  • Patent number: 11950899
Abstract: A monitoring system can protect the privacy of a treatment recipient while monitoring the treatment recipient being treated. A transmitter transmits a beacon signal. A beacon detector detects an RSSI(2) of the beacon signal. A monitoring device includes an imaging element, an open-close body, a beacon detector, an obtainer, and an open-close body controller. The imaging element captures an image of a treatment recipient being treated by a treatment provider through an opening. The open-close body opens and closes the opening. The beacon detector detects an RSSI(1) of the beacon signal. The obtainer obtains the RSSI(2) detected by the beacon detector. The open-close body controller controls opening and closing of the open-close body based on the RSSI(1) detected by the beacon detector and the RSSI(2) obtained by the obtainer.

  • Patent number: 11670099
Abstract: A method for validating objects appearing in volumetric video presentations includes obtaining a volumetric video presentation depicting a scene, wherein the volumetric video presentation is associated with a metadata file containing identifying information for the scene, identifying user-generated content that depicts the scene, by matching metadata associated with the user-generated content to the metadata file associated with the volumetric video presentation, comparing a first object appearing in the volumetric video presentation to a corresponding second object appearing in the user-generated content, assigning a score to the first object based on the comparing, wherein the score indicates a probability that the first object has not been manipulated, and altering the volumetric video presentation to filter the first object from the volumetric video presentation when the score falls below a threshold.

  • Patent number: 11636932
Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable media are provided for facilitating clinical decision making, and in particular, decision making based on a third party's clinical situation by determining and providing useful, up-to-date information, such as patient-related information to a decision maker. In one embodiment, a user first identifies an information item concerning a patient. Based on that item, a set of related information items is determined and prioritized, and a reference pointer, which identifies the set of related information, is generated. The reference pointer is communicated to the user's mobile device. Subsequently, the user's mobile device requests information from the set of information items associated with the reference pointer, and provides information authorization information. Following authentication of the user's credentials, updates of information from the set of information items may be communicated to the user's mobile device as they become available.

  • Patent number: 11622254
Abstract: A network system receives an order request from a requesting device including a list of requested items and a delivery location. The network system may create an order entry by selecting a source location and a provider for the order. The network system sends order information from the order entry to a provider device of the selected provider and a source device corresponding to the source location, where the order information includes an order identifier, a source identifier, and a provider identifier. The provider device broadcasts a beacon including the source identifier and the order identifier. The provider device detects a short range beacon signal from the source device and determines whether the detected source identifier and order identifier match the received source identifier and order identifier from the order information. Responsive to a successful match the provider device verifies its proximity to the source device.

  • Patent number: 11604079
Abstract: A non-transitory computer readable storage medium has instructions executed by a processor to adaptively increase Markov chain kernel window width while processing global positioning system (gps) samples as a function of the ratio between geodesic distances of a current route to an actual geodesic distance between pairs of gps samples. The total cost of different kernel sequences is found based on an aggregated sum of shortest path runs through graph edges within different kernel sequences. Road weights are modified based on relative distance of prospective snap locations of road segments to the gps points, so that the shortest path runs with respect to all possible snap locations are selected. Selected kernel sequences are presented as a proposed mapped vehicle route.

  • Patent number: 11600168
Abstract: Systems, devices, and technical methods of the present disclosure leverage digital visitor logs from confinement facilities to identify people of interest that may be involved in incidents to which first responders are dispatched. When a phone call is received at phone public safety access point, a first query including a name associated with the call is transmitted to a digital visitor log for a confinement facility. A digital response to the first query identifies a visitee who was visited by a visitor by that name while the visitee was in confinement. The visitee's name is then transmitted in a second query to a digital repository containing release records; a digital response indicates the visitee was released before the call was received. An electronic notification that identifies the visitee is transmitted to a device associated with an agent who is responding to the call.

  • Patent number: 11580840
Abstract: A device, method and system for assigning alerts to sensor analytics engines is provided. A device one or more of generates and receives an alert to perform a search for a target object. The device determines a geographic area in which to perform the search for the target object. The device determines sensors available in the geographic area for use in the search for the target object. The device, in response to the sensors meeting a threshold condition, assigns the alert to a sensor analytics engine to search for the target object using the sensors. The device, in response to the sensors not meeting the threshold condition, provides the alert to one or more communication devices to initiate a human-based search for the target object.
