Abstract: An innovative dish stacker and holder. The dish stacker and holder includes a ring and legs connected to the ring, the legs extending downwardly from the ring. The legs are operative to stand flush on a floor surface of a dish below the stacker and holder, and the ring is operative to receive a downwardly extending base of a dish above the stacker. A ledge connected to ring extends below and overlaps a portion of an area circumscribed by the ring. The ledge is operative to engage and support a bottom side of a dish base inserted through an opening in the area circumscribed by the ring.

Abstract: The embodied invention is a mounting assembly comprising an attaching bracket, a moldable base with a bending metal insert, and a foam attaching tape. The moldable base is conveniently formed to match the curved surface shape, and the foam tape utilizes a pressure sensitive adhesive to bond to the curved surface.

Abstract: A torch and support pole combination has a wick extending upwardly therefrom. A pole adapter with a pole receiver is affixed to a torch assembly. A support pole is received in the pole receiver. The pole has an outwardly biased spring tab that is compressible by an inside surface of the pole receiver until the spring tab is inserted to a location above a top surface of the pole receiver, thereby creating a secure attachment of the torch assembly to the pole. The upper end of the pole is inserted into the pole receiver. The outwardly biased spring tab on the pole is compressed with an inside surface of the pole receiver. Compression of the spring tab is relieved when the spring tab is inserted to a location above a top surface of the pole receiver, thereby creating a secure attachment of the torch assembly to the pole.

Abstract: A method of constructing a coil wound heat exchange module and transporting and installing the coil wound heat exchange module at a plant site, such as an natural gas liquefaction plant. A module frame is constructed and attached to a heat exchanger shell prior to telescoping of a coil wound mandrel into the shell. The module frame includes a lug and two saddles that remain attached to the shell throughout the process and when the heat exchanger is operated. The lug and saddles are constructed and located to stabilize the shell during construction, telescoping and transport (when in a horizontal orientation), and when the shell is installed at the plant site (in a vertical orientation). The lugs and saddles are adapted to allow for thermal expansion and contraction of the shell when it is transitioned from ambient to operating temperature and vice versa.

Abstract: The invention provides a radar bracket with self-adaptiveness to a curved surface. The radar bracket comprises: a bracket body provided with a radar mounting part; and, a bracket flanging configured to be fixed to a skin and being arranged at a periphery of the bracket body. The bracket flanging is provided with a plurality of weakened structures for providing its self-adaptiveness to a curved surface. When the radar bracket is to be bonded or welded to a skin, thanks to the bracket flanging's ability of easily deform to adapt to different curved surfaces, the same radar bracket can be attached to different positions of the skin with different curvatures. According to the invention, it is provided a radar bracket with self-adaptiveness to a curved surface that can be used universally all over an assembled automobile, hence the production costs, the mounting costs, and the probability of erroneous mounting are greatly reduced.

Abstract: A device and method for providing a levelable attachment surface for attaching a construction tool at a jobsite is provided. The device includes a receiver portion and a post portion. The receiver portion includes a portion being embeddable in a work surface at the jobsite and a portion for receiving a portion of the post portion. The post portion includes at least one flange portion including the levelable attachment surface. The levelable attachment surface can be leveled to facilitate substantially leveled attachment of the construction tool to the levelable attachment surface.

Abstract: A transport device for transporting a dolly-style trash bin using a vehicle includes a protective tow pad. The protective tow pad includes a trunk latch opening, a right wing portion extending to the right of the trunk latch opening, and a left wing portion extending to the left of the trunk latch opening, wherein the trunk latch opening is adapted to permit the operation of a trunk latch mechanism of a vehicle through the trunk latch opening to pinch the right wing portion and the left wing portion between a trunk door and a trunk jamb and thereby secure the transport device to the vehicle. The transport device further includes a bin handle cradle secured to the protective tow pad and adapted to receive a dolly handle of the dolly-style trash bin. A tandem trash bin arrangement is also disclosed.

The full-sized container lid and the keepsake-sized container lid are substantially identical.

Abstract: A perimeter warning system is provided having a plurality of substantive stand bases and stanchions, which when combined together with a flag line provide a means to demark the perimeter of a surface across which there is danger. The stand bases include a surface onto which an insertion sleeve is placed, for holding the stanchion stably, and an opening symmetrically equidistant from the center of the surface of the stand base from the sleeve. In this way, stand bases can be stacked together with the sleeve of one placed in the opening in the surface of the other for stability. The system includes storage and transportation elements; wherein the surface of the base stand defines an opening through which the pillar of a storage unit can be threaded to stack the plurality of base stands together onto the storage element. Stanchions are provided with storage boxes configured to stack together neatly and stably.

