Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a 3D printing structure, the method including: producing a molded body by performing 3D printing on paste including printing powder in a coagulation bath including a hydrogel; hardening the molded body produced in the coagulation bath; and removing the hydrogel in the coagulation bath. A method for manufacturing a 3D printing structure, which is provided according to an aspect of the disclosure, does not require printing of a separate support, and thus it is possible to save time and costs. A post-processing process for removing a support is not required. Thus, a process is further simplified, and there is no risk of damage to a structure.

Abstract: This document describes systems and method of embedded printing for additive manufacturing. A print material is printed into a support material. The print material and the support material each have a fluid phase and a solid phase. The print material transitions from the fluid phase to the solid phase based on a fluid-fluid interaction with the support material. One or more parameters of the support material can be adjusted to cause a diffusion rate of the print material into the support material during the fluid-fluid interaction to be less than a threshold value. Multiple print materials can be printed into the support material simultaneously.

Abstract: An article includes a hollow enclosure defining a void. The void has a first section and a second section separate from the first section. An electronic component is housed in the first section and the second section of the void. A low pressure mold material is molded into the first section of the void and cured around a first segment of the electronic component to encapsulate the first segment of the electronic component. A support seal is inserted into the second section of the void adjacent a second segment of the electronic component. The support seal defines a sealing barrier on one side of the low pressure mold material that limits the flow of low pressure mold material out of the first section of the void.

The fluoropolymer includes diads represented by formula —CF2-CF(R)—CH(R?)—CF(R?)— in a range from about 23 mole percent to about 50 mole percent. Each R is independently —CF3, —Rf, or —ORf, each R? and R? are independently H, F, CF3, or —Rf, and each Rf is independently a perfluoroalkyl group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms and optionally interrupted by one or more —O— groups. A method of reducing melt defects during the extrusion of a polymer is also disclosed.

An adhesive is injected into the cavity, the air in the cavity is vented, and the adhesive is cured to firmly attach the bumper to the glass edge(s). Channel/cavity size may be on the order of micrometers and/or nanometers, and thus the walls may have high aspect ratios. Abstract: Methods of fabricating a polymeric implantable device, such as a stent, with improved fracture toughness through annealing a polymer construct below the glass transition temperature of the polymer of the construct prior to a deformation step are disclosed herein. The deformation of the construct induces crystallization in the polymer construct through strain-induced crystallization. The annealing of the polymer construct accelerates the crystallization induced during the deformation and results in an increase in crystallite density with smaller crystallites as compared to deformation of a tube that has not been annealed. A stent scaffolding is then made from the deformed tube.

The structural element that results from assembling the parts in the disclosed embodiments therefore has local widening of the section at the connections between the parts constituting a structural element, such as an aircraft fuselage frame, and widening at the connection with the floor profiles, if such a profile is used to make an aircraft fuselage structure. The disclosed embodiments also concern a process for manufacturing such a part, as well as a device for advantageously implementing such a process.
