The protrusion including a cavity with a lateral recess which receives a corresponding engaging member of a coupling member disposed partially in the socket. The coupling member includes an actuating member selectively movable between a locking position where the engaging member is biased radially outwardly into engagement with the lateral recess, and a release position where the engaging member biased radially inwardly out of engagement with the lateral recess.
