    Abstract: A headrest moving device, wherein a lever member, which is connected to the seat or the headrest in a pivoted state, presses the pawl, thereby releasing the engagement between the pawl and the ratchet. A consumer can release the locking at any position by operating a lever member externally protruded from the headrest after the consumer has moved the headrest. The method of releasing the locking can be easily recognized by the consumer, therefore the consumer can effectively and easily utilize the headrest moving device.
