Abstract: Pressurized medical Cup Device comprises a plastic cup containing liquid while a piston making more inside pressure on the liquid to have it go up through the straw. This method is offering a lot of help for the people who are suffering from a difficulty in sucking any kind of liquid because of disability problem, mouth surgery, tooth extraction or an king of problem that interfere with sucking liquid. Unfortunately, many patients suffer from ailments or disabilities that prevent them from drinking, even through a straw. As such, the patients, along with their care providers, can never be sure if the medicine was fully consumed or just ran down the patient's face. These same problems exist when trying to drink ordinary liquids such as water, juice, or the like as part of regular nourishment. Accordingly, there exists a need for a means by which individuals that have great difficulty when drinking from a straw can be afforded the ability to do so in an effort to address the concerns as described above.

Abstract: A suction and dispensing tool (1) comprises: a cylinder (10) storing the fluid; a nozzle (20); a piston moving forward and backward in the cylinder (10); a piston rod (40) for driving the piston; and two ratchet type driving mechanisms (60) for driving the piston rod (40) forward and backward. The driving mechanism (60) comprises: a frame (50) having a handle (52), mounted to the cylinder (10), and two triggers (80) rotatably attached to the frame (50) at the front and rear sides of the handle (52). By rotating each of the triggers (80) to the handle (52), the piston rod (40) can be moved forward or backward. The rotating operation of the trigger (80) requires power smaller than an operation for directly pushing and drawing the piston rod by hand. Accordingly, it becomes possible to refill and dispense a high viscosity oil easily.

  • Patent number: 7823753
Abstract: A caulking gun barrel system fits into caulking guns designed for pre-filled cartridges. The caddy system utilizes soft-sided recharge packs of fill material ordinarily designed for more expensive caulking machines with built-in barrels. The caddy system includes at least one tubular barrel having a removable cap for providing access to the barrel interior for insertion of a recharge pack. A shuttle disposed within the tube articulates between ends of the tube and interfaces between the soft-sided refill pack and the caulking gun piston. Built into the removable cap is an elongate, coaxial nozzle for distributing the fill material. In a preferred embodiment, two such barrels are coupled together by a spine adapted to hold them in linear alignment. After inserting into each barrel a recharge pack opened at one end, a user inserts one of the barrels into a caulking gun and employs its plunger and piston to force fill material out the nozzle.

Abstract: A material dispenser for receiving a material container and for dispensing material from the container is disclosed. The material dispenser includes a frame having a body, depending handle and an elongate cradle that extend forward from the body for retaining a material container. The material dispenser includes a trigger actuated plunger mechanism that is operative to push a piston in the material container to dispense material from the container. The material container is held in the material dispenser by a rear receptacle, a distal receptacle and is supported by the cradle. The dispenser includes a no-drool actuator lever that is operatively positioned forward of the trigger so that the operator may activate the actuator lever with the same hand that is being used to hold the dispenser. When the actuator lever is activated it relieves pressure on the plunger to thereby stop material from oozing unintentionally from the container.
