The frame may be integrally formed from a single piece of flexible, resilient material such as plastic or metal. The frame includes a base section and a holding section. These sections are connected to one another at a first pair of their ends while a second end of one of the sections is separated the section to form an entrance. The sections define between them a receiving space that is opened at opposite sides. In one embodiment, the entrance is normally sufficiently closed to bar the crossed temple bars or arms of a pair of eyeglasses. The resiliency of the frame allows the entrance to be enlarged sufficiently to allow the arms to pass through the entrance and into the receiving space, and to later pass outwardly through the entrance.

The elastic clip is secured to the positioning seat and the shroud by a positioning shaft. A surface of the positioning seat is distributed with positioning holes. A bottom of the elastic clip is installed with at least one positioning nose. When the positioning nose rotates, the positioning nose moves along the positioning holes on the surface of the positioning seat. The positioning shaft penetrates through the elastic clip, positioning seat and shroud so as to be movably locked. Thereby, an elastic clip is pivotally installed thereon, so that the clip can be used to clip a flashlight, a tire pressure meter or other auxiliary tool and the orientation of the clip is changeable through rotation.

Abstract: A bracket system and method for bracketing accessories is disclosed that does not mar the exterior of the structure to which an accessory is to be attached. In one embodiment an accessory mounting system is disclosed having a first and second bracket, each bracket having an accessory attaching end and an opposite end adapted for engaging a corresponding joint defined by two abutting structures. Accessories are mounted according to this system when the brackets are placed within their corresponding joints without the aid of screws or like attachment mechanisms and an accessory is attached therebetween resulting in the brackets becoming press-fit in place. Methods for creating and utilizing this invention are also provided.

Abstract: A bracket for mounting a push-button piezo igniter to a gas valve on a water heater, while also providing electrical ground connection of the piezo igniter to the gas valve. In particular, the present invention provides a bracket that snugly receives the push-button piezo igniter and contacts to an external conductive end of the piezo igniter to provide grounding through a clip that engages and securely attaches to the gas valve.

The closure acts perpendicularly to the display material with a snap together closure that does not come in contact with the display material.

When the positioning nose rotates, the positioning nose moves along the plurality of positioning grooves on the surface of the positioning seat. The holder is made up of a singular homogeneous flat plastic or plastic like flexible material of a thin and uniform cross section that is formed into a trihedrally shaped structure. A flat base provides an area for attachment to a desired surface. Projecting from opposite ends in an inwardly biased folded plane of the base are two flexible symmetrical arms. Further projecting away from base at the end of the arms are related symmetrical tapered nose sections. The nose sections are arched further inward in a slightly open clamshell arrangement. Each nose section has a leading edge, which when viewed from the front form the diagonal edge of a near parabolic cone structure. This cone structures greatest diameter is normally slightly greater than the central mounting hole of a compact disk. When a CD is installed, the central hole of the CD rides the leading edge of the nose sections until seated.

The clasp assembly has a support member and a hinged gripping member, the support member having a cam point formed integral with a backplate, and the hinged gripping member having a hingedly rotatable lobe, the lobe being rotatable between an open disposition and a closed disposition, the lobe cooperating with the cam point to exert a compressive, frictional force on a poster disposed between the lobe and the cam point when the lobe is in the closed disposition to capture the poster for suspension thereof. A method of engaging a poster for the suspension thereof by means of a poster clasp is further included.

The holder has a front wall with outer peripheral edges, and an aperture defined by inner peripheral edges of the front wall that are spaced inwardly from the outer peripheral edges of the front wall. The resealable cap assembly engages the inner peripheral edges of the front wall aperture for securing the dispenser package to the holder. In certain preferred embodiments, the resealable cap assembly may be press-fit into the aperture. In other preferred embodiments, portions of the resealable cap assembly may be slid into grooves adjacent the inner peripheral edges of the front wall aperture.

Abstract: An elongated durable corrosion resistent dishwasher accessory for securing and supporting stemware in a dishwasher rack. At one end of the dishwasher accessory is a C-shaped clip for connecting to a horizontal wire stringer on a dishwasher rack. At that same end of the dishwasher accessory is a bore that allows a vertical wire stringer to pass within the bore to secure the dishwasher accessory to the dishwasher rack. At the opposite end of the dishwasher accessory is two oppositely positioned gripper jaws with various sized bores therein. These bores clip around the stem of a piece of stemware, which secures the stemware in a vertical downward position within a dishwasher rack when the dishwasher accessory is secured to the wire stringer. This allows the washing streams of water to securely wash the liquid retaining portion of the stemware without upsetting or turning over the stemware in the dishwasher rack.

The display panel is attached to the vehicle by connecting the first and second snap buckles together. The display panel is easily detached or replaced by disconnecting the snap buckles. In a second embodiment, a flag is attached to a third snap buckle for being detachably connected to the first snap buckle.

A plurality of coupling members couple the pipes to the rod. Each of the coupling members includes a first and second bracket. The first bracket is adapted for removably coupling to the rod. The second bracket is adapted for removably coupling the pipe to the first bracket. The second bracket is coupled to the first bracket.

Abstract: A dish ware holding or anchoring device that interconnects the existing support structure for dish ware in a dishwasher to individual dish ware pieces to prevent their movement. The holding device has an alligator style anchor clip at one end connected by a-flexible connector to a prong receiving opposite anchor end. Typically, the existing dish ware support structure used in a dishwasher has an opened end prong over which a hole in the prong receiving anchor end may snugly sidle and fit over. The opposite end alligator style anchor clip end is attached to the to be retained piece of dish ware, like a cup bowl, measuring cup, etc. which piece has been inverted when placed on the support structure to prevent the accumulation of liquids. By so anchoring the dish ware to be cleaned with the existing structure of the dish ware support, the individual pieces are retained in position and no liquids are retained by them.

Abstract: A spring clip has a base member attached by a flexible connector to a clip member which has a body portion and a flexible tail portion. The base member preferably includes magnets for holding the spring clip against a metal surface. The flexible tail portion has a distal end which is normally biased toward the base member for holding an object therebetween. A gap can be created between the distal end and the base member by pushing on the body portion to cause the clip member to pivot about the flexible connector such that the flexible tail portion moves away from the base member. The gap can also be created by pulling on the distal end which causes the flexible tail to flex away from the base member. Further, the body portion can be pushed to create the gap and the flexible tail portion also flexed to make the gap wider such that thicker objects can be held in the gap. The distal end can be hook shaped to hold a writing instrument or other object.

A resilient clamp member is mounted to the leg member and forms an expandable siding receiving recess with the flange. A lap type siding member may be releasably gripped within the expandable siding receiving recess between the flange and resilient clamp member.

Abstract: An attachable cord holder for a Christmas light includes an arcuate plate slidably inserted into a pair guide slots behind rectangular notch in the top of a socket of the light, a hook of roughly U-shaped section connected to the arcuate plate having a narrow entrance into the top and a thumbpiece extended outward from a flange of a base of the light having a round surfaced protrusion projected downward from the free end and engageable with the entrance of the hook. When a cord is transversely disposed into the hook, the round surfaced protrusion of the thumbpiece is pressed downward and frictionally inserted into the entrance of the hook to tightly close the entrance.