Abstract: A support structure for attenuating seismic forces in one or more reactor modules housed in a reactor building includes a mounting structure that may be configured to securely connect the support structure to a floor of the reactor building. A receiving area may be sized to receive a lower portion of a reactor module, and the support structure may be configured to at least partially surround the lower portion of the reactor module within the receiving area. The support structure may further include a retention system located near a top surface of the support structure. The retention system may be configured to contact the reactor module during a seismic event, and an upper portion of the reactor module may extend above the retention system without contacting the support structure.

Abstract: A harvested tree reservoir made from a durable and impermeable material that mounts on the trunk of a harvested tree by inserting the cut end of the harvested tree trunk therein and engaging one or more sealing devices around the circumference of the tree trunk to create a water-tight or spill-resistant seal. The reservoir may then be filled with liquid through one or more ports located on the sides or bottom of the reservoir, with one or more ports having a connector hose. When the reservoir is filled, the tree may be transported, stored, and displayed with minimal spillage of the contents of the reservoir. Additionally, the reservoir may be re-filled, from time to time, through the ports. The reservoir may also be connected, via the connector hose, to one or more other reservoirs to allow for contemporaneous filling or refilling of a plurality of reservoirs in a series.

Abstract: A garbage can retention assembly for inhibiting a garbage can from being opened or moved includes a mount that is removably coupled to a stanchion. An extension arm is pivotally coupled to the mount and the extension arm is positionable in a first position to extend over a lid of a garbage can that is positioned adjacent to the stanchion. An engaging member is coupled to the extension arm. The engaging member frictionally engages the lid of the garbage can when the extension arm is in the first position. A handle is coupled to the extension arm for manipulating the extension arm between the first position and the second position. A grapple is movably coupled to the handle. The grapple is biased into a gripping position for engaging a handle of the garbage can when the extension arm is in the first position to inhibit the garbage can from moving.

Abstract: An expansion tank is fastened to a support using a bracket with a U-shaped cross-section formed by a back and two sidewalls. The edges of the sidewalls each have a notch mating with a weld bead on the tank. Fasteners hold the back of the bracket to the support. First and second hose clamps pass through the sidewalls by the back to encircle the tank and clamp it to the edges of the sidewall when the hose clamps are tightened.

Abstract: A pet food and water receptacle anchoring system includes an anchor that is removably coupled to an anchor receiver on an underside of the food/water receptacle. In a preferred embodiment, the anchor comprises a head member on an upper portion and a screw member on a lower portion, wherein the head member is preferably of a square cross-section, and includes a spring-loaded ballbearing that extends slightly outwardly from at least one side of the head member. The anchor may be screwed downwardly into any surface, or alternatively into a sleeve that is secured into a cement surface. Preferably, at least one inner side of the anchor receiver (and more preferably, all inner sides thereof) include a slight indentation that engages the spring-loaded ballbearing that is disposed on one side of the anchor head for snap fit engagement.

The individual sections include integral, vertically disposed support walls that provide both vertical support for the weight of the bulk storage container and resistance to collapse under shear forces arising from movement of the container. Abstract: A one-piece stackable container restraining apparatus incorporates a flat surface and four legs. The restraining apparatus can be used on the crest of a roof or on other surfaces. The stackable feature is used to accommodate roofs of differing pitches and to create a more stable combination. In certain embodiments attachment holes are utilized for ease in transportation and movement. The attachment of the container to the flat surface allows one to lift a container along with the container restraining apparatus together by lifting only the container, for example by its handle. Additionally, the container restraining apparatus can be used on a flat surface to prevent overturning of the container during transportation, such as paint buckets transported in a truck or van. Mounting holes on each leg can be used to accommodate a variety of fixtures such as wheels or articulating pads.

Abstract: A bucket stand is described herein. The bucket stand has a body for receiving and supporting cylindrical objects such as paint containers. Within the body is a padding for securing the cylindrical objects, so that when a user lifts the cylindrical object, for example, the paint container's handle, the bucket stand is lifted too. This permits better portability of both objects without having to separate them and carry each individually. Furthermore, the cylindrical object is only temporarily secured within the bucket stand for easy removal of the object when desired. The bucket stand is also able to be further elevated and includes wheels to enable sliding of the stand. Additional padding is utilized to allow various sizes of cylindrical objects to be retained. Some embodiments utilize angled walls, magnets and fasteners to further assist in securing the cylindrical objects within the bucket stand.
