The receptacle has a receiving strip and a clamping strip, which are mounted in axially parallel position detachably on the blade support, the knife assembly being tensioned against the receiving strip via the clamping strip.

Through the pressurizing effect of the pressurizing mechanism, the mashed food, vegetables and fruits can be transferred into the container via the reflux opening, so as to perform circulating mashing treatment.
