The system can further comprise a strike indicator formed on an exterior of the rod clasp. The system can further comprise a light formed on an exterior of the rod clasp and a switch connected to the light. The system can further comprise a speaker formed on an exterior of the rod clasp. The leg can further comprise at least two subsections wherein the subsections are telescoping.

Abstract: A pad conditioner head cleaning tool has a first clamp configured to removably engage a first portion of a sponge against an outer surface of a disk-shaped pad conditioner head at a first location, a second clamp configured to removable engage a second portion of the sponge against the outer surface of the disk-shaped pad conditioner head at a second location, and an arm coupling the first clamp to the second clamp. The arm is sufficiently flexible to permit the first clamp and the second clamp to be separated to fit around the disk-shaped pad conditioner head and sufficiently tensile to bias the first clamp and the second clamp inwardly to press the sponge against an outer surface of a pad conditioner head.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modular advertising system. One object of the current invention may be to provide a modular advertising system that may be secured to a pole or other external surface and elevated by a user to a desired height without the need of a ladder or lift. Another object of the current invention may also be to provide a quick-release assembly that may be used to quickly couple and de-couple the assembly from a pole or other external surface/structure. Another object of the current invention may be to provide a modular assembly that can be adaptable to a number of surfaces, such as a pole surface, ground surface or horizontal surface. An additional object of the current invention may be to provide a modular advertising display having interchangeable modular structures that may be configured to vary the position and number of advertising displays presented to consumers.

Abstract: An adjustable bracket that clamps onto a first axis includes a rod defining a second, orthogonal axis upon which a pivot block is mounted. The pivot block includes two perpendicular splined apertures which may receive a fishing rod holder that has a splined shaft to fix the azimuth orientation of the rod holder in the pivot block. The fishing rod holder has a clevis which receives a perforated ear of a rod retaining tube. A fastener clamps the retaining tube in the clevis at a desired elevation angle. The retaining tube has other features which may coddle a reel mounted on a fishing rod. The azimuth options of the spline interface and the elevation adjustment of the clevis joint provide second and third adjustable axes for orienting a fishing pole from an attachment point on any railing or stanchion or post on a vessel.

Abstract: A safety fence support and anchoring system is used in a building that includes an elevated deck supported above an underlying deck. The system includes a base plate secured to the upper surface of the elevated deck and a stanchion receptacle attached to an extending upwardly from the base plate for receiving and holding a stanchion of the safety fence such that the stanchion extends upwardly from the elevated deck. A deck penetrating anchor component is connected to and suspended below the base plate and configured for being received by and constrained within an opening formed through the elevated deck, which opening extends fully through the elevated deck from the upper surface to the lower surface thereof. The deck penetrating anchor component is exposed and made accessible through the lower surface of the elevated deck.

Abstract: A fitting including at least one composite material bracket with two flat segments forming an angle less than 180° on an inside of the bracket and an angle greater than 180° on an outside of the bracket, together with a stiffener extending on the inside of the bracket between the two flat segments is disclosed. The bracket presents a slot crossing a straight line between the two flat segments, the slot extending into the two flat segments. The stiffener is folded in register with the slot and includes tabs fastened to each of the two flat segments.

Abstract: An exemplary flag mount bracket having a body defining a base surface, a bracket flag holder portion, and a plurality of spaced attachment slots extending through the body in spaced generally parallel relation to the base surface. Flexible fastening members each extend from a secured position within an attachment slot outwardly from the body. The fastening members are adapted to fixedly secure the body to a support surface and to be repeatedly quickly and easily attached to and detached from the support surface without damage to the support surface. A flag pole attaches to the flag holder portion to support a display flag. The flexible fastening members comprise flexible straps with mating fastening material on opposed sides of the straps. In another exemplary embodiment, suction cups extend outwardly from the base surface to securely engage a substantially flat support surface in removable relation.

The second member defines a through hole. The resilient receiver is fixed to the first member and also defines a receiving space. A top of the resilient receiver passes through the through hole. The securing plug is configured to be inserted into the receiving space, which expands a part of the resilient receiver so as to fix the top of the resilient receiver on the second member thereby connecting the first member with the second member. Present disclosure also provides an electronic apparatus having the connecting assembly.

Abstract: A fishing pole mount that includes a support tube that has an adjustable support brace attached to it. The fishing pole mount also has an upper clamp that is not adjustable. The support tube of the fishing pole mount can be fixedly attached to a camp chair or other fixed object while a handle of a fishing pole can be inserted into the support tube. The fishing pole mount can be used either for storage of a fishing pole or a resting point while the fishing rod is in use.

Abstract: A vertical flag display apparatus comprises a support bar, a flag spar, a flag pole, and locking end caps. The flag spar can be a rod, bar, or other tubular pole. The flag spar threads through a flag sleeve so that the flag hangs down from the spar when the spar is held parallel to the ground. The locking end caps attach to an end of the spar and ensure that the flag can not slide off of the spar. The end caps attach to each end of the support bar securing the spar to the support bar. The flag pole attaches to the support bar and extends downwards and perpendicular to the support bar. The flag pole is attached to the side of a building, etc. so as to hold the flag pole generally 45 degrees out from the side of the building and in an upwards orientation.

