To support audio menu navigation and option selection via display device, a communication connection between an automated voice menu system and a user device is established, one or more option selections corresponding to a menu of options are determined, a user interface including an arrangement of elements corresponding to the one or more option selections is generated at the user device, an input from a user is received via the user interface, and a response is transmitted from the user device to the automated voice menu system via the communication connection based at least in part on the received input from the user, wherein the response is responsive to the audio feedback and indicates a selection of the subset of the determined one or more option selections.

Abstract: The present application provides a system and method for providing telephony functions for operation during a computer game application execution. In particular, a system and method for performing mobile telephony calling and/or messaging operations in-game during computer game application execution is provided. In the disclosure, a mobile telephony user interface is provided and operated in conjunction with a computer game user interface presenting a game environment to a gamer. Mobile telephony operations are provided by way of the mobile telephony user interface in a manner that at least substantially avoids interrupting gamer perception of ongoing game play and gamer interaction with the game environment.

Abstract: An interactive voice response method and system is described. A computerized IVR dialer signals to an IVR system that it is capable of high speed operations. The IVR system completes the high speed operations handshake with the IVR dialer. The two IVR components then continue processing of the IVR call at speeds higher than likely obtainable in a conventional IVR call, e.g., one in which the IVR dialer is performed by a human caller. The IVR system and the IVR dialer may employ a high speed IVR script that eliminates many of the instructional messages provided to human IVR callers and also eliminates or reduces the duration of pauses between the communication of information.

A mobile application executes on a processor that issues a call to the voice response platform. The voice response platform determines whether or not the calling party is a mobile device. If the calling party is a mobile device, the voice response platform sends a translation of a voice menu back to the mobile device to be displayed as a visual (GUI) representation of a voice menu on the mobile device. The visual representation could also be stored on the mobile device to avoid the translation from the voice menu.

The received content data is printed on a recording medium, and the transmission request data transmitted to the server is stored in a memory.
