Abstract: A low-pressure process apparatus for processing a substrate comprises a base, a stage, a housing and at least one first roller set. The stage is disposed on the base for supporting the substrate. The housing is detachably disposed on the base moving between a first position and a second position, wherein when the housing is in a first position, the housing and the base form a chamber to receive the stage. When the housing is detached, the first roller set contacts and supports the housing to facilitate movement thereof in a first horizontal direction.

Abstract: Provided is a method of removing a cartridge, that is to be removed, that is housed in a deep side of a cell and stuck on a wall surface of the cell without increasing the number of components. In order to remove the cartridge stuck on the wall surface of the cell, the method includes a pressing step and a releasing step. In the pressing step, a picker mechanism is abutted on a latch lever, and then moved so as to move the latch lever from an engaged position to a released position. This presses the latch lever to increase the urging force of the urging unit. In the releasing step, after the pressing step, the picker mechanism is moved away from the cell to release the urging force of the latch lever spring.

Abstract: The invention discloses a safety mechanism of a handgun which depends on a magazine and which prevents the triggering of a handgun when the magazine is removed. Additionally, a mechanism enables handgun disassembly without need for the triggering after the magazine has been removed from the handgun. A safety mechanism is positioned inside the handgun receiver; including a magazine, sear catcher, sear catcher spring, grip safety pin, sear, sear pin, firing pin safety lever and firing pin. When the magazine is inserted into the handgun, the sear catcher is pushed into position in which it cannot block the firing pin safety lever nor catch the sear. When the magazine is removed from the handgun, the sear catcher spring pushes the sear catcher into position in which it blocks the firing chain by blocking the firing pin safety lever.

  • Publication number: 20110121560
Abstract: A latch mechanism (10) comprises a male coupling member (12), and a female coupling member (14). The latch mechanism (10) is coupled/de-coupled by inserting/withdrawing male coupling member from female coupling member, by movement in a first direction A-A. A latch (20), here comprising a plate (44) and two prongs (42), is slidably mounted on the male coupling member (12), for movement in a second direction B-B. A compression spring (21) biases the latch (20) so that the prongs (42) are exposed at the distal end of the male coupling member (12). Catch channels shown here as two holes (22) that extend in the second direction B-B for receiving the prongs (42) are formed in the female coupling member. In use, the latch mechanism (10) is coupled by relative movement in the first direction between the male and female coupling members. When the probe is fully inserted, the prongs of the latch are aligned with the holes (22). Consequently, due to the bias of the spring (21), the prongs (42) enter the holes (22).

Abstract: Disclosed is a clamp that includes a bolt, a spacer, a shank, an expander and a blocking means. The bolt includes a non-threaded undercut that permits the bolt to rotate in an internally threaded portion of the spacer without threaded engagement between the bolt and the spacer. When used as a clamp, the spacer, shank, expander and blocking means cooperate to deform the expander into a blind side flange and to clamp a work piece between the flange and the spacer. To remove the clamp, the bolt is moved away from the spacer while rotating the bolt in the expander to bring the external threads of the expander into threaded engagement with the internal threads of the spacer. This permits the extraction of the bolt from the blind side expander by maintaining rotational restraint of the expander with the spacer. In several embodiments, a compression spring is positioned between the head of the bolt and the spacer to automatically move the bolt when it is rotated in a loosening direction.

Dust trapped on the filter (41) is removed by the rotating brush (51) as the filter (41) moves. A dust container (60) is provided below the rotating brush (51), and the dust removed from the filter (41) accumulates in the dust container (60). The dust container (60) is attached to a suction grille (28) which can be lifted/lowered. When the suction grille (28) is lowered, the dust container (60) is lowered together with the suction grille (28).

Abstract: The present invention provides assemblies and methods for selectively removing resin coatings from a radiation detector. A method includes positioning a cutting edge on a resin coating formed on a radiation detector. The method further includes positioning a bonding member on the resin coating, applying a force to the bonding member such that a portion of the resin coating is pulled away from the radiation detector, and cutting the resin coating so as to detach the portion of the resin coating pulled away from the detector, thereby selectively removing the portion of the resin coating from the radiation detector.

Abstract: An apparatus and method is provided to allow fire fighters and other personnel unimpeded access to a roof no matter the placement or configuration of a plurality of solar panels installed on the roof. A user first disables the flow of electricity from the solar panels by activating a fail-safe system, thus electrically isolating each solar panel from a common power line and making safe manipulation of the solar panel possible. The user then unlocks the solar panel from its mounting frame by opening a latch and rotates the solar panel on the frame to expose the portion of the roof beneath the panel. The solar panel rotates over the end of the frame and remains coupled to the frame. With the solar panel swung out of the way, full and unimpeded access of the roof below the panel is now accessible to the firefighter.

Abstract: A gyratory crusher has an outer shell, which is attachable in a frame having a frustoconical supporting surface, which is facing obliquely downwards and inwards. The outer shell has on the outer surface a collar, which has outer lugs, which are movable, from below, past the supporting surface and between inner lugs of a ring. The inner and outer lugs have mutually corresponding contact surfaces, which are adapted, by relative rotation of the ring and the outer shell, to be positioned opposite each other and, upon lifting of the ring, to lift also the outer shell so that a lower portion of the outer shell abuts the supporting surface of the frame. The contact surfaces of the inner and outer lugs are arranged such that lifting of the ring causes the outer lugs to be lifted by means of the inner lugs and brings the inner and outer lugs into radial abutment against each other.
