After that, the knob is rotated to advance the shank in the direction of the fastener body (10), the key is tightened by screw action until there is no play between the sleeve (60) and the pallet (70), and the rotation stop position of the knob is adjusted so that the knob does not fall out of the connecting hole. Thus, the sleeve (60) and the pallet (70) can be firmly fastened.