Abstract: A mount for being positioned on a rail and for receiving a fishing rod holder is provided. The mount includes a retaining member having a pair of spaced-apart walls that are interconnected on respective first ends by a connecting wall, the pair of spaced-apart walls defining a gap therebetween and a compression block selectively receivable within the gap of the retaining member and having a width that approximates a width of the rail. A fastener engages the compression block and extends from about respective second ends of each wall of the pair of spaced-apart walls and is configured such that tightening of the fastener deforms at least one wall of the pair of spaced-apart walls into engagement with the compression block, thereby providing an interference fit between the pair of spaced-apart walls of the retaining member and the rail.

The device features a mounting base, a pole holding tube extending upwardly at an angle from the mounting base, a channel aperture disposed in the mounting base; and a locking means for securing the mounting base to a dock in a tool-free and hardware-free manner. The locking means features a locking means base dispose don the mounting base, a sliding tube telescopically received in the locking means base, a shaft extending through both the sliding tube and locking means base, a first T-bar disposed on the shaft above the sliding tube and a second T-bar disposed on the shaft below the mounting base. The second T-bar can be moved upwardly toward the mounting base to compress planks of a dock to secure the device to the dock.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for holding and tilting an umbrella. The apparatus comprises at least one spring connected to an umbrella pole so that the spring(s) is extended or retracted when the pole angle of the umbrella is adjusted. The apparatus also comprises a pivot between an umbrella holder and a bracket that allows angular motion of the umbrella pole. The apparatus also comprises a rotary bearing capable of rotating around an axis of the umbrella pole. The spring(s) and the pivot can be connected to the rotary bearing. The present apparatus can also include a shade umbrella. Methods for tilting an umbrella are also provided.

Abstract: The invention is an adjustable rod holder comprising a tubular holster mounted to an arm and a base, wherein the arm is secured to the base by a rotating joint that is secured in a first angular position by a locking member that moves radially with respect to an axle of the rotating joint. The rotating joint can be releasably secured at a plurality of indexed angular positions by the locking member fitting within a plurality of recesses spaced radially about an axle of the rotating joint. Preferably, the arm of the rod holder has a sufficient length to allow the rod holder to store the rod in a vertical position without interference from the gunnel or other mounting surface. In one embodiment, the rod holder has a pivoting stabilizer that engages the reel of a rod placed in the holder to secure and stabilize the system.

Abstract: A versatile flag pole bracket includes two flag pole receptors in a first common horizontal plane and two side mounted windsock receptors in a second common horizontal plane that is spaced from and parallel to the first common vertical plane. The flag pole receptors accommodate a horizontal or an angled flag pole, and the windsock receptors likewise accommodate a horizontal or an angled windsock pole, thereby optimizing the versatility of the bracket. The compact size and shape of the bracket enhances its structural integrity, thereby minimizing breakage.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder that is mountable to a surface. The rod holder comprises an elongated sleeve defining a proximal end, a distal end and a body disposed between the proximal end and the distal end. The body delimits an internal channel that extends between the proximal end and the distal end and that opens out of the distal end. The distal end includes a first cut-out and a second cut-out which are in communication with the internal channel and in communication with each other. The second cut-out is positioned perpendicular with respect to the first cut-out and opening out of the distal end wherein the second cutout is sized and shaped to guide the handle of the fishing rod to the first cut-out as the fishing rod enters the distal end and into the internal channel.

Abstract: The present invention is a multi-purpose recreational vehicle garment bar that incorporates important convenience features for a user. It includes convenient methods of suspending the support base from a recreational vehicle, and optionally, from other fixed structures typically found at a recreational vehicle parking area. Also included in the design are screwdriver holders and an end flag holder which provide important convenience and decorative features for the end user.

Abstract: A holder is provided for a fishing rod and reel combination and comprises a base and a locking mechanism. The base includes opposed side edges, front and rear ends, and a length. A guide is formed in the base and extends a selected distance along the base. The locking mechanism, which is slidably mated to the guide, is shaped and dimensioned to slide within the guide. The locking mechanism includes opposed sides edges and a latch hingedly connected to each of the opposed side edges. The latch is movable between an open position and a closed position. When the latches are moved to the closed position and the locking mechanism is slidably moved within the guide, the locking mechanism is retained in the closed position by the base so that the fishing rod and reel combination cannot be inadvertently removed.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder has control plate attached to an elongated shaft with a longitudinal axis. One end of the shaft is configured to penetrate the ground or otherwise be secured to render the holder stationary and immoveable, even when a fish takes the bait. The control plate has a plurality of adjustment openings for receiving stop members. The fishing rod holder also has a tubular rod holder component which is pivotably attached to the control plate. The rod holder component can thus be positioned in a variety of angles in relation to the longitudinal axis of the shaft, by pivoting the rod holder component so that it contacts a stop member extending through one of the adjustment openings. When so positioned and a fish is hooked onto the line extending from the rod, the fish can be brought in without having to remove the fishing rod, which continues to be pivotably supported by the holder component. Upon release of tension on the line, the holder component automatically resets to its original position.

