Abstract: First, a first porous body is manufactured by stretching, in a uniaxial direction, a sheet made of polytetrafluoroethylene having a standard specific gravity of 2.155 or more, and a second porous body is manufactured by stretching, in biaxial directions, a sheet made of polytetrafluoroethylene. Next, the first porous body is integrated with the second porous body by stretching a laminate of the first porous body and the second porous body in the same direction as the uniaxial direction while heating the laminate at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of polytetrafluoroethylene. Thus, a porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is produced.

Abstract: To provide an inexpensive golf club grip with an improved feel of grip and ball direction control. A grip 10 has a double structure in a certain region 12. The grip 10 includes a grip main body 14 made of a soft resin and an end cap 15 made of a hard resin. The grip main body 14 is formed by insert molding with the end cap 15 being the insert. The end cap 15 includes a cylindrical portion 13. The cylindrical portion 13 has a specific length in the axial direction. The cylindrical portion 13 is inserted into a rear end portion of the grip main body 14. Thus, the torsional rigidity is improved in the region 12. The grip main body 14 is molded using a pin gate mold so that a gate mark 19 can double as a mark indicative of the center thereof.

  • Patent number: 8397752
Abstract: A process for fabricating an integral plastic faucet member and a finished product thereof are provided. The process mainly includes two injection steps. A first plastic injection is used to mold a first part at a middle connecting part of a faucet member. The first part is then placed into a mold for a second plastic injection so as to mold a second part at two sides of the faucet member. The second part is properly wrapped around and bonded to the first part. Meanwhile, desired holes are reserved to serve as water inlets, water outlets, and valve seats. Through such a two-injection process, the conventional complicated and time-consuming copper casting process is simplified, which improves the production efficiency and product quality, lows the cost and defective ratio. Meanwhile, the product weight is also reduced, which greatly reduces the transportation cost.
