Abstract: A device in power driven hand tools, preferably chain saws having a grip handle, and a bow handle mounted on top of the tool body. The grip handle is mounted for rotational movement about its support shaft. The bow handle is arranged to be pivoted around the tool body.

Abstract: A brush is attachable to the top edge of a chain saw blade and is used to remove saw dust and clogged debris from a chain saw cut. Two brackets attached to the blade and the motor cover support an expandible bar that carries the bristles. An agitator is attached to the bristle carrying bar and includes a pair of rollers adapted to contact the moving chain. The brush is employed to clean the chain saw cut in order to keep the saw from binding or becoming gummed up with saw dust. The agitator may be selectively employed depending upon the difficulty of the cleaning task.

Abstract: A cutting device for plastic pipe for use principally in the aid of plumbing, swimming pool and spa installations. The pipe cutter is designed specifically to be used or attached to a hand held drill motor of the type which tradesmen commonly carry and use for drilling holes and setting screws. The pipe cutter includes a body which is attachable to the front of a drill motor and houses a dual directional linear actuator such as an epicyclic ball screw with bi-directional brake. The epicyclic ball screw linear actuator responds to the chuck or rotating shaft of the drill motor. The housing defines or holds a U shaped recess or cradle for receiving a plastic pipe extending transverse to the length of the housing or more particularly on center or to the axis of the drill motor shaft. A guillotine type of cutter blade is driven by the screw actuator to move through a slot into the cradle to be driven through the side wall of the pipe and therefore sever the pipe within the cradle.

Abstract: A utility saw wherein the saw blade is mounted in retractable sliding relation within the saw handle. Blade exposure is controlled via a compressively acting lock nut assembly and a plurality of detents provided along the slide path. The handle also provides for extra blade storage, a belt carrying loop, folding hand guards, and a hammer member.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a pair of wheels mounted on a stub shaft, the outer surfaces of the wheels being bevelled to facilitate entering into a kerf. The wheels are mounted in a slot formed in the blade of a woodcutting implement which carries the cutting teeth.
