The payment technology gateway comprises an electronic wallet linked to a payment technology application and a paycard linked to the payment technology application. The payment technology gateway is configured to be a single gateway through which the employee conducts financial transactions on a number of accounts using the electronic wallet and the paycard. Each financial transaction is validated by the payment technology gateway.

Abstract: Programming fixtures are provided that program cards, such as payment cards, with data, such as personal data, using light transmitters and receivers. For example, an infrared transmitter may be provided to program personal data (e.g., a customer's credit card number) into a card wirelessly. In doing so, the card may be, for example, completely laminated such that there are no exposed electronic components on the exterior surface of the card and be programmed via light.

Abstract: A server, method, and computer program product for implementing electronically generated promotion deployment is provided. Package shipments being shipped from a client to at least one recipient recipient are detected. A promotional placement request associated with promotions with respect to attributes of the at least one recipient is received within a data structure. Promotional attributes from the client with the at least one recipient are cross referenced with respect to the received promotional placement request. At least one visible promotional structure associated with the promotional attributes is electronically generated. The at least one visible promotional structure is deployed during a real time delivery process of at least one package to the at least one recipient.

Abstract: A system may include a payment card that includes one or more chips that are operable to utilize information in a payment transaction to enact different functions. For example, a payment applet in a contact chip transaction (e.g., contact EMV transaction) or contactless chip transaction (e.g., contactless EMV transaction) may utilize information that flows through the chip (e.g., country, time, date, transaction amount, approval status) to trigger pre-stored messages or functions (e.g., switch to a payment option or account). Information may be introduced into the chip during a transaction as a result of manual input from the cardholder on the cardholder's phone or other device. Thus, transaction scripting (e.g., EMV scripting) may be utilized to let a card (e.g., static or powered) know that a function (e.g., change of account) is desired by a cardholder and the chip may, if not in the proper account, reset and restart the chip in a mode associated with the desired function (e.g., in the desired account).

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for transmitting, as part of a polling loop, a value added services (VAS) command that includes capability data corresponding to a payment terminal. For example, the payment terminal can transmit a VAS command that advertises the payment terminal's capabilities as part of a polling loop. The payment terminal can listen for a response to the VAS command and, after receiving a response, the payment terminal may initiate a VAS protocol. The VAS command can also specify a mode in which the payment terminal is operating, such as a payment-only mode, a VAS mode, a payment-plus-VAS mode, etc.

Abstract: A method of generating congruous metadata is provided. The method includes receiving a similarity measure between at least two multimedia objects. Each multimedia object has associated metadata. If the at least two multimedia objects are similar based on the similarity measure and a similarity threshold, the associated metadata of each of the multimedia objects are compared. Then, based on the comparison of the associated metadata of each of the at least two multimedia objects, the method further includes generating congruous metadata. Metadata may be tags, for example.

Abstract: The subject technology provides an in-place encoding of a network identifier that compresses the network identifier without mapping the network identifier to a another server or service, such as URL shortening service. The network identifier may be compressed using segmented encoding operations that segment the network identifier, and encode the characters of the network identifier using a first set of encoding operations for a first portion of the network identifier and a second set of encoding operations for a second portion of the network identifier. Template encoding may also be provided for network identifiers that conform to a predefined template format.

The antenna device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises an antenna substrate sheet and an antenna pattern. A connecting PCB is attached on the antenna substrate sheet. The antenna pattern starts from one of a plurality of connecting terminals of the connecting PCB and ends at another one of the plurality of connecting terminals. The antenna pattern comprises a plurality of wires which functions as one line and a bridge. The plurality of wires is embedded on the antenna substrate sheet. Abstract: Techniques for identifying a fraudulent interaction of a user device using time based risk features are described herein. In embodiments, time stamp information provided by an external clock and time units may be maintained by a user device. The user device may include an authentication component that is communicatively coupled to a clock component that generates the time units. In response to conducting an interaction with an access device and user device first time information may be received from the access device. Second time information may be determined based at least in part on the time units from the clock component and the time stamp information. The second time information may be compared to the first time information. An authentication plan for the interaction may be determined based at least in part on the comparison of the second time information to the first time information.

The inlay includes substrate, an antenna disposed on the substrate, and an integrated circuit disposed on the substrate. The location designation RFID tag may be easily and non-invasively placed and relocated on a floor of a storage facility in a manner that mitigates, and likely resolves, the issues experienced by known RFID tags when placed on a floor. Utilizing an inlay having a long, thin antenna, reduces the overall thickness of the location designation RFID tag, which allows layers to be disposed on the inlay that include a sufficient thickness to improve durability, mitigate detuning, and allow movable devices to readily pass over the location designation RFID tag.

Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for using multi-modal regression to predict customer intent to contact a merchant. Multi-modal data including numerical data and unstructured data are extracted from customer interactions with the merchant. Features of the numerical data and the unstructured data are separately extracted and classified using techniques specific to the data types. The features for each type are then separately used to predict probabilities of customer intent. A neural network is used to combine the predictions into a single set of estimates of customer intent. This set of estimates of customer intents is used to estimate a probability that the customer will contact the merchant. The customer is then contacted based on the estimate.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for remote activation of an automated teller machine (ATM) to dispense cash to a customer. The customer may stage a transaction using a mobile application on a mobile device. Upon the staged transaction being authenticated and approved, the customer may visit the ATM. The customer may capture an image being displayed on a display of the ATM using a camera of the mobile device. The captured image may be sent to an application server from the mobile device. The application server may associate the ATM with the staged transaction that is staged using the mobile application, and send instructions to the ATM to dispense cash according to the staged transaction.

The control server receives a set of orders for an item, determines a cumulative order quantity of the item, and selects a subset of the set of orders to be opened up for consolidation at the order consolidation system. The control server identifies one the storage systems that stores the item as per the cumulative order quantity and assigns the storage system to an operator station for batch picking of the cumulative order quantity. The control server controls a first robotic device to transport the storage system to the operator station, and a second robotic device to collect from the operator station a first portion of the cumulative order quantity and transfer the first portion to a set of order bins associated with the subset of orders.

The prepared asset units are then transported in a return phase, from the manufacturer location to a healthcare facility where the retrofitted asset units are subsequently used to accomplish a healthcare facility management objective.
