  • Patent number: 8899453
Abstract: A dispensing device for dispensing a liquid product from a container containing said product comprises a first chamber and a second chamber. An inlet passage comprising at least one inlet opening establishes a fluid connection between the first chamber and an interior part of a container having the dispensing device mounted thereon. An outlet passage adapted to deliver liquid product being dispensed by way of the dispensing device is fluidly connected to the second chamber. An intermediate wall divides an interior part of the dispensing device into the first chamber and the second chamber. The intermediate wall defines an edge, and the intermediate wall is arranged in such a manner that an intermediate passage between the first chamber and the second chamber is defined at said edge.

Abstract: During the manufacture of slabs of stone or stone-like material using the technology which envisages preparation of a mix formed by a granular product and by a binder consisting of a hardening synthetic resin, vacuum vibrocompression of a layer of said mix and hardening of the resultant rough slab by means of a catalytic action and by heating, the slab is cooled to room temperature by directing onto both its surfaces a flow of cooling fluid, in particular air at room temperature, while controlling the flowrate of the air, so as to ensure gradual and controlled cooling, and supporting the slab in a static and perfectly flat condition. The device consists of a flat structure provided with a plurality of spacers (20) which keep the slab in a perfectly flat condition and allow the flow of cooling fluid to perform its action.

Abstract: A method is provided for producing a decorative part that has a closed cross-section having an external visible side and that has at least two support parts to be connected along a connecting joint. The support parts are held spaced at a distance from one another such that a gap is formed between the edges of the support parts which adjoin one another at the connecting joint. The support parts are inserted in at least two halves of a molding tool. A reaction plastic is injected into the molding tool, such that the reaction plastic penetrates the gap. The support parts are moved toward each other such that the gap closes while the reaction plastic is still liquid. The support parts are fixed against each other in this position at least until the plastic has sufficiently cured so as to form a bond seam in the connecting joint.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for producing plastic moldings from at least two different sub-elements (15; 16) that includes first and second mold halves (3) and a rotatable center block (6) with center and third mold halves (8; 17) interposed therebetween. The center and third mold halves define first and second parting planes with the first and second mold halves. First cavities are defined in the first parting plane, into which a first plastic component is introduced to produce preforms (12). When the first parting plane is opened, the performs (12) remain on the center mold halves (8) and are brought into the second parting plane when the center block (6) is rotated, in which second parting plane second cavities are at least partially defined by the preforms (12), into which a second plastic component is introduced and first sub-elements (15) are produced. Second sub-elements (16) are produced in the additional cavities.
