The shelf has a pair of spaced apart valve openings. A pair of liquid dispensing reservoirs is supported on the shelf. Each of the reservoirs includes a top wall with a mouth opening, a bottom wall with a drain opening, and a touch operated flow valve connected to the bottom wall in liquid communication to the bottom wall. The flow valves are adapted to extend in axial alignment a one of the valve openings so that a cleaning or rinsing solution is dispensed into the compartment when the flow valves are deflected by hand.

The device comprises a semi-circular shield and a hinged retaining mechanism mounted to an underside of a kitchen sink around shut-off valves and adjacent to the sink sprayer hose. It is held in place to the wall or cabinet surface via a foam adhesive tape. The sprayer hose rests against it, thus preventing it from becoming caught on the shutoff valve as it is withdrawn. This allows for full withdrawal of the hose and elimination of the aggravation that occurs when the hose becomes caught on the valve/piping that is present.

A lift rod having a conduit therein may be slidably inserted in the vertical opening. A dispensing rod having a conduit may be attached at an upper end of the lift rod. A pump may be attached at a lower end of the lift rod for fluid communication with an outlet end of the pump. A reservoir tube may be attached to an inlet end of the pump and may be disposed at a second end in a liquid reservoir. The pump may have a flange and a lower portion. The lower portion may be slidably inserted in a support element to allow the flange to abut a top edge of the support element for operation of the plunger when a force may be applied to the lift rod.

The second member of the invention is then slid along said first member so that it rests on the sink divider.

Abstract: A plumbing valve cover is disclosed for use in conjunction with under-sink plumbing to avoid interference with the operation of a flexible spray nozzle hose used in conjunction with a spray nozzle. The plumbing valve cover may be coupled to the under-sink plumbing or cabinet wall. The plumbing valve cover may partially cover the under-sink plumbing and include clearances for multiple plumbing lines which may exit a supply valve via either the top, bottom, or sides. The preferred embodiment would be a single piece, injection molded plastic apparatus comprising a horizontal member which covers the top of the valve and two vertical members. The vertical members would be angled or curved to redirect the flexible hose away from getting caught on the valve. The horizontal member can include a pitch to redirect the hose away from the cover or valve when the hose is being retracted into the cabinet.

The basin floor may be sloped in multiple directions while the cutting board, when coupled to the stanchion, extends generally parallel to the horizontal plane of the support surface.
