  • Patent number: 11930425
Abstract: Techniques and systems for recovering a communication session from a dedicated bearer failure are disclosed. For example, a P-CSCF node can determine that a dedicated bearer associated with a communication session has failed, and, in response, send a SIP message to a UE associated with the communication session, the SIP message causing the UE to refrain from sending SIP requests using a SIP INVITE method. The process may further include identifying a first network node associated with an identifier of the UE, the first network node comprising one of a PGW or a SMF, and sending an instruction to the first network node to dissociate the dedicated bearer from the communication session. This causes a new attach procedure to be performed by the UE to recover the session without session failure.

  • Patent number: 11928945
Abstract: The Active Shooter Response Capability (ASRC) integrates the ASRC application software, heads-up-display (HUD) smart glasses, ASRC processor/transmitter/controller (PTC) and antennas, with either an existing or ASRC provided CCTV/video surveillance, gunshot detection system (GDS), and loudspeaker (1MC). The PTC provides connectivity for multiple devices to accommodate dedicated processing for multiple response teams. ASRC system enables real-time situation awareness providing first responders the ability to visually locate and track an active shooter while executing a breach entry into the scene. When first responders approach the site of a reported active shooter or gunshot detection system alert of gunshot, the ASRC app is accessed on the squad car onboard computer or optional ASRC tablet which remotely syncs with the facility's PTC. This interaction enables the scroll thru each CCTV/Surveillance camera view to locate and lock-on/auto track the shooters movements.

  • Patent number: 11916826
Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed to enhance the efficiency of available bandwidth between UEs and base stations. A UE transmits a sounding reference signal (SRS) to the base station. The base station characterizes the uplink channel based on the SRS received and, using reciprocity, applies the channel characterization for the downlink channel. As part of applying the channel information, the base station forms the beam to the UE based on the uplink channel information obtained from the SRS. The UE may include an array of antennas, each UE transmitting a different SRS that the base station receives and uses to characterize the downlink. Multiple UEs (or a single UE with multiple antennas) transmit SRS at the same time and frequency allocation (non-orthogonal), but with each sending its own unique SRS. Further, multiple UEs (or a single UE with multiple antennas) may send their SRS at unique time/frequency allocations (orthogonal).

Abstract: A method for executing conditional handover by a UE in a wireless communication network is provided. The method may include receiving an RRC reconfiguration message from a source cell of the wireless communication network. The RRC reconfiguration message may include a handover configuration and determining whether a CHO configuration may be provided in the handover configuration. Further, the method may include performing one of: continuing an RLM timer and an RLM procedure on the source cell, in response to determining that the CHO configuration is provided in the handover configuration; and stopping the RLM timer and suspending the radio link monitoring procedure on the source cell, in response to determining that the CHO configuration is not provided in the handover configuration. The method may then include executing the CHO from the source cell to a candidate target cell in the wireless communication network based on the CHO configuration.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining activated neural pathways in knowledge graphs are disclosed. In an embodiment, a computer system may retrieve data associated with a user account and generate a knowledge graph centered around an account under a current adjudication. The computer system may determine paths based on the knowledge graph using similarity and sentiment scores. By reducing the amount of data in the knowledge graph to specific data associated with paths of interest, unnecessary computer operations may be avoided, which increases processing times related to the knowledge graph and allows near real-time outputs based on the knowledge graph to be utilized. The computer system may rank the paths based on their similarity scores and sentiments scores to determine which paths are considered activated neural pathways in the knowledge graph. The computer system may base a determination of the current adjudication for the account on the activated neural pathways.

  • Patent number: 11895023
Abstract: A managed hardware forwarding element (MHFE) that performs packet forwarding operations for a logical network is described. The MHFE receives configuration data for the logical network that defines a logical router and a set of logical switches for logically connecting several end machines that operate on different host machines to several physical machines that are connected to the MHFE. The logical router also includes multiple routing components. The MHFE also receives a first forwarding table and a second forwarding table. The first forwarding table stores linking data for each logical port of each logical switch in the set of logical switches that identifies a corresponding routing component in the logical router. The second forwarding table stores a set of routes for each routing component of the logical router. The MHFE uses the first and second forwarding tables to perform packet forwarding operations at the MHFE.

Abstract: A network management center includes a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server. The network management center obtains from an identity server, client information indicating authentication of a client device in a wireless network that is connected to a network fabric. The network management center obtains from an edge node in the network fabric an Internet Protocol (IP) address request for the client device. The IP address request including a fabric domain identifier associated with the edge node. The network management center allocates an IP address for the client device based on the client information obtained from the identity server and the fabric domain identifier contained in the IP address request obtained from the edge node. The network management center provides to the edge node an Identifier Locator Addressing (ILA) address based on the IP address.

  • Patent number: 11888650
Abstract: An overlay network is enhanced to provide traffic delivery using anycast and end user mapping. An anycast IP address is associated with sets of forwarding machines positioned in the overlay network. These locations correspond with IP addresses for zero rated billing traffic. In response to receipt at a forwarding machine of a packet, the machine issues an end user mapping request to the mapping mechanism. The mapping request has an IP address associated with the client from which the end user request originates. The mapping mechanism resolves the request and provides a response to the request. The response is an IP address associated with a set of server machines distinct from the forwarding machine. The forwarding machine encapsulates the packet and proxies the connection to the identified server. The server receives the connection, decapsulates the request, and processes the packet. The server machine responds to the requesting client directly.
