposed between the object and the passage opening and contained in the containing space. At least part of the handle portion is disposed on the passage opening side of the inner packing member, and the handle portion moves toward the passage opening together with the inner packing member when the inner packing member is being removed from the outer container.

Abstract: A multicompartment cup may include an upper compartment with a conical cross-section and a lower compartment with a rectangular cross-section. The upper compartment may include a main food product such as cereal, oatmeal, grits, any milled grain product, yogurt, etc. and the lower compartment may include toppings and other enhancements for the main food product. The two compartments may be separated by a divider and a seal may cover the top of the upper compartment. In addition, a foldable eating utensil may be affixed to the multicompartment cup so that a user may eat the food products inside the multicompartment cup anywhere.
