Abstract: An airplane jack to lift a light airplane nose wheel off the ground by the nose wheel fork to allow maintenance. The jack uses a lever to manually pivot on rollers to lift the nose wheel fork by non-marring cradling supports. A sliding lever provides unencumbered wheel access and extra safety against any possible pivoting of the jack by repositioning the lever. The jack's width can be adjusted to work with a plurality of nose wheel forks and varied in size and material to operate with a plurality of airplanes.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a clamping device, and more specifically to a clamping device for precision instruments. It comprises first and second clamping jaws that are secured against a work surface by forces applied in opposite directions via a shank member and locking nut working along integrated first and second threaded bores. The clamping device provides superior rigidity in applications involving the stability of precision instruments.
Abstract: The present pipe clamp device is configured for use with standard vee head jack stands. The present device can be used to secure a pipe or similarly shaped object to a standard vee head jack stand. Specifically, the present pipe clamp device can comprise one or more pivoting arms that can facilitate an object's placement into the pipe clamp device or its removal from the pipe clamp, a threaded rod, which can include a release button or quick release mechanism, which can be used to quickly tighten the clamp onto an object being secured and the jack stand or to remove an object from the jack stand.

Abstract: A machine tool includes a table for placing a workpiece thereon and includes a fixing device for fixing the workpiece in position relative to the table. The fixing device may be operable in a first mode for fixing and releasing the workpiece relative to the table and in a second mode for shifting the workpiece relative to the table.
Abstract: A quick set and release clamping device comprising a frame having an inner leg and an outer leg fixedly spaced from each other, a threaded rod freely movable through a transverse bore in the end portion of the inner leg, a first work piece engaging member fixedly attached to the end of the outer leg, a second work piece engaging member swivelly connected to the threaded rod, a pair of rod engageable half bodies slidable in a tapered end of the transverse bore for engaging the threaded rod, a retaining cover to house and restrict movement of the rod engageable half bodies, a detent to urge the half bodies into the seat portion of the transverse bore and to engage the threaded rod, a spring to urge the rod engageable half bodies slightly out of the tapered end of the transverse bore, a biased element for urging separation of the rod engageable half bodies, and a spring member to urge the detent against the cover.
Abstract: A C-clamp includes a C-shaped body. The body has an anvil end and an internally threaded second end. The second end carries a screw which is used to press a workpiece against the anvil. The second end permits the screw both to be turned through the second end and to be freely pushed through the second end and against the anvil.
