Abstract: With a substantially intermediate position as a starting point, a syringe is reciprocated in an X-axial direction with a given reciprocation range by a plurality of times, and a stringiness portion that hangs down from a paste discharge port toward a mask plate is cut off in an intermediate portion thereof. The syringe is traveled to the substantially intermediate position, and with this position as a starting point, the syringe is reciprocated with a reciprocation range smaller than the reciprocation range of the paste cutting operation, and a part of the residual paste hanging from the paste shakes off downward. The syringe is traveled in an end direction of a guide member side, the syringe is rotated about an axial line, and translated into a horizontal storage posture.

The assembly includes a hollow cup receptacle having a central ring and a peripherally extending support base for holding and retaining a cup container holding a quantity of food ingredients. The central ring of the cup receptacle forms a cavity to frictionally receive and retain the cup container with the cup container in contact with the bottom of the receptacle cup cavity. The cup receptacle has venting means for preventing pressure differentials between support base of the cup receptacle and an external support surface such as a table top. The cup may be utilized as packaging for instant soup or other food products and the cup receptacle may be included as part of the packaging or provided as a separate item.

Abstract: A foldable air insulating sleeve for insulating beverage and food containers is herein provided. More particularly, the foldable air insulating sleeve secures a cup in a manner that leaves a pocket of air surrounding the cup. This provides for improved temperature regulation and sufficient thermal insulation to assist the user in firmly grasping and handling the cup despite excess heat or condensation caused by the temperature of the cup's contents. Because the bases of most disposable cups are narrower than their respective rims, more air and thus greater insulation is found towards the bottom of cups secured by foldable air insulating sleeves. The wider base also gives such cups more stability. Support rings may be placed medially in on the inside of the sleeve to strengthen the sleeve and prevent it from collapsing when held by a user. The sleeve may also be short so as to insulate a medial portion of a cup.

Abstract: An insulating holder for holding a beverage in a bottle or a can having a lower cylindrical enclosure which receives an upper cylindrical enclosure having a dome-shaped upper end. The upper cylindrical enclosure is adapted to cover the top portion of a bottle inserted into the lower cylindrical enclosure and to snuggly receive a can when inverted and inserted into the lower cylindrical enclosure. At least a portion of the lower cylindrical enclosure or upper cylindrical enclosure is made of a polyolefin elastomer foam. The insulating holder may be structured to retain various sizes of wine bottles.

Abstract: A support system for a baby bottle has a support body having a generally cylindrical portion. A channel is defined within the support body. A slot is defined between slot edges of the support body extending between a first end portion and a second end portion. First and second handle portions are coupled to the support body. The first and second handle portions are coupled to the support body at an angle less than about 120 degrees apart from each other about a surface of the support body. The support body is sized and configured to support a baby bottle positioned within the channel defined within the support body. In some embodiments, the first and second handle portions have handle grip portions that are coupled to the support body at an angle between about 5 degrees and about 30 degrees relative to a surface of the support body.

Abstract: The beverage transport organizer is an apparatus system that provides a user with a facilitated means of transporting a plurality of different beverage vessels. The apparatus system utilizes a beverage carrier and an insert panel. The beverage carrier is a container that holds the plurality of different beverage vessels during transport. The insert panel is positioned within the beverage carrier and provides a means of organizing beverage vessels for transport. The insert panel uses particularly shaped holders that accommodate beverage vessels of varying shapes and sizes. The beverage holders of the insert panel prevent beverage vessels from hitting against each other during transport, reducing the broken or chipped glassware.

Abstract: A vial holder is provided to protect a user's hand from needle sticks. The holder includes a handle and a shield attached to a distal end of the handle. An opening is formed in the distal end of the handle to receive a vial. The vial is placed through the opening and into a passageway of the handle with the upper end of the vial exposed. A user grasps the handle which holds the vial in a stabilized manner. A needle may then safely approach the vial in which inadvertent slippage or movement of the needle results in contact with the needle against the shield and not contact with the user's hand.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a container (1) having a hollow shell defining a body with a dispensing aperture, and a bag (4) within the shell (2), the open end of the bag extending through the dispensing aperture and being secured with respect to the outside of the shell. The bag (4) is made from a material suitable for containing the intended contents of the container (1). Therefore the shell (2) may be formed from a material that would not be suitable for containing the intended contents of the container alone. The shell (2) may be formed from a biodegradable material, such as wood or paper pulp. The bag (4) may be separated from the main body of the container to allow for separate disposal. The container (1) may be sealed by providing a spout through which the contents of the container are to be dispensed, and by folding the spout over to create a nip which seals the container.

Abstract: A beverage container holder is provided, consisting of an elongated body having a planar upper support surface having alternative engagement mechanisms on opposing ends thereof. At one end an aperture is formed, having an elongated ledge-like support that extends downwardly to a horizontally-extending terminus that underlies a portion of the aperture to receive and retain a beverage container—both cylindrical and goblet-shaped. At an opposing end and at a midpoint of the planar upper support surface, a pair of apertures cooperates with the thumb and fingers of a user's hand, to position and secure a food plate against an upper surface of the beverage container holder. The thumb and fingers extend through the apertures from a position below the holder, and in gripping the food plate, the user is also grasping the holder—which in turn may be carrying a beverage container held within the beverage-receiving aperture.