Abstract: A display system for use with a sign panel includes a bracket with a securement for attachment to a sign panel structure such as a support rib, to receive support therefrom. The bracket includes pairs of diagonally spaced apart support surfaces with each pair of support surfaces defining a channel for receiving a respective flag staff, to support opposite sides of a flag staff at spaced apart locations. A pivot connection pivotally attaches the flag staffs to the bracket, bringing the flag staffs into alignment with the support surfaces as the flags are rotated between an open or display position and a closed or storage position.

Abstract: A fishing rod retention device adapted to have a J-hook member rotate about a slotted region so when the fishing rod is in a stored location it is substantially retained therein and the fisherman with ease can remove the rod from a stored location to a removed position.

The tube extends into, and upwardly, at an angle from, the cup, receives and supports the handle of the fishing rod, and has a bottom that is open so as to allow the handle of any length of the fishing rod to pass therethrough and be received and supported by the tube.

The first and second mounting end portions include a first or second thickened mounting area, respectively, from which the first or second strengthening rib extends to the top and bottom layers. The center portion of the support plate further includes a center bore. The center bore passes through the top layer and bottom layer to accommodate at least one boating accessory.

Abstract: A demountable device bracket having a bracket receiver tube adapted to be fixed to a surface, and defining an upwardly-facing opening having an opening shape. There is a bracket assembly with a bracket mounting bar having generally the shape of the opening in the bracket receiver tube, and sized to slide down into the upwardly-facing opening of the bracket receiver tube. There is also a hanger-receiving tube extending at an angle from the exposed portion of the mounting bar, defining an opening that can receive a pole or bar, and a lifting bar extending downward from the hanger-receiving tube. The bracket mounting bar can be slid into the bracket receiver tube, to allow a pole or bar that is inserted into the hanger-receiving tube and that carries an object such as a flag, banner or birdfeeder, for example, to be removably held above the ground.

Abstract: Adjustable holder apparatus for holding a trolling fishing rod in various upright orientations on a boat-mounted track. A locking handle mechanism includes a locking pin bodily movable by the mechanism into and out of locking engagement with a selected root space between any two of the locking teeth for adjustably holding said holder in selected angularly spaced positions in the pivot plane.

Abstract: The present invention is a fence flag holder used to display smaller sized flags, banners or pennants on the rail of vinyl fences and/or wood fences for decorative purposes. The flag holder is a “u-shaped” hook design comprising of a one-piece molded plastic bracket with a tube on the front to hold the flag shaft and display the flag at a forty-five (45) degree angle. The flag holder fits over the rail of a fence allowing the flag to be displayed at special times of the year and to be removed easily for storage when not in use.

In one embodiment, a dual position flag pole bracket may include a base, a first elongate portion for receiving a flag pole, and a second elongate portion for receiving a flag pole. The first elongate portion may be disposed adjacent the base at a first location, and the second elongate portion may be disposed adjacent the base at a different second location. The second elongate portion may intersect the first elongate portion at a region of intersection spaced apart from the base.

Abstract: A flag support block for use in the stationary display of flags sold for mounting on the windows of vehicles. The flag support block includes a base member and a projected lip member. The flag support block can be used to display flags in either a horizontal or a vertical orientation. In the horizontal orientation, the flags are displayed in a manner similar to that when used for their intended purpose on a vehicle window. Alternatively, the flag support block may be mounted on a vertical surface whereupon the flag is pivoted 180° relative to the projected lip member to position the flag at a suitable display angle.

Abstract: A fishing rod holder having one or more rod stations attached to a support bar. Each rod station includes a loop terminating in a pair of legs received in a pair of apertures in the support bar. In a preferred embodiment, the rod holder provides a plurality of rod stations to improve a fisherman's chances of catching a fish. In another preferred embodiment, the rod holder is configured with a pair of clamps receivable over the rim of a bucket allowing the rod holder to be used virtually anywhere. The bucket may be filled with water to provide storage for live bait.

Abstract: A pole handling apparatus includes a T-shaped base mount with a connecting member pivotally attached thereto. A cradle member is attached to the connecting member, and two securing arms are pivotally attached to the cradle member. The cradle member is secured to the connecting member via a pin, with the cradle member including a base plate with a pair of attached sidewalls. A central aperture traverses the base plate such that the pin may extend through the base plate to join with the mounting cylinder. At least one of the sidewalls includes a recession to receive and support the fishing pole. To secure the fishing pole in the pole handling apparatus, the securing arms are initially in an open position, and the fishing pole is inserted into the recession of the sidewall. The securing arms will pivot from the open position to the closed position as the fishing pole is inserted into the recession.