Abstract: A caddy for holding a pastry bag comprises a receptacle having an open end, a closed end, an internal surface connecting the open and closed ends, and a plurality of fins projecting from the internal surface of the receptacle toward a central longitudinal axis of the receptacle. The fins define a tapered framework of contact ridges for contacting the pastry bag to reduce the surface area of contact between the pastry bag and the internal surface of the receptacle. A container removably receives the receptacle and holds a heat transfer medium for surrounding an external surface of the receptacle.

Abstract: The teachings provided herein are directed to an impact-resistant casing for breakable containers, and a system comprising the impact-resistant casing and a breakable container, such as a glass container. Very useful systems incorporating these components could include, of course, a glass baby bottle, a toddler sippy-cup, or an adult drinking glass, for example. These and other embodiments will be apparent to one of skill upon a review of the teachings provided herein.

Abstract: A cup holder sidewall includes a recess adapted to receive at least part of a handle having upper and lower socket engaging portions received in sockets in upper and lower flanges defining the recesses. The socket engaging portions permit the handle to be displaced from the sidewall recesses to a position projecting outward from the sidewall to permit the handle to be grasped in one hand. The sidewall includes at least one flexible segment extending through the sidewall from the inner surface to the outer surface, which may also extend from the upper margin to the lower margin. Each flexible segment renders the sidewall sufficiently flexible to allow the sidewall to adjust to receive cups of varying sizes and shapes.

Abstract: An inverted bottle holder intended to hold two bottles with necks upside down inside a container is described. The bottle holder includes a clip having an inner wall and an outer wall spaced to accept the exterior wall of the container in between, where the clip is formed at an arc corresponding to the arc of the exterior wall of the container, and a deck connected in a permanently fixed relationship to the clip and extending into the container. The deck includes two apertures each sized to accept the neck of one of the bottles, such that each bottle is held upside down in the container when inserted into the aperture. In addition the bottle holder may include an integral bottle opener in either the single bottle or double bottle designs.

Abstract: A system for providing correct delivery of pharmaceuticals or the like to a patient location has a mounting body, a matching plate, a storage box and elements for associating a particular matching plate, affixed to a surface of the mounting body, with a particular storage box. The mounting body should be adapted to be fixed in place at the patient location, thereby fixing in place a storage body engaged in it. The storage box has a unitarily-formed storage body, with an open face hingedly fitted with a door for closing the open face. Proper association of the matching plate with the particular occurs when the associating elements of the storage box and the matching plate register with each other, allowing an element of the mounting body to engage the storage box. Disengagement of the element can be effected only through access to the interior of the storage body.

Abstract: A multi-pot device for facilitating a press fit connection between the device and a plurality of pots or planters, which enables a user to simultaneously and securely use, store, and transport multiple pots. Further, the multi-pot device does not conceal the markings located on the exterior of the individual pots. The multi-pot device comprises a top portion and a side portion. Abstract: The present invention generally relates to dispensers for holding a consumables box containing consumable products such as, but not limited to, disposable latex gloves. In one embodiment, the dispenser includes a continuous front plate with an aperture for extracting the consumable products, continuous side plates, and separable back plates that develop a load path with the continuous front plate after the dispenser has been mounted onto a mounting surface. The dispenser may include one or more spring mechanisms that urge the consumables box into a forward and centered position within the dispenser. The continuous front plate resists undesired deflection when subjected to an outward force. In another embodiment, one or more surfaces of the dispenser may be overlaid with a woodgrain laminate for aesthetic purposes.

The present invention employs a die-cutting part and folds inwards the die-cutting part to form the fixer similar to a wedge, so as to increase inner tensile forces of the cup sleeve sleeving a cup so that the cup sleeve is in a tensioning state and closely attaches with the cup. Therefore, the cup sleeve is difficult to slide from the cup. When the beverage is cooled, the cup sleeve is conveniently taken down from the cup, and is simple and environmental.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a holder for frozen food items and confections. The holder includes a grippable shaft having a first receptacle at a first or superior end of the shaft and in an embodiment, a second receptacle at a second or inferior end of the shaft. The first receptacle is adapted to receive a cone, such as those served with ice cream, or other frozen confection. The second receptacle is adapted to receive a stick, such as those served with frozen ice confections and ice cream bars. The receptacles are further adapted to receive drippage from melting frozen food items and confections. Furthermore, the holder is invertible to conveniently use either the first or second receptacle for receiving frozen food items supported in a cone, or on a stick. The receptacle not in use may be used as a support member to place the holder on a table or similar flat surface, if desired.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a cup support and a dispensing device that uses a cup support. The cup support is adapted to hold at least cups of two different diameters and sizes. The cup support and the dispensing device are adapted to detect the diameter and size of the cup, and enable that when a diluent jet is injected into the cup, the jet is oriented to impact onto a predetermined position on a sidewall of the cup. The orientation of the jet achieves an effective dissolution of food ingredient in the cup by the injected diluent. The dispensing device is designed to move the cup support in a horizontal and vertical direction, to rotate the cup support. The cup support is not directly actuated, but is fitted into movable and rotatable holding means, from which it can be easily dismantled to be cleaned. The cup support comprises a plug element comprising one protusion. The dispensing device comprises a motor for vertically moving the cup support or the injection means.
